the highest recommendations!I had a flat tire, I was in the Aldi parking lot, called Madison, within 5 minutes a man arrived (as I later realized it was the owner, Mike) and pumped up the tire so that I could follow him and get to the garage. Mechanic Zach did a great job on my tire. prompt, professional and respectful, Thanks !

After driving around and stopping in every garage to fix a valve stem ( about 15 of them )We stopped at maddens garage said they could do it . He said wait here i will get to you in 15 minutes , all the other garage s said leave it overnight and I ll see if I can get on it ( it s a 15 minute job ) . We use this vehicle for work and we are from out of town . And leaving the vehicle just can t happen . So THANK YOU so much Maddens garage for getting us in right away and taking care of it . The gentleman that did the work also was super nice and friendly even gave our dog a treat . I think it was maybe the owner but not sure . I m glad there are still people like this in the world .

Madden's is a full service towing and repair service, from cars to big rigs, they have you covered.They are a family run business who I've been using for around 30 years when I had my trucking company. I've used them exclusively since to tow my personal cars and to get me started when my battery was dead.Mike knows exactly what to do when I needed to get my BMW to my mechanic. He knew I needed to use a flat bed truck, because they can't be towed. He knew exactly how to winch it, and how to securely fasten it without damaging it.I don't even bother to call anyone else, I just call Madden's, and I don't have to worry about anything...

Great service. I was stuck in Saranac Lake when my brakes failed. Though parts were hard to find, Mike the mechanic got everything fixed in one day, enabling me to enjoy my vacation to Montreal to with son.

Locked my keys in my truck at charlies inn. Answered my call at 10pm and was at my truck within 30 minutes, on a 1 degree night! Excellent, fast service. At a great price! Would recommend to anyone!

We came out on vacation and were not prepared for tire troubles. Our daughters birthday/vacation and we were stressed. The owner was amazing got us in immediately and had the tire repaired in no time! Life saver!

I got my car stuck in a deep ditch and they were there in less than half an hour to help me. The driver was super polite and very communicative throughout the whole process, and he pulled off this rather tricky tow beautifully. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Great mechanics and friendly customer service. Honesty and quality mean alot to us and we are very thankful we have Madden's. They are the business we trust for tow and more importantly repair. Thanks again guy's, see you next time our car breaks down

This past Sunday, we had a flat tire on Rt 86 just north of Saranac Lake. Cars were flying past us as we struggled to change to the donut. Without a call for assistance, Mike Madden showed up and took over the changing process. He finished in minutes. When I went to pay him for helping us, he waved off the cash I was holding out to him. He did not have to stop, he did not have to assist us, and he did not need to refuse the cash he rightly earned and deserved. I have been to the garage in the past and he has always done right by us.Thank you Mike for your help Sunday July 7th, the holiday weekend.

Cannot remember the gentleman s name to save my life but he was so friendly & helpful. If I ever need another tow (praying I don t) this would be the place I d call again. Very helpful during a very frustrating experience. SO, if you re the one who picked up my Cruze in Saranac Lake tonight you re a literal angel & I owe you my life.

At the end of June, I was camping in the Saranac Lakes area off the beaten path. In a sleepy slumber, I somehow locked my keys in the car and had a sleepless night knowing I needed to find a solution early the next day to leave for home (PA) by 8 am. I woke early and called Madden's Garage and Towing at 5:15 am. Surprisingly, I got a human being. I told him that I wanted to be assisted by 8am and he made his way by 6:40 am. This was prompt service given how early on a Saturday and the fact that I was off the beaten path. He knew the area well so I didn't have to give him detailed directions. Luckily I had reception and he was successful helping get my keys out of my car so we could be on our way. The other garages that popped up all said they wouldn't open until at least 7am.

Good for oil changes, towing, and brakes. Anything else get a second opinionWe recently got a quote for a coolant leak that they said was going to be a $1000 because they would have to remove the engine. Got a second opinion and it was $200 and they didn't have to remove the engine. Seems the tech was a little off his game but I sure am happy we got a second opinion.

Double the price of the quoted work. Never called me to tell me anything about the car. I had to chase them down any time i wanted to know anything. Work took two weeks to complete. They will have my car for a long time because i cannot afford the work they did without my permission.Courteous on the phone. I guess that's something good.

Last winter after dropping stuff off to my father in the hospital I foolishly pulled over and got myself stuck in the snow. I panicked...trying to hide my panic so my little boy who was 7 didn't panic...I called Maddens. They found me. I didn't really know where I was because I was scared, dark, cold, was snowing! I gave awful directions! Ugh I was such a mess!!! I will forever thank the man who's name I never got! Thank you! Thank you!

I broke down in Raybrook and needed a tow to North Lawrence. I googled for a towing company and Madden popped up first. I called , they answered on the first ring and showed quick and got me home at a fair price. They helped make my bad day better. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks
