I cannot stress this enough, this place is top notch. I ve been coming here for years and the service is always reliable and the absolute best! The guys are honest and fairly priced. I trust whatever they tell me to do that s tire related! As a female it s always a headache to deal with anything car related, however, coming here is always an exceptional experience. The owner is such an excellent human being, reliable, honest and trustworthy. Fast and A1 service always! Thank you for always being there for me and my family!!

Needed new tires which they had to order, and got them on the same day, a Saturday. Mounted, balanced and free rotation every 7500 miles. I've been coming here for years and they've always come through.

I have been buying tires there for many years. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Free tire rotations.What I really appreciate is that there is generally a very short wait. Even though they are very high volume.Mavis damaged two of my cars twiceThese people are professional and I have had zero issues. They do flat repairs fast and very reasonably. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Great tire shop. Got a flat in my Mini Cooper driving in the LIE and hitting a pothole. They got me in quick, changed the tire and had the rim fixed. Great shop, friendly and fair priced

These guys really treat their customers right and take good care of your car. I had new wheels installed here and they took their time insuring they weren't scratched or damaged during the install. Traction Tires changed the tires on my 50 year old classic wire wheels professionally and without any damage!! These guys are most of all are Honest and deal with you as valued customers whether you are a new customer or a returning one!!

My boyfriend had a flat repaired here a few weeks ago, they did a good job. However when he came back with another concern today, he was treated with shocking and complete disrespect by a gentleman named Mike. Extremely condescending and flat out rude. The owner is friendly and all, but you can t ignore the fact that that type of behavior is considered acceptable by a business. Mike really needs an attitude adjustment and to work on his people skills.

First time customer I was there on January 21, 2023 just to have my tires rotated. The guy that was helping me told me I needed two new tires on the front of my card. Gave me a price and a good recommendation. Everyone was real nice. Felt very comfortable. You have a very good team! I will definitely be a return customer and recommend your company!

I went to this tire shop asking for a plug to fix the hole in my tire. When I get there, the mechanic claimed it couldn t be plugged, but rather, I needed a new tire. After I went out front to call my boyfriend and confirm that I didn t need a new tire based on a picture of where the hole was, I came back in and told the mechanic that I wasn t prepared for that big of an expense ready to walk out and go to another place. All of a sudden he said that it could be plugged! A miracle must ve happened in 5 minutes! And even after that, he was saying I didn t have to go with as expensive of a tire because they have $45 tires meanwhile he knew what I was thinking. Maybe they re a great place if you re actually looking for a tire, but beware of going there if you re looking for a tire fix because they ll try to sell you something you don t need.In response to the owner s reply . He said that it COULDNT be plugged not that it SHOULDNT be. And as you can see in the picture, the hole is exactly where plugs are meant to be used. Also, why would I go for a less expensive option that I didn t need when I went in asking for it to be plugged which is actually the least expensive option to get it working? That was the whole point. No further passive aggressive response is needed from the owner. Thanks.

Went in asked if they could order 4 Toyo Open Country AT 3 s. Order was placed in 5 min. 3 days later tires installed. Kind courteous, professional staff. Been going to them for many years. Always satisfied.

I can't say enough about this shop, these guys go above and beyond. I needed to replace 4 tires and I got a quote far below anything else I've seen.I could only pickup/drop-off after work, and they were more than happy to accommodate me, despite it being slightly after their closing hours. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff.One of their techs called me saying that they found a crack in one of my wheels, and that they could have it sent out to be fixed same-day.When I finally picked my car up, I honestly could not tell the difference between the damaged wheel and the others! They also gave me a reduced price on the wheel repair since they were already changing my tires.I will never use another shop.

I used traction tire for first time today and it won t be my last.I got a nail in the tread near the sidewall and did not think it was plugable, was all set to buy 2 new tires and the owner Jonathan believed a plug would work just fine- I told him your taking money out of your own pocket with that advice and he said when you do get around to buy new tires hope you ll use me! As Arnold said I LL BE BACK

Needed a quick fix a flat and took care of everything same day. Very reasonable price, cheaper than buying the kit yourself. Definitely will be going back whenever I have tire needs.

Best Tire shop I have ever been to. I had all 4 tires and my spare tire installed and balanced by this establishment yesterday. Family owned and extremely friendly, honest, knowledgeable and amazing people. These guys go above and beyond for their customers and even for a new customer like me. Johnathan and Tom it was a pleasure meeting you guys and doing busy with you both. You now have a new customer for all my tire needs. Thank you for making me feel like Family.

I get all my tires here. They are the best. Never waited. The workers are a well oiled machine skilled at their craft. Will take you longer to pick out your new rubber than to get you back on the road. I brought four wheels in picked out the tires and on way in 15 min. Would be surprised if you have to wait 30 min. That means they are extremely busy.

My uncle sam from sam's auto sent me to these guys a few months and just now for a problem. And the guys always come through! I think it was the owners son (Jonathan ?) Helped me fix the valve stem in one of the tires . He also checked the air for others. About 5 minutes and I was ready to go. Very helpful honest guys. Thank you again!Update 10/2023Jonathan came through again and fixed a flat tire within minutes even though they were already packed with customers. He is class act and always helpful!
