Best price I could find on 1/4 table top, fast turn around time, Polished edges are perfect, staff is friendly, glass was packaged nicely in brown paper when I picked it up.

I needed to install a vent for a portable air conditioner in a casement window (usually it is installed in double hung window) and chose to use glass to cover the space above the vent because of the high prices of plexiglass. Dany, the owner, helped me to choose the hardware (J molding) to mount the glass and cut and prepared the glass himself while we waited. The price was 1/4 of what i would have paid for plexiglass! Thank you!

HORRIFIC! JACK CAME TO MEASURE, DIDN'T POINT OUT THAT A LARGE 72" ROUND TABLE NEEDED 3/8TH THICKNESS, AND ORDERED ME 1/4" INSTEAD. WITHIN A WEEK TO TWO WEEKS, THE GLASS FRACTURED IN A STRAIGHT LINE RIGHT THROUGH THE MIDDLE. NOW JACK, DESPITE TAKING MY MONEY, AND DELIVERING AND ORDERING EVERYTHING SAYS HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE AND CANNOT DO ANYTHING FOR ME. I NEVER EVEN USED THIS DINING ROOM TABLE. I AM STILL UNDER RENOVATION. I'VE TRIED CALLING PURE GLASS AND MIRROR AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE AND HAVEN'T RETURNED THREE PHONE CALLS THAT I'VE LEFT. HORRENDOUS, THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS. COMPLETE SHYSTERS. LOCK THESE PEOPLE UP. TAKE THE MONEY, BUT DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK.

Terrible attitude. It seams like they don't want the business. They don't return your phone call back and bad customer service. Its good I found out that they are bad over the phone so I did not use them.
