Thank you so much to the flower hill auto body team for doing an excellent job fixing my bmw! They were super quick (less than a month), and sent me text updates weekly informing me of progress on my car.Upon pickup of my vehicle at the shop, Pat was there to assist and was very kind and helpful. They even detailed my car beautifully, looks brand new! Thank you so much flower hill!

My family has used Flower Hill since the 80 s when my brothers and I started driving! They have always done excellent work. When my Rivian R1S was damaged I was glad to see that Flower Hill was an approved and preferred shop. I drove from Westport Connecticut to have my car repaired. They communicated almost daily and did a fabulous job! I would recommend them to anyone who wants their vehicle bodywork to be handled flawlessly.

The service I received from Flower Hill was professional and of the utmost quality. My car looked better than when I picked it up new from the dealership.I highly recommend Flower Hill for repairs, restoration or upgrades. I wouldn t bring any of my cars anywhere else. Fantastic job... really top notch work. Excellent communication, worked directly with my insurance, and the final product was literally good as new. I have an Aston Martin and was genuinely concerned about maintaining factory quality, and they exceeded my expectations significantly. Pat was my service manager and I got regular phone calls and text updates from him. Couldn't ask for better.

Flower Hill Auto Body provided excellent service and work again! This was the second time in which I brought my Audi SQ5 back and they were extremely professional and courteous. Ask for Dom, his experience and customer service is unmatched. Couldn t ask for a better auto body shop on Long Island, I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I had a minor accident ... but fortunately, I took my Jeep to Flower Hill Auto Body. I was able to keep driving my vehicle while the parts were being ordered/delivered, meaning less time in a rental car (which I very much prefer).It's apparent how knowledgeable and professional they are as soon as you step into their shop. The office manager Toni was awesome and was always available for my questions, while Pat kept me updated regularly about the progress.When I picked up my Jeep, not only was it expertly repaired but it was cleaned as well! How wonderful!!! I highly recommend Flower Hill Auto Body in Roslyn.

Brought in my classic RX-7 Turbo for a mirror install. Dealt with Lou Matos and Wilbur, both gentlemen were polite, attentive and a pleasure to work with. Work was done promptly and at a very reasonable price. Can't recommend this company enough, truly a pleasant experience.

I took my Tesla in for repairs from a fender bender. Was told by other places to expect any where from 2-4 weeks for repairs. Flower Hill Body demystified that argument by finishing the job in 4 days. The process was great, the customer service impeccable from the time I checked in with Joe to daily updates by Pat. Simply incredible work and exceptional customer service. 7 stars in my opinion.

Our Volvo CX-40 R-Design, with just 8,000 miles, recently experienced rear-end damage. We entrusted Flower Hill Auto Body with the repairs, and from the beginning, their professionalism stood out. They kept us consistently updated through phone calls or texts, ensuring we were well-informed about the repair progress.The work performed by Flower Hill Auto Body was nothing short of impeccable. From the body repairs to the meticulous re-painting of the metallic finish, re-alignment, and computer re-programming every aspect of the repair process was executed with precision. Notably, our Volvo was well-protected in its facilities throughout the waiting period as it was always securely stored in one of its garage facilities.Upon receiving the vehicle, we were delighted to find it meticulously detailed from bumper to bumper, inside and out. The level of quality craftsmanship was truly impressive. Our initial concerns about the Volvo not being the same after an accident were completely unwarranted thanks to the exceptional service provided by Flower Hill Auto Body.

Flower Hill is a top notch professional shop. Dominick was high touch from the moment we met and a fellow car enthusiasts who appreciates the care and details of the car as much as I do. I am comforted by that shared appreciation of cars and know that it is in good hands. Pat who then took over from insurance to repair was fantastic at keeping me up to date every step of the way. I get emails and calls every few days. The car came out like new and the quality of repair is on par if not better than the dealer. This is a well run establishment and does professional grade repair trusted by OEM manufacturers. Well done guys!

Incredible experience at flower Hill Auto Body. I worked with Toni who is total pro took care of me, perfectly. The place was neat and clean and incredibly efficient and I had my car back actually before the expected delivery time. I m a customer for life from now on and I live 35 miles away!

Wonderful communication and the value to make you feel welcome is unreal! Toni and her team were professional in getting my vehicle in for repair and walked me through every step of the way with my insurance. I had a scratch on my vehicle due to the incompetence of a valet driver. After taking my vehicle in, it looks like it never happened! 10/10 Service

This was the second time I ve taken my car to Flower Hill. And, this time I decided to skip the the outrageous dealer charges and vastly differing estimates from local body shops and go directly where I knew I would be treated fairly and receive quality workmanship. Kudos to Flower Hill Auto Body ! I couldn t be more satisfied with their service ! D they are the best !

Flower Hill Auto Body of Roslyn provided the easiest and most knowledgeable auto body repair I ever experienced. All their representatives are courteous, knowledgeable and responsive (especially Toni) The periodic email updates they provided on the status of my car repairs were very informative. I highly recommend Flower Hill to anyone in need of car repairs. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing service. The second I stepped into their office I knew they were the right shop to go to. Toni was very proactive and called me with updates every step along the way. I love the link they texted me so I can check on the progress status for the estimate and repairs. My car was returned better than new after I was rear ended. The service they provide is amazing. The car was washed and cleaned prior to pickup. They handled everything with my insurance. I highly recommend Flower Hill Auto Body for any car repair.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Actual work was perfect. Great job.A bit sloppy after the work. Miscellaneous tools was left in car. A small cap molding was broken off from the seat track. Car was a bit dusty and windshield was not clean.

Flower Hill Auto did an amazing job with my Tesla Model Y. The car was hit by some hard object while I was cruising on the highway. They replaced the roof glass, side mirror and a few other parts. Dominick the manager is unbelievable. I cannot BELIVE THE PERSONAL ATTENTION GIVEN TO ME. PROMPT RESPONSES. JOHN THE OWNER IS ALSO AN AMAZING GENTLEMAN. they treat me like a VIP. As far as their work, well it speaks for itself. They fixed my Audi SQ5 as if it came right from the manufacturer. All sensors and calibrations were spot on!!! Their paintwork and blending is superb. As far as my Audi R8, I had installed a carbon fiber front hood. I brought to 2 other shops and they could not adjust it properly so all the seams were exactly like OEM. Well Flower Hill did it in ONE SHOT THE FIRST TIME!!!! PERFECTLY!!! They are also EXPERT carbon fiber repair specialists!!! They fixed my carbon fiber wheel, front diffuser, etc. Most shops won t even touch an OEM carbon fiber part. Not FLOWER HILL. THEY ACCEPT THE CHALLENGE AND MASTER IT!! They not only repair cars, but are the best in adding aftermarket or OEM enhancements to the car. They can take apart a Mclaren 720S and out it back together exact to OEM spec. Not many shops can do that. GO TO FLOWER HILL AUTO!!! You won t be disappointed. IF YOU WANT CHEAP, THEN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. IF YOU WANT EXPERT WORK AND OWN A HIGH-END CAR, THEN GO TO FLOWER HILL. AND YOU WONT EVER HAVE TO GO BACK TO HAVE THE SAME THING FIXED. SINCE IT WAS DONE RIGHT ON THE FIRST SHOT. QUALITY WORK IS NOT CHEAP!!! YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. AND SOMETIMES YOU GET MORE THAN WHAT YOU PAY. And somehow Flower Hill always goes above and beyond. (I m a private customer and not affiliated and/or a paid representative of this shop in any way). I just praise people who deserve it!!! (Right now they are installing a new rear wing and brackets on my Audi R8). And new R8 GT front bumper next month. Also an ABT body kit on brand new 2023 Audi SQ8 when it is delivered from Germany this July.Service: Body & Trim

Professionalism and altruism converge at Flower Hill Auto Body. I brought my vehicle in for an assessment of what appeared to be paint transfer from side view mirror to my front fender from a light touch collision captured on dash cam. Roz was great scheduling my appointment. No wait. Dominic met with me upon my arrival. We went to inspect the vehicle. He showed compassion and attentiveness when I showed him the dash cam video. He applied a solution and gently rubbed at the mark. Stepped away to return with a little bit of water, I believe. And the mark wiped away clean. He declined to charge for his services and time. He was seemed happy just to make his customers happy. I am so glad to have driven the extra mile to get to Flower Hill Auto Body and can attest to exemplary customer service. I recently had an unfortunate accident with my brand new one-week-old Lucid Air Touring, where I got rear-ended and took it to Flower Hill Auto body shop, as recommended by Lucid, for repairs. The rear bumper, light bar, sensors, and camera were damaged beyond repair. I'm incredibly impressed with their service and professionalism. A huge shout-out to Toni Zito and Pat Cassetta. The entire repair process was done with utmost precision and care, ensuring that my car was restored to its pristine condition, just like it rolled off from the Lucid assembly line in Arizona. The communication throughout was excellent; Pat kept me informed at every stage. Most importantly, Flower Hill made sure my Lucid Air performed flawlessly post-repair, maintaining its high standards of luxury and performance. The car is back to its absolute best, Riding on Air. Kudos to the team at Flower Hill Auto Body for their outstanding work!From Tesla to Aston Martin and everything in between, This is the only body shop in Long Island, New York, worth visiting if you have to do any auto bodywork.

Flower Hill Auto Body is the most premier shop on Long Island without a doubt. Their professionalism and attention to detail is what truly makes them the best in the business. Dom in particular was an awesome service advisor who cares about quality and making sure the customer is happy. I have an Audi SQ5 that was side swiped and I was extremely nervous of having any repairs done. They made my car look brand new and I highly recommend them to anyone. Beautiful place, land of teslas-sad.Did come to tow pretty quickly-flat bed.Adjuster promised me to keep me informed day car arrived. Never did. Next time I heard from him it was too late for any advice/help, my car was gone, my insurance decided to total it.It could've been avoided.Beware of your options, do your research, dont count on FHAB nor your insurance company.
