Despite some of the below comments, this is a great shop that does excellent work. I read all the reviews prior to taking my GS to them for new tires. I chuckled at some of the comments . I have three bikes, a BMW r1200 GS, Ducati Scrambler 803 and a Ninja track bike. Im currently rebuilding the Ninja after flipping it at the track in Jan and just finished restoring the GS after it had been sitting in a garage for 10+ years collecting dust.Toys might be cheap, but parts, service and labor are expensive. Respect the time and work that goes into your bike. Ducati Miami is $160 an hour for labor, BMW Miami is comparable. These guys are a bargin in conpairson, especially given they re paying Hamptons rents! It takes time to disassemble and reassemble parts. I know, I work on my own bikes These guys are an A++ I would let them service and/or work on any of my toys. I m also aware and prepared to pay the cost for solid work. Just because you can buy something, doesn t mean you can afford it Ignore the negative feedback, these guys are great. The nineT is my buddies also serviced at NYC Choppers. The R3 isn t mine, still working on the Ninja

A real bike shop in the middle of the Hamptons. Owner Nick is an upfront man of his word and does great work. The prices are reasonable considering it is the Hamptons. Some of the negative reviews seem to be from people who are not realistic about what it cost to operate in a pricey location. They cannot do their own repairs but are somehow experts on what someone else should do or charge.

Very disappointing. Nick talks the talk but does not deliver - but does overcharge. Performed an annular rice on my bike plus a new front tire - over $1000. Wow. The most disappointing part was that he scratched the rim when replacing my front tire. My advice to my biker brethren - avoid

I have to take the owner to court. I believe I am not the only and first one. He overcharged me Way crazy without my approval he charged me $1400 for a simple starter kit. When i told him this is outrageous he basically told me that he would keep the bike then. I didn t get and invoice when I dropped the bike. Everything was an oral contract. It Took more than a month to fix and actually 2 days later the bike died. My vespa was outside in the hard winter. Snow, rain, ice, sun. For one month. He is unprofessional and rude as hell. Avoid him at all cost.Services: Electrical repair, Engine repair

Nick delivered on a VERY hard- to -find part. It was delivered to my house in the promised time frame. The Air cleaner was a perfect fit at a very fair price. His knowledge and communication made the whole process easy.Whenever you feel up against it try NYC Choppers, Nick won t give up on your difficult problem. Thanks!!!Services: Delivery, Engine repair

I have been to NYC choppers a couple of times now and every time I called, Nick got on the phone and was friendly. He accommodated me immediately and we had a good chat while I was there. The man knows his stuff and I would not hesitate to go back. Prior to contacting NYC Choppers I Called another motorcycle shop in Southampton and they were so rude on the phone and the owner I assume, she just cut me off and didn t even let me finish explaining my situation. I was so turned off when she said, excuse me I am still talking . WOW.I called another shop, I believe in Amagansett, before contacting NYC Choppers and wanted to see if I could get my bike inspected. They told me when I can come in, which was the following week and told me I had to leave it there overnight to get it inspected. When I called NYC choppers Nick Had me come in right away and he inspected my bike right then and there. I really think some places in the hamptons may be fed up with some demanding customers and possibly try to protect themselves and maintain control. I can understand That to some extent at the same time being nice goes a long way.

This past weekend I had a flat tire on my CB 1000r in Sag Harbor. Nick with his NYC Choppers shop was right there and did not hesitate one second to help. Luckily he had mine type of tire in stock and offered me to change it on the spot. It took one hour and I was ready to cruz the Hamptons in no time. Thank you for being "YOU" Nick!!Service: TiresService: Tires

Complete thief took my money and I received nothing , that s right nothing !!! Paid over 30K for a new bike and didn t even get a tire ! He should be in jail ! Feel free to contact me for proof if anyone needs it . Look us up on instagram Diablo Construction we are legit ! Amazing how many people have been robbed . He claims the judge took the bike when actually they wanted me to put up a 10k bond and the attorney fees were getting out of hand ! Eventually you have to cut your loss. Either way Nick received a large sum of money I received nothing !!!! I invite anyone to contact me I have legit proof he is a thief !!!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR MOTORCYCLE HEREThis guy took my brand new rebuild (which only needed a new battery) and left it outside to rust - making excuses time and time again when I wanted to pick it up.He charged my card without informing me of the costs upwards of $1,000 (the total he charged was $1,400 of which $350 was authorised)When I picked the bike up he made me sign the receipts before I rode it as he s obviously dealt with this before after reading his reviews (I WISH I READ THEM FIRST) you can see why - dispute, dispute, dispute. He then had the audacity to tell me you left it here for months when I questioned why it was so rusted.Hopefully my mistake and experience will help you make the decision to never go here. I don t ever write reviews, but this left me dumbfounded. Thanks for ruining my Christmas, Nick.

He had my motorcycle for 6 months total. After 3 months I paid entirely what was owed. Then he told me I didn't owe anymore money. He demanded I give him more money before I picked it up ... He also told me the bike was going to be finished 5 different times and sure enough it was not. After he lost the keys to my bike I picked it up and found that he wired the battery backwards (most likely on purpose) and he had my motorcycle sitting outside for a few weeks before telling me it was actually finished. I drove the motorcycle to his shop and started it up in front of him. When I got it back it did not run.A few weeks is a reasonable timeframe for working on a vehicle, half a year is ridiculous

absolute ripe off . Ive never seen personally such a rip off artist. Pads the check and tells you need a extra stuff . Holds your bike ransom till you pay his demands . Only to find out his quality work is horrible and youi have to go elsewhere to get fixed

Left my bike outside and uncovered, had to replace the carburetor because it seized. I didn't make a fuss and paid his ridiculous prices. Left disappointed and feeling cheated.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignmentServices: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Engine repair, Wheel alignment

Dishonest people. They bought a primary cover from our business on eBay, took the parts they needed (sleeve and hold down) then opened a claim that the cover was received incomplete, causing us to pay return shipping. So we paid shipping both ways for them to take the parts they needed at our expense and the part they bought and returned is now incomplete. If they'll screw us...they'll screw you. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Nick, the owner of the shop is a great man, knows his stuff about the motorcycles, I am glad finally meeting a real Pro here out east. Will be recomending him to fellow bikers.

Wise guy.Show up for a vehicle inspection and expect to be coerced into fake repairs. Beware the scam artists ! Inspection passed!Inspection passed easily at an honest, legitimate motorcycle shop.
