Had a very bad scratch on a brand new vehicle. I went to carstar for an estimate for the repair. They took my vehicle in right away. I waited for 30 minutes and upon receiving the vehicle back. It looked brand new. Photos of before and after are attached. Staff was very professional and knowledgeable. Price was reasonable too. I ll be referring friends and family for future business.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by CARSTAR Spectrum Auto Courtland, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I called to report the accident to the final pickup of my car, they handled every step of the process with professionalism and efficiency.After my initial contact with the insurance company to report the accident, CARSTAR Spectrum Auto took over all communication with them, alleviating a significant amount of stress on my end. They also arranged for a rental car, ensuring that I had transportation while my vehicle was being repaired. Upon dropping off my car for repairs, I was pleasantly surprised to find that they had coordinated with the rental car company to have a nice vehicle waiting for me. This attention to detail and proactive approach to customer service truly set them apart. Manager Elias is extremely knowledgeable and patient with the process, which makes you feel very comfortable.Throughout the repair process, the staff at CARSTAR Spectrum Auto Courtland remained in constant communication with me. Their willingness to go the extra mile for their customers was evident in every interaction. When I finally picked up my car, I was amazed at the quality of the repairs. The attention to detail was impeccable, and my car looked as good as new. I initially spoke with Elias who was great. He wanted to see what he could do without having to cost alot. I had a ton of scratches on my driver side rear door I couldn't imagine how they got there. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning I had it back by the afternoon they did an excellent job buffing out the scratches without me having to spend a fortune on painting the door. My car looks like brand new I would highly recommend these people to anybody. Great work and great customer service.

Excellent Auto body workshop! They have done a very nice job and made it ready for pickup 2 days earlier than expected delivery. While the repairs were done, Elias called me and updated the progress. Very nice guys there and excellent customer service!.

I had a wonderful experience with Spectrum Auto Cortlandt. The work they did on my Mercedes 2022 Truck was very impressive.I came to know the facility is under new management and they have done a tremendous job renovating the entire facility.Their customer service truly sets the bar for the Auto industry.Their commitment to quality service and communication is commendable.

I was referred by Geico and made the right choice. Manager Elias was able to make my repair process very very enjoyable and easy. I drop off my vehicle and was completed ahead of schedule. Highly recommend the entire team.

I will never recommend this place to my worst friends. They say one thing and mean another (lied). I had to go back several times to resolve issues that they missed and the ones they created. It was a very bad experience. I have attached some pictures to this post for your view.
