After a horrific time at another body shop, Matt s made a miraculous fix to my Crosstrek. Highly recommended. If you have a Subaru in Dutchess County or a nearby county and need work done. Please take it here. Outstanding. Don t listen to your Insurance company. Take your car here and nowhere else!

Exactly a year after a freaking deer helped my wife total the car, I was minding my own business when yet another freaking deer decided to tempt fate. Fate dictated that the deer would shoot up in the air like a Russian tank commander, before landing a good thirty feet away and sliding across the highway. Being a snobby New Yorker, I was hesitant to entrust my expensive car to the random place that it had been towed to, and I was intent on having it returned to the Manhattan dealership whence it came. However, Matt's convinced me that they knew what they were doing and that the car was in good hands. They did a fantastic job. The car came back looking and feeling like new. I would use them again, but I'm hoping freaking deer will eventually learn to not leap in front of automobiles.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

An unfortunate animal crossing late at night resulted in a damaged front end. Ruge s Subaru shared their recommendation... If you ever have to get body work done, go to Matt s! Friendliest staff, very accommodating, efficient turnaround time and you ll leave with a freshly washed and repaired vehicle.

I have had a car fixed here years ago twice from deer running into me. I had an accident last year and Matt's picked the car up. They are always helpful and kind. I wouldn't take my car any please else if it needed fixing. They do a great job on repairs!!!

Clinton Towing, part of Matt s, saved the day and my sanity. Geico stranded me on the side of the road and I couldn t find a single tow company willing to get me. The very nice gentleman who picked me up called several times on the way to make sure I was somewhere safe, and the woman I spoke to over the phone who dispatched him was so sweet and worked with me getting my car back to my dealership (factory clutch defect) and payment. I cannot thank you enough, it is so rare to find people who care as much as you do and it is so appreciated. Thank you

The people working at Matt s are amazing and they did a great job after I broke down in the Taconic. They re not looking to fleece you, they re looking to help. Would recommend that everyone I know got there for any car issues.Also, eff Murphy s! Yuck and boo.

Matt's Auto Body did above and beyond the most amazing job! Their workmanship is impeccable. It looked like a brand new car that just rolled out of the dealers show room. The auto body shop near where I live an hour away towards New York City, doesn't come close to quality work that Matt's Auto Body does. The paint job is a big WOW! What a bunch of professional, wonderful people to deal with. They even delivered my car to me at a location closer to where I live when all the work was completed. I couldn't believe that they also cleaned the entire interior of the car. That was a nice surprise! They even worked with me on the price to fix it. Thank you Matt's Auto Body for a great job done! I am so grateful!

Hit a Deer with my nice new F-150 and the deer went right down the side of the truck causing about $5000 worth of damage. Matt's did an amazing job of repairing the damage making the truck as good as new. The turn around time was very fast. I noticed a small problem with the door seal much later and brought it back in and they ordered a new part and installed it in a few minutes while I waited. . I could not be more impressed with the workmanship and professionalism. Also had to have my other car towed by them once during a snowstorm and once again they were very reasonable and professional. I am very fortunate to have such a well run auto repair facility a short drive from my home!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Matt s replaced our storm damaged front hood. The job was done on time and quickly. It was done to precisely match the premium color one damaged. Perfect work. Perfect workmanship. Can t rave enough about Matt s Auto. Mike Beckmann and the rest of the staff went above/beyond and exceeded my expectations. My car was fixed in a very short period of time and they did an outstanding job with the body work. The car was impeccable both inside and out. If you ve been involved in a car accident, Matt s Auto is definitely the way to go. Professional, prompt, courteous and willing to work with you. Called Matt's over the weekend when my friend's car wouldn't start after a couple of really cold nights. They connected me to someone who came out right away and got the car running. I have to say I have never been more impressed with an auto body shop in my life. I got into a bad roll over accident thankfully I wasn t too badly hurt but my car was totaled. They towed my car from my scene of the accident and when I felt better and spoke to them about getting my things from the car they were amazing. Super helpful and very concerned about my well being. Never met a place so nice and caring. I highly recommend them

So today I picked up my vehicle after having a bad experience with northside auto body in Poughkeepsie. When I had an accident that I mistakenly caused myself. No one was hurt just my vehicle was in badly shape. My vehicle looks brand new and feels like I just got it out the dealer shop. I'm so glad they were able to get my car back to how it was before my accident. For less than the other auto body and they were great in giving me updates about my car and not sugar coating anything. I will definitely recommend my friends here to them instead of Northside now even if it is 20 minutes away but it is worth it. They make sure it is safe to drive again and take care of it as if it was their own. Thank you very much Mike especially. He was great. Will put up pictures of my car to prove their work as well. It was a big job and it was done in three weeks. They are awesome. I'm still surprised my car looks very nice is with me again.

When my car was damaged in a collision I sought recommendations on my local Rhinebeck FB page. Matt's Auto Body was recommended more times than any other autobody shop for doing a good job at a great value, for being reliable and honest, and for having great customer service. When one recommendation included that Matt's not only quoted significantly lower than a local autobody shop but was so much nicer to deal with over the phone, I felt confident I could trust their quote and brought my car to them. When insurance determined my car was totaled but the settlement process dragged on for two months, Matt's autobody took care of me throughout the entire stressful, dragged-out settlement process that resulted in my car getting towed away. They remained kind and supportive even when there was no financial benefit in it for them. They are the kind of local business that enriches and builds community and does complete justice to the high praise they consistently earn.

Just picked up my car from Matt s Auto Body. I ve never been so impressed with a business and the owner and the people who work there. The body work that they did on the car was superior. You would never know there was any damage. They even went so far as to clean the interior to make it look better than the day I bought the car. I highly recommend Matt s Auto Body. This place was great! We damaged a friend s car and they took car of the body work at a VERY reasonable price, were friendly, and did an overall fantastic job. The car looks brand new. My Jeep was hit by a deer in early December. I brought it to Matt s the next day since it was a brand new vehicle and I wanted it fixed as soon as possible. As I was waiting for my estimate, I said to the gentleman I was working with, I just want to make sure the estimate has the correct up charge on it for the paint. I continued to explain that it was a special tri-coat paint NOT your standard white. He looked at me and says very obnoxiously, who told you that? As if I wasn t the one who bought the vehicle He then got on the phone with someone (not sure who) hung up a few minutes later and goes, yeah you re right about the paint. As if I was lying to him when I said it earlier. Then proceeds to tell me that the drivers mirror (that was destroyed by the deer) is on back order for months.Thankfully, I brought my Jeep to Northside Auto who had my mirror in less than a week and a half from the factory AND knew what type of paint I needed within the first 10 seconds of looking at my car.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The women in the office said she wanted to beat me a** and I m 5 months pregnant!!! They did nothing but bash other businesses in the area. Terrible customer service.

I have used Matt's Auto body for all our family vehicle when in need of body work. That's a total of (5) five vehicles. Bob, one of the owners, is an outstanding guy who bends over backwards to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your repair. His fees are reasonable and his work is flawless. He is the epitome of your local business owner who cares about his clients satisfaction. I highly recommend Matt's Auto Body for all your collision or body work repair. You will be greatly satisfied.
