If you want to rent equipment which doesn't even start and then receive zero customer service because they are closed, this is the place for you.Hanging a tag on a piece of equipment that says "ready to rent" doesn't make it so, when you pick it up by the shop, find the battery terminals not even tightened down, check with your own meters and find the battery fully charged, and yet it barely turns over.Obviously it was in the middle of an incomplete repair when rented to me, and then they closed and there was no alternate number to call, nothing. Just a dead piece of equipment, a wasted weekend, and a blown schedule.

DO NOT rent from this company if you are having a wedding. I asked them to bring the rentals by 11AM on my wedding day so we could have time to set up before my 5:30PM wedding, and long story short, they got there DURING my ceremony. I only had an arch for my ceremony and the small amount of decor that I brought. All my guests had to stand because I didn't have chairs. Thank god I had the ceremony with a beautiful view because if I hadn't, it would've been completely ruined.My reception was supposed to be at 7 and it didn't start until around 9. All my food was cold and dry because it sat around for 2 hours as the tent was being set up. My guests literally had to help me decorate the reception space before dinner, which they obviously shouldn't have had to do.I meticulously planned this day and it should've went smoothly and been completely stress free. But instead, my parents had to run around all day to try to fix their mistake. I only got two photos with my mom because she had to spend the entire day trying to hunt them down and decorate last minute.No bride should look back on their wedding day and have regrets. Unfortunately, this experience with Taylor Rental ruined 2/3 of my vision as well as my guests' experience, and I completely regret ever hiring them.Please avoid this company!

Needed a bar and chain for my saw. Both were in stocks and at reasonable prices. The service man took time and put both on.1/12/23 Both belts on my new snowthrower came off and got tangled together, one of which got gouged. They took it in and informed me. Do to the amount of machines that just came in it would be looked at by, first come first served. Far enough. It took longer then I thought it would take, but I don't know how many were before me. I picked it up today it's working again, and price for the parts and labor was reasonable.

We did have a lot of changes to make to our requests so I do have to take that into consideration however my experience with this company was not a good one at all. Everything was ok up until the week before the wedding. The owner of the venue started expressing his frustration with the tent being left there 3 days after the wedding. Myself and the vendor have never heard of a rental place not picking up the tent the day after. I was told there would be a $400 fee to do so.I was told that the items would be delivered in the morning the day before the wedding, 2 PM rolled around with still no word on when they would be coming. They finally came but in the middle of our rehearsal. Because of the late arrival we had to stay up until 12 AM the night before our wedding setting up. I had called numerous times with the only response being one email.The chargers were in such terrible shape I couldn't use them, there were a few plates that were chipped and glass pitchers that were missing. In addition the tent was set up haphazardly. It was bowing badly in the corners. I said something to the set up guys but they said it was suppose to be like that.The morning of the wedding they had to deliver a bar (I didn't see that it wasn't on the invoice although we had discussed it) and one of the guys who hadn't been there the previous day started yelling at the other about the tent set up. Because of the rain the tent corners now had a ton of water in them, so much you hit your head when walking under. They fixed it the best they could but because it was already set up it was still bowed. At night these pools resulted in so much condensation that they dripped onto the Dj booth...they made her computer freeze numerous times. We are lucky they didn't charge us for it.What could have been a fairly stress free experience was anything but that.

These guys seem to have it all, but I haven't needed a left-handed pneumatic monkey wrench yet, so I dunno about that.Good service, attentive staff, and fair prices, which are the big things for me. They do a brisk business, and it's not all rentals either.good place. Call and ask questions.

I just tried to purchase a brand new 54 riding lawn mower from Taylor Rental in Saranac Lake. There were significant gouges in the seat. I asked salesman to help me fix that and he was completely unwilling to do anything. Be aware if you are considering purchasing something from them!

I had a tractor repair that was supposed to be done in about 1 week, it took about 7 weeks to get my tractor back. The repair was done well, but they waited a month before diagnosing and ordering parts.

Taylor Rental is very professional. Delivery and Set up and take down was quick.The tent was beautiful and was perfect for our event. It's great to have them close by!Thanks Taylor Rental!
