Horrible experience with this company on 2 different tours. 1st tour was a day tour. Our driver drove right past us at the set pick up location. When I called the company to tell them what happened they offered me a refund. I didn t want a refund. I wanted to go on the tour so the driver came back 30 minutes later to get us.2nd tour was a 7 day complete Iceland tour. The entire tour was miserable because of our driver. He started off the tour by telling us that he hated tourists , and if it were up to him, he would have a quota on limiting the amount of people that can come into his country. It was all downhill from there. He was racist , rude and a reckless driver. He never guided us. He drove us from point A to point B and told us what time to be back on the bus. I have contacted arctic 3 times via email and they have yet to respond. Mind you that when I contacted them several times before the trip they always responded. Do not use this tour company. I used two other companies for day tours and they were fantastic Reykjavik day tours and your day tours are a safe bet.

The staff is great, very friendly, honest, good communication, and professional.Good pricing on parts and accessoriesI have an on going warranty issue with a like new SeaDoo. I drive 2.5 hours to them and I feel they continue to do the right things.Highly recommended for all your needs.

Love the folks at Arctic Adventures! My husband and I are repeat customers. Can't beat the service, the knowledge about their products and how well they treat you. We trust their honesty and recommendations. Not a common thing these days, but always at AA!

Terrible experience with a can am ryker, taken there for service. Said that it was fixed, and after driving an hour each way to the shop, turns out not to be fixed. Took back to be fixed and can't fix problem and dealing with the manufacturer and no progress towards resolving the issue, after a month! Also poor communication from Artic Adventures, always say they will call me, and then no phone calls!

I bought my 1st Can Am spyder Daytona series to this place they are excellent service from the staff and espcially the owner. Worth travelling 119 miles away from my house.

I was told by a local dealer my engine was locked up and my crank was shot on my 2013 Can Am Spyder st limited with 35 k on it . These guys repaired the starter clutch plate and I just got home to L.I from 1 week at Laconia with my 24 yo son on his Ryker . Rode there , around for a few days and back . I would never take my Can Am anywhere elseLove you guys ,Thank you

Just made my second large purchase with Artic Adventures. A few years ago bought a scag freedom z love it no problems what so ever. Today I picked up my 2023 Defender Hd9 xt, Tom was excellent to deal with and super knowledgeable. Decided to get some upgrades dealt with Jeff and he was a pleasure to deal with and super knowledgeable aswell thanks for all the great help.

Artic Adventures is a neighbor since 1990 (32 years)!I've watched them grow into a large self sustaining business. They work long hours and are a dedicated service center for their customers. Their staff is personable and welcomed me into the neighborhood during a number of open house events over the years. I would highly recommend them as a business worthy of your trust.

Absolutely the best customer service of any dealer I've ever dealt with. I've purchased several new machines from Arctic adventures as well as several used machines and I've had nothing but the best experience. The service department is incredible,e during their busiest time they make sure that your equipment is taken care of and back out on the trails or water. You can't beat this family-owned business. If you walk in just looking around or walk in with the intent to purchase they treat you like you are the top priority and every purchasing experience I've had has been flawless.The only negative I've experienced is that when I go to a different dealership they don't compare, definitely. Recommend Artic Adventures and will always go to them first.Thank you for the years of amazing service and keeping the toys going!

Great service here at Arctic Adventures! We bought a quad off of them a few months back, best purchase ever made! Maryellen and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable about the machines they sell! We will definitely be bringing our quads back here for service and I am also interested in purchasing another machine from them soon. We have and always will recommend Arctic Adventures to all of our family & friends for purchases and service!

Based on "word of mouth" from my friends I bought a SCAG Tiger Cat II mower from them. I definitely like dealing locally and I was glad the closest dealer also had a competitive price. They know their machines and they are very nice to deal with, thank you Maryellen and Tom!Later I went back to buy maintenance items and they gave me a 15% discount which made it the same price for original parts as online! They have a full service and parts department.I'd definitely recommend Arctic Adventures!

Family Owned and operated. Great Service, and honest Prices. If you cant get it they can. I purchased a 2012 F8 and am very excited. We will be doing ALL of our Arctic Cat Purchases with them in the very near future. Not many family owned businesses left. They get the job done and done right. Highly recommended.

Told them this was a business piece of equipment not a toy. Two days later it was fixed. They went out of their way to help me even though I did not purchase it from them. Could not have asked for anything else. Wish I would have bought it from them, but they did not have what I wanted when I purchased. They have earned all my business from now on and will service my machine with them whenever it needs it

I was looking for a brand new mower and Arctic Adventures was the first and last place I went. They are an honest, fair, family run business and seriously look out for the best interest of the customer. They don t try to sell you the most expensive machine or the cheapest in and out deal. They help you fit YOUR need. I got a 2020 Scag Patriot 61 and Husqvarna 522L weed wacker and super happy with both. The scag lays lines like you wouldn t believe, and the weed wacker has plenty of power while being super light and comfortable to use. I highly recommend Arctic Adventures for your homeowner needs, as well as time off needs. They know each and every machine and you ll get friendly quick service every time.

We just returned from Iceland- we took 2 tours with these guys and it was fantastic! The guides were friendly and flexible. They were honest about expectations and willing to answer all questions. We did the volcano, snowmobiling and ice caves

This is how it s done!!I called Arctic Adventures looking for a very tough to find spring order sled. I spoke with Mary who knew I was from many states away. She took the time out of her day to help me locate the only remaining sleds in the country which where at other dealerships. She also sent me a list of those other dealers complete with location and phone numbers!We know firsthand how difficult customer service can be, but next time we are in NY we will make a point to stop here and meet these awesome people.

Just dropped off my Can-Am. They were cool enough to wait for me even though they were closing before my estimated arrival. Customer service is key when dealing with an establishment, so far they've nailed that. From this experience alone, I'll continue to make the trip back for all future sales/service.

Want to thank Jeff for diagnosing and fixing my machine in record time. I understand prime time season is here and plenty of things are broken but this team wasted NO time in getting my skii in. Was referred by multiple people and I see why. Look forward to doing more business!

Just went there and service is always excellent and I believe that's because it's a family run business. They always go the extra mile for there customers Karen and Tom are great. And it's always fun joking around with them

What a great place! Tom and Karen are the best! Everyone is super friendly and no pressure to make a sale. But we, of course, are SOLD. Best dealership, bar none.

Just called the service department and got a guy that was a real d bag, twice. The sled was a 2005 Firecat and I was looking to have service done because the speedometer was not working. I asked if they could repair it, and he said "We don't repair sensors, we replace them". Ok, I said, misplaced words, sorry man. Then he looked up the part/ sensor and said it was discontinued. He then suggested a snowmobile junkyard to get the part. I said ok, is there anything else I can do or have you guys do? He then sarcastically said "Yeah, you can bring it down here and we can go through the motions". I said no thanks. Thanks for the douchebaggery man as you saved me a 70 mile trip and a place that would surely just insult me more. Can't wait to spread the good news about your place! I will find another repair shop closer and friendlier.
