Went there to grab a few parts for my sprinter the service was amazing best experience yet

Had a horrible experience while getting oil change. I dropped off the car and as normal was told and expected the process to take around 2 plus hours, that was not the case I was told later in the day when in inquired the car would be ready in a few more hours which didn t happen. At 5 PM I was told car won t be ready today and to come pick up tomorrow. I waited almost 24 hours for an oil change and when at site to pick up the car waited another half hour for paperwork so I can pay for inspection. I would not be visiting the service department at Rally going forward.
