Awful place to deal with. They failed car inspection because brake pads were getting low. They are low but it is illegal in NY State to fail a car unless they are metal on metal. When informed of this I was hung up on and now when I call they won't answer. Completely unprofessional and frankly illegal.

Tom Dupree is a very difficult and unprofessional man to work with, not to mention unnecessarily unpleasant! My car was towed by him, so I called and called his business for two days in an attempt to pay him the ridiculous $350 it cost to tow a whopping 8 miles, and retrieve my car. When it proved impossible to get in touch with him, I went in person to find someone to talk to. No luck. So I took my car that was there with the keys in it. Well that seemed to get his attention and he finally contacted me. He told me he was closing in less than half an hour, so I told him I'd have to stop by the next day. He told me he didn't know when he'd be around because he would be out plowing, so he said he would call me with a good time to stop by. 5 days later I finally get a phone call, demanding I come pay. Which I have no problem doing, but since he has flaked on all necessary communication, he now will have to wait until Tuesday when I am back. But he'd rather go the route of insults and threats. Tom Dupree gets two thumbs up for lack of professionalism, and I wish him all the luck in his endeavors of involving the state police, because I can see how that is so much easier than just calling me when he said he would.Prices are a ripoff, and the insults and threats that come with it are pretty disappointing as well - at least get my name right if you wanna find something on Google to shame me for!

They ll get to it when they get to it because apparently pulling out a calendar to look at what days are free is just so hard to do. Your poor mechanical hands. I understand being busy ESPECIALLY after receiving a car after a random tow. But telling me you ll get to it when you get to it is not the answer. Wouldn t bother wasting your time with them unless you re okay with no car for a while. First it was it ll be done in 1-2 days, then next week, then it was I can t even tell you when it s gonna be done, we ll get to it when we get to it like what? Lol what kind of customer service is THAT? So like I said, they ll get to it when they get to it if you need any work done.Service: Tires

Friday morning, we were on our way out of town when the check engine light came on. We stopped by without an appointment or calling ahead and we were blown away by the AWESOME service! They quickly checked and saw that is was just the gas casket. They wouldn't take any payment for checking and just told us to come back if the issue persisted. Don't hesitate to stop here for any of your car needs, great fellows and fast service!

We stopped here on our way home to WNY, to get our brakes looked at. The gentleman took the car, looked at our brakes, test drove, and refused to take payment! He wouldn t even let me buy him lunch! Great small town hospitality, if you are in this area, this is the garage to go to.

They have been so awesome. My car has been breaking down and they have done ever they can to help save my car. So friendly and definitely no BS kind of garage. I'll recommend them to everyone.

I wouldn't take anything to these guys. I had them do about 2300 dollars worth of work and still had to take it to another shop to have them replace a few parts twin d replaced. They also had my car for 2 months to replace spark plug wires valve cover gaskets and a few other thing. I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. If you're looking for a good reliable shop I would look into mc motors that whole crew really knows there way around a car and theyre quick!

Took my 4 winter wheels to get the valve stem installed on them as well as installing and balancing the tires. He charge me next to nothing for it and was done in a few hours even though I was a walk-in. I will keep coming to Twin D!

If i could give it no stars i would bc i paid for my inspection, in advance came down for my cat 3 times and no ody ever even looked at it and left me screwed woth o inspection for the entire weekend. Dont go to these people they're terrible.

Twin D is absolutely horrible. They litterally charged me for cleaning their equipment after a towing. Then they agreed to tow my car back to my house after I paid, but refused after they got the money. They are complete liers and crooks.
