I recently had service done to my 2024 Acura mdx where I was issued a loaner car. The loaner was stolen 1 day after receiving it which is odd because I ve owned 2 Acura mdx type s and never had a problem. So I picked up my vehicle after service I asked the casher or resection how dose it work with the stolen car they told me I have to go through my insurance so I made the claim on my insurance causing my insurance company to raise my rates then to find out there insurance was premier and my insurance was secondary and there insurance would take care of everything and my insurance would not get involved so I got an insurance rate hike for no reason other than not finding out about it or asking someone. With that being said my service advisor is great and I do like the dealership and Rallye company

Let s just say I would not take my car here for servicing. I had 4 new tires installed and needed to go back four times to get it right . The tires were either incorrectly sealed or some other reason why the tires were constantly losing air. Makes you wonder technically how proficient these guys are with any service. If you pay a premium by going to the dealership for service, it better be good and it is not. Nice service manager but who cares when you need to go back and waste so much of you time there.Service: Tires

I'm giving one star because there's nothing less to give and I if I have a choice, I'd have given them a zero.These guys at the service center are not honest, professional or considerate. The maintenance on my Acura MDX is pre paid and I have taking my car to these guys for regular maintenance just to find out that they've been doing the bare minimum which was oil change and topping up the fluid. For almost 2 years, they never rotated my tires, never changed the cabin air filter, never changed the coolant flush or any of the other codes that came along with the oil change!I learnt from a friend who used to work with Honda Dealership that although the dealership get reimbursed by Honda for the maintenance that was prepaid by me when I purchased the vehicle, they get reimbursed at a much lower rate than if I were to pay for them out of pocket, hence, they try to refrain from doing everything listed with the codes that come on the panel, do the bare minimum and then reset the codes and just hand me back the vehicle and tell me that "everything is ok"!I had an "emission system issue" code and I took my vehicle to these guys 3 times and all what they did each time is that they reset the code and gave me back the vehicle and gave me a song and dance and told me that was a signal glitch / issue and now everything is good.When the code came back for the fourth time, I took the vehicle to a different dealership, where they were able to pull the maintenance records, checked and scanned the vehicle thoroughly and confirmed all these facts that I mentioned above!Furthermore, they were able to determine the real cause which was a faulty evap canister valve, luckily was covered by the warranty.That been said, these guys did nothing but deflecting the issue rather than addressing it. I'd never go back to them or recommend them to anyone and I'll make sure that I'd spread the word in social media and everyone that I know. This is bad business!

Not only did I purchase my car here but have been servicing my car here for years! Wouldn t trust my Acura with any other dealer but Rallye. Customer service is too priority here. They treat all customers like family . Very reassuring to have them. Enza and Moon are the greatest!

Honest and professional service. Prompt vehicle delivery. No hidden fees whatsoever. It took exactly 20 minutes for me to drive out my new Acura MDX from the dealership. Highly recommended. A+++!!!

Our newly leased vehicle has been in the shop since December...it is now March. We've been provided updates and almost every time I'm told they're waiting on parts.Not only am I paying hundreds each month to lease a car I cannot use but I'm also forking over thousands for a rental on top of that.Hard not to compare this experience to one I've had with a local shop where (while waiting for parts) they put the vehicle together to allow us to drive it while waiting for the parts to arrive. This was so we wouldn't have to pay thousands for a rental.

Becareful of work recommendations. I was incorrectly informed that I needed an air filter change as part of my oil change. I frequently change my own cabin and engine filters. And I did so just weeks ago! When I explained, the service guy went into shop and came back moments later apologizing. Sounds very suspicious and wonder if this "mistake" happens frequently.Service: Oil change

I bought a new car from Danny Park at Rallye. I can't say enough good things about this dealership or Danny! Danny is a phenomenal sales person. He did all the legwork and made everything so easy. We did everything over the phone and I had my car in a little over 24 hours! He beat out every other dealers price! I almost gave up on the car while working with Bay Shore Acura, but after being referred to Danny I now have a car dealer that I can trust! They even stayed late so I could pick up the car. If you are looking for an Acura, this is the place to go!

The worst experience I ve ever had. Took my car in at 8am for air conditioning problems. Waited 5 hours for diagnosing. Worst of all they found so many problems one after the next and charged me a lot of money.So I decided I am not going to have my car fixed there. I paid for the diagnostic and they took my car out of garage.When I went in to my car, I saw that the front head lamp was not working.After I told them, they lied to me and said the car came in with that problem.So I am taking this further with proof.Service: Air conditioning

Purchased my 2022 Acura MDX Type S Advance from this dealership. Went to the Service Department on October 4th, 2022 due a clunking noise when turning the steering wheel side to side. After doing some research, I found out that this is a common problem with 2022 Acura MDX's due to the tie rod ends being improperly torqued from the factory. I went to the Service Department at 7:00am which is opening time. I was told by Service Advisor Kenny Persaud that since I didn't have an appointment and refuse to leave my truck, I couldn't be helped. I guess this is how they treat a customer who spent $74k before taxes on a truck. I didn't leave my truck because it's my only means of transportation, I wasn't offered a loaner vehicle and tightening up tie rod ends to factory spec doesn't take long. I ended up going to the Paragon Acura Service Department which took care of the problem in less than 40 minutes.

This place was not the best experience for me. I typically shop at Rallye dealerships and have had positive experiences but I did not feel like I was taken care of during this process at all. When getting to the dealership to pick up my car, I waited close to 4 hours for it to be ready when being told it would be ready at a specific. When signing paper work; I was given paper work that had a lower price which I obviously loved, but after finishing all the paper work and getting ready to drive off the car; mind you waiting 4 hours. I was asked to redo all the paper work again. Even now after owning the vehicle for a month and waiting on License plates since I was out of state. I called to check in why they were delayed. They told me I owed money and thats why they were delayed but the plates have been at the dealership the whole time. NO one called me to check in or fill me in. I had to do that on my own. I would never come back here again.

I recently bought a Certified Acura MDX 2019 from Rallye Acura in Roslyn NY and wanted to share my excellent buying experience working with Danny Park and the dealership team.At the time of looking for a vehicle in Q1/2022, the chip shortage has resulted in limited inventory for new and used vehicles. After a couple of months of not finding a vehicle matching my criteria with local dealers in Raleigh NC area, I expanded my online search to a wider radius along the East coast. When buying a vehicle remote to your area, my advice is to buy a new or Certified vehicle, and find a reputable dealership. With my expanded online search, I found a very nice Certified 2019 MDX that met my criteria (ie. low miles, features, color preference, reasonably priced) at the Rallye Acura dealership.I carefully looked at Google and Yelp reviews and found many positive comments on the buying experience and integrity of the Rallye Acura dealership. Danny Park (Floor Manager and Salesperson) was mentioned many times very favorably in the reviews so I sought him out. I called Danny late Wed and within an hour we worked out a deal and completed the pre-approval for Acura Financing. On Thursday I flew to NY to complete the deal in person and pickup the MDX.Danny and the Rallye Acura dealership had everything in order. From the moment I arrived, Danny greeted me at the door and guided me through the buying process in a very timely manner. Danny was great to work with in that he is professional, trustworthy and very friendly. There were no games trying to add in fees or upsell. Everything was as it should be as we agreed upon. After I performed a test drive and review of the vehicle features, Danny arranged for me to work with Julio Herrera in the Sales / Finance dept to complete the paperwork. Julio was also very friendly and great to work with.Thank you to Danny and the entire team at Rallye Acura for an excellent buying experience!

My father had an issue with his rlx and I brought it in to several service centers and no one was able to resolve the issue. Keeyoung serviced my father's car and so far so good. Issue finally seems resolved. Service was quick and efficient. Thank you!

I Bought my car with Rallye Acura and I was being serviced for 11 years. Best sales assistant is Kenny's. Great person, great customer services, and honest. Thank you for everything. When I am ready to by my second car. I am coming to Rallye Acura to see Kenny.

My ILX was shaking at the steering wheel so brought in to service to check it out. The tires had wires coming through and rims dented in. I had taken out tire insurance when I leased the car and Rallye and Rich in service assisted in getting the insurance to cover all the damage. Mr Tammaro is the best service advisor I ever met in Acura !!! I had issues with Acura in northern blvd queens paragon but Acura rallye really helped me out with the issues I had. I m forever grateful for Mr tammaro he is really the guy to go too !!! Please don t go to Acura Paragon !!! The gentleman who took me in was very kind and answered all my questions. waited about an hour in a comfortable location wifi and all. received a free car wash voucher which I used immeidately. Always feel like I am getting the white glove treatment without paying a luxury tax for it. Maintenance costs are comparable to everywhere else even if the speedy and attentive service is worth a premium

I just bought the car for almost 2 month , the salesperson Abi is not a good person , he is nice when I buy the car , but after service so bad . Hi is a dishonest person . I suggest everyone be carefully ! Before and after service is all different.

The place is very clean and staffs are nice. But the wait time is very very long. You basically have to give up your day for a simple service. Overall ok.

I brought in my 2020 Mdx with only 10,000 miles and was charge for a rear differential fluid change over 300 dollars and later find out that it was needed after 50,000 miles what a ripoff this is my second lease with this Dealer will not take my car for service here anymore ..so disappointedServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil changeServices: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change
