Absolutely HorribleZero stars is appropriateDropped my truck off a week ago for a leaking window repair which should be covered as it has affected tens of thousands of GM truck owners. I told the rep the truck MUST be kept inside because of the leak which is very bad and it is starting to smell inside. He assured me it will be kept inside. I was going away that week and said if you cannot keep this inside, I ll take it home . He reassured me the truck WILL BE KEPT INDOORS.It was NOT kept indoors for a minute of its stay with this service center.They put a garbage bag over a small section of the roof and it was a complete disaster. The bag was draped inside the rear doors and water poured into my truck for the entire week as it sat outside when there were multiple torrential downpours.I Went to pick it up a week later and paid them $211 for them to tell me they won t even fix it. The truck stinks 10 times worse than before of stale water and mold.My back seat and floor was completely soaked from them tucking the plastic bag into the rear doors which created a small river of water into my truck. Complete incompetence and they lied to me about keeping it inside.I will be calling GM directly as well to alert them of this situation and will never buy an automobile from north bay again, nor will I use them for service after lying to me about keeping the truck indoors.I ve had it in my garage now all day with the doors wide open and multiple fans going to get it dry , and the whole house sticks from it.And the real hysterical part is, when I dropped it off a week prior they asked if I wanted it vacuumed and washed, they didn t even bother to do that. It now needs professional cleaning which will cost me more money after staying with them.Thank you for nothing north bay CadillacTHE ABSOLUTE WORSTI even bought their extended warranty for $4500 when I purchased the truck, at which time I was told it s bumper to bumper warranty which would cover almost everything.also a lie, albeit that was at their dealership, not their service center. But it s good to know they lie to their customers at both locations.

I dropped my car on Wednesday the 7th of February 2024 for some repairs . Once I arrived at the Dealership I was told that it should take about a day or 2 which I was not in the rush to have my 2019 Escalade back as longest I was gonna have the miner problems covered by my warranty. Six days later I received a phone call saying that the warranty would not cover the parts and labor which it not true.I m trying to find an answer to why my car had to be at the shop for six days and then nothing was touched on my car.On top of this they charged me 266 for 1hr of labor diagnostic fee and yet my car was there for 7 days. I don t know how is this a Cadillac Dealer customer service. As if I was driving a cheap car knowing that Cadillac Escalade is the most expensive car that they sell at the dealer and they treat me really really bad almost everyone had an attitude towards me and honestly I don t know the reason . Best of luck to anyone trying to service there vehicles at this place.

I recently purchased a used vehicle from Petar Ardeljan and it was a pleasure. This dealership operates differently from most as they encompass a no pressure environment and are transparent throughout the process. I would definitely recommend.

I wish I could leave a 0 star review!!! Do not Buy or Lease from GM or this dealer!!!I returned my Cadillac on 9/21/23 to the dealer I purchase the vehicle. GM financial completed their final inspection of my car on 10/3/23, a whole two weeks after I returned the car. When I returned my car, the person at Cadillac receiving the vehicle reviewed my car and said we shouldn't have a problem as the vehicle was in good condition and no major wear on the car. Today I received a certified letter from GM financial, a bill of $600!!!! Gm financial is charging me for damage that was not on my car when I returned it to them. GM financial filed a picture, of a scratch 20 inches long on my hood!!! I did not have a scratch on the car, and even if I did, I purchased paintless dent repair for the vehicle when I started my lease. So the damage they are claiming would be covered under my protection plan. the picture posted by GM doesn't even show my car entirely so how do I know this is even my vehicle?!?!?! this is extortion, I am now held accountable for damage on the vehicle that I did not do! I will be reporting them to the BBB.Buyer beware, do not purchase for them as they will extort you on your lease return. Take thorough picture and videos of your vehicle before you return your lease. I will tell all my friends and family of my experience and encourage them not to buy from this dealer or GM.- very disgusted consumer

This was my first visit to North Bay Cadillac service department ,but from stopping by the show room for direction to the service department and from the time i drove my car in to the service area to the time i drove out every one was very professional Courteous and well knowledged .and I was very impressed that is why I gave them all five stars

Helpful. Courteous. Very comfortable waiting area with coffee. Best service area I've ever been to. 7/26/22 update. Again a very good experience at North Bay Buick. My car was promptly registered for service and a service representative spoke to me on what was to be done. A very comfortable wait in nice soft chairs and my service was done and my car was washed. Very happy.

David and Marvin are absolutely amazing!!! They actually care about you and won't try to scam you like other service centers. Backup parking assistance line disappeared, went to to fix it , they reprogram the car , now the back up camera is completely OFF . Basically you bring the car to service , but make it worse , and you have to go back again when NEW software updated , but the car is brand new model purchased within 1 year . very interesting experience.

They got me in and out provided me a loaner vehicle and technician Mason diagnosed my issue and got me back on the Road expeditiously. Service is very good. Marino is a great guy to work with and always does the right thing for his customers. Only problem lately has been the need for loaner cars if your vehicle will be there for some time. Very difficult to get a loaner when needed.

I bought a 2019 Cadillac Esc 1 year ago w 57000 mi, put all extended warranty plains on it bumper to bumper and also purchased trier and rims coverage, I brought the car 3-4 times the first few months I owned it while putting 3 to 5 thousand mi on it to have my front end checked for shaking and vibrations, they just kept giving me back the car telling me it was fixed, it never got fixed and was scary and at times would not handle good and unsafe! Also when you call, if you leave a message they never call back. one year later and 25,000 later with my car still shaking and vibrating I brought my car to another GM service station, after changing my oil the adviser said that my front shocks are leaking oil, I then told them I bought extended coverage, they ran the claim sadly front shocks were not covered. I then called North Bay same thing one year later I was told someone will call me back,, they never called me back. When I called the next day I was told that this type of repair is not covered. What a wast of time and money!!! Don't use this repair department, don't buy there aftermarket warranty plains. I tried explaining that I brought the car back 3 to 4 times in the first 4 months I owned it, there advisor enplaned that the GM bumper to bumper expired 1 month ago, I asked of a bit of leniency because I lost several weeks by them trying to fix it, Their rep replied "its $195.00 to check it" Go someplace else to purchase your car, and don't bring your car hear for service. I spent a lot of money in this place, they don't care about you they just want your money.Services: Electrical repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

Marino is my advisor, he always gives me personal Professional attention and updates me frequently what s going on while I m waiting. I have been taking my vehicle to this service center for over six years Jennifer the manager Is always there greeting you by name and making sure you are comfortable, she even offered me a loaner car one time when a part had to be ordered. They even wipe down the chairs when you walk in so you can feel safe during the pandemic.Best service I ve ever had, hands down.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Oil change

I ve been looking for a trustworthy place to service my 2021 Escalade. I did two oil changes here and my service adviser is Barry Weingart. He is a honest and upfront gentleman and I trust him. He s done a great job with everything so far. I totally trust my vehicle with him.

Barry , Marino , John and the staff are great. They keep your car rolling and shiniing. You guys are amazing! I bought my SUV in two months ago for service prior to a long distance road trip. Well my SUV ran like a well oiled machine to and back home. I will recommend you to others in the community!

Service department is just amazing place to get your car service. The valet greets me thank you gentlemen they guide me where to go once driving through the lanes. The receptionists are one of the greatest people they help me out when in need in their best ability they know how too. Same goes for the service advisor they understand what I need done on my car nor do they give me issues they are so workable you guys rock!!!! Overall the new management Jesus and Jennifer are one of the greatest funniest sweetest people on earth I ll so recommend this to all my friends and family. Once again thank you north bay Cadillac service department you guys rock!!!!!

Gloria helped me work out an incredibly frustrating intermittent issue with the vehicle. My experience here was fantastic. Roadside assistance was fantastic. Adam, the technician arrived at my house within 30 mins of calling roadside assistance and he followed me to the service center so I can get a loaner car. Barry was efficient, professional and extremely helpful and I was on the road within 20 mins. Awesome experience.

I brought my car in for service. They had my loaner ready for me at my allotted time. The representative that helped me Barry Weingart was very attentive and professional. I m very please with North Bay Cadillac. I ve had my car for going on three years and I never bring my car to any other service place. They are truly the Best!!!

Be prepared to wait an hour to even meet with a service advisor when you drop off your car. When I take my BMW to Rallye BMW I m out of there with a loaner in 15 minutes. This place is a joke.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Great service. Thank you Gloria for another great experience!! Took my car on time was going to wait for it but Gloria came to me and said don't wait I'll get you a ride home. Then later was contacted by Gloria when the car was finished and she said I'll send George back for you. Thanks again Gloria and staff of North Bay Cadillac Service Center....a 10 out of 10.

This place used to be good but something has changed in last few months. I have been going there to service my Escalade . I had no problems in past but now they never have enough loaners. I made service appointment on 7-25-18 for 7-29-18 and requested a loaner. I was told that loaner is not available. This has been happening for last few times I made service appointment. This never used to happen before. They need more cars to loan. Owners should look into this issue if they want to keep loyal customers.

Coming here for my first service after purchasing a Buick Enclave. I feel I made the best choice! The customer service here is above and beyond 5 stars! Not only was I a first timer here, but I also am not from the area and needed a ride to the train. Their dedication to making sure I was able to get a ride there and back again when I had to pick up my car. They excelled. Everyone is so genuinely friendly and professional. I left with no concerns. I will definitely do the distance even after I move to New Jersey, that's how great they are here, definitely worth it.

Don't trust them guysThey are liar . I waited there 5 hours after that Lady told me your car transmission have big problems we need oder new parts it will take 4-5 days i took uber and went home next day she called me and she said ohh your transmission is good . You can take your car . Transmission was good nobody checked same day she just lie to me .I spent $200 for Uber and I didn't go to my work for two days. Barry is the best!I ve been servicing my Escalade here since I bought it a year and a half ago. The service experience has been awesome. Barry is knowledgeable, and delivers everything that Cadillac promises. Sophia is attentive, accommodating, and she makes the appointment process a breeze. Shopping for a 2nd Cadillac vehicle now, primarily because of North Bay s service. Keep up the good work!

Long waits for no reason for a simple oil change. They are always ready to ask you to give them 5 stars across the board if you receive a survey about their service, but they are not interested in actually offering you a 5 star service experience. They are not bad, but they could be a lot better.
