It is rare to find truly good customer service these days. North Bay Service center in Roslyn is very professionally run and has a clean, comfortable space for customers. If you are especially lucky, you will have the privilege of dealing with Gloria Alvarenga. She is friendly, professional, responsive, and an all around pleasure to do business with. She made my experience so easy and efficient, and she is such a delightful person. Those are qualities that make a difference when dropping your car for service. Instead of feeling hassled, Gloria made the process feel seamless. Her detailed attention to customer care and her friendly disposition goes above and beyond!Service: General repairs & maintenance

North bay is great! The staff are always on point with service from when you first come in the door to when dealing with your service. My first new car purchase was through North Bay. From the show room to the service repair center to the unlimited car washes and free inspections with a new purchase and oil change as long as you own the car. I didn t make the wrong choice. The receptionist and scheduling are a breeze. Easy to make an appointment as well as your check-in. They tell you how long your wait will be. Barry keeps you updated on the service. Always professional! Everyone here is pleasant and they get your vehicle serviced in a timely manner. The waiting area is very comfortable. I have been coming here for over 3 years and I have never had a problem.
