I never actually went to the shop, but I was driving across the country in an all electric car. It died about a mile down the street from them and Joe came out to help us at the crack of dawn. He was super nice and helped us figure out an easier way to move the vehicle without having to break the bank. He was awesome and the man that stopped before him, who works down the street from him was an amazing help too. I was so surprised by their kindness and willingness to help!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!The owner of this business is genuinely a great guy who serves his community very well. Everybody in town knows they do a great job which is why so many customers keep coming back and why other businesses utilize Den's in order to service their vehicles. It's nice to see that there's some nice people left in this at time not so nice of a world that we live in nowadays.

My brother had a tire blow on his vehicle and Den's Auto Body towed it to their shop and it sat in their lot for over a week and they didn't charge him very much for towing and sitting in the lot. He had to use their tools. We were coming from out of state and was late getting there and they allowed us to be there after they had closed for the day. If I need a tow truck again I will definitely call them. Very nice people.

Fast response to my roadside assistance through AAA. Great service! Mike showed up under the estimated time and quickly pulled my car out of the snow bank I drove into. He then made sure my car was safe! I was very happy with their service and overall friendliness!

Got a flat tire on a remote dirt road in Allegheny and called AAA. Thomas arrived quickly and tried to repair tire first with a plug but wasn t holding air. He was very professional and friendly while changing tire and went above my expectations. He did all he could to ensure our safety for drive back to Buffalo area. Would recommend for job well done and being a kind man who we called on a Sunday on a holiday weekend.Service: Tires

i broke down the local Shariff had my car towed it was Dens auto body who towed it. I wasn't able to get in touch with them because of personal things on my end for about a week . I called them and explained my cercumstances they where terrific charging me less than 300.00 towing and storage. I've been towed before for just two days at shambas it was over 600.00 500.00 for a 4 mile tow and 100.00 per day storage THANK YOU TEDS . you guys are awesome and I would definitely call you for any auto needs God bless

Jason was very accommodating. I live about 80 miles away and hit a deer on I-86. They immediately sent a tow and made sure I was taken care of. Wonderful service. Thank you!

Through AAA I just had my motorcycle towed from Allegany to Buffalo and the guy was so incredibly nice the whole time. I'm glad he helped me out and was not at all annoyed that he had a 3 hour round trip.

Took my car to dens auto body after a deer hit driver side . Den and Jason very helpfull. Towing driver excellent. Body shop excellent. No problems after getting car back. Thank u den and Jason . We I'll be back. John and denise.

They literally took three packs of gum and all of my change about $9 worth of quarters out of my car. They rummaged through the entire vehicle looks like they stepped all over the seats, didn't even bring it back looking clean but at least they had the courtesy to leave the nickels and dimes. Extremely unprofessional.

They charge ridiculous prices for a tow of 2miles. $200.00, it's greedy! But don't worry I found someone to do the same thing for $70.

Unfortunately I got my car stuck in one of the sites at Allegany State Park. Called Den s and he showed up quickly, was super helpful, courteous and polite, and got the job done!

We took our car to them and they did more damage to the paint then wouldn't admit that they did it. Also had a friend take their cltruck to get fixed and within a year the paint pealed off. Not an honest business to go to.

Charged me a ton to get out of impound and literally towed like 1/2 a mile. They were pleasant but obviously hungry for that money.

If you should ever happen to be in or near Salamanca NY and happen to, for example, hit a bear and total your truck, these are the guys to call. They respond quickly, and are friendly, competent, and honest.
