Teresa & her staff @ Special T Auto Body treated me like Royalty, from start to finish. They did a wonderful job on my wife's car from one end to another. Looks like showroom new. If you want to get treated like a king pin go there you will never be sorry , there work is top notch, I can't say enough about them.

I wanted to thank SPECIAL T Collision for going above & beyond for me they made sure my truck got to them, they assisted me in contacting my insurance and got me into a rental and made my life so much easier with this massive accident that put me & my wife in a hospital and have our selfs to take care of they took this off our minds and want to say THANK YOU ! if your not getting this kind of service then your not at the rite place they mean what there name says . You get treated with SPECIAL T service !!!

I was referred to Special T Auto Shop by a mutual friend. The fantastic service received by Theresa and staff from the minute you walk into the shop until the very end, is by far excellent. The outstanding knowledge and service is fantastic. I was also very pleased to learn the shop is owned by a girl boss! The very best!! My son had already brought his car there in the past too and we were very pleased with the service, the repairs and price. I will tell everyone about Special T outstanding service, I have found the best auto repair place!Thank you so much Theresa, and all the wonderful staff, you all made this process less stressful. Excellence at its finest! Special T Auto Body has helped me out more then once and each time was no stress at all. My car was once damaged by a parking lot hit and run, then recently in December was side swiped. When I brought my car to Special T, the first thing Theresa asks is everyone okay, no injuries - that's caring.Theresa, Tanya, Melissa, and crew handled everything from insurance to rental car and took care of a mechanical issue. With amazing detail to car and customer you will feel like family. My car was repaired, beautifully detailed and now looks better than new ! Thank you to everyone at Special T for making an upsetting situation easy and painless. I am truly grateful and will always recommend Special T Auto Collision !

I could recommend Special T enough, my car looks brand new. They took care of all the insurance needs and car rental. My car was detailed when I picked it up and even replaced a tire that had a bubble that was not due to the accident at no additional cost. The office staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful, Thank you Teresa and Theresa!

For a first and hopefully (only) accident experience, everything from top to bottom was taken care of. The customer service was excellent, every question and concern I had was answered, and the work that was done was flawless. They called the rental car service when I was done using their car, and they allowed me to leave the rental car at their place of business as well so the rental car service could pick it up once I was finished and I wouldn t have to bother dropping it off and finding a ride back to get my car. I could not have asked for a better experience. I wouldn t go anywhere else for car damage.

ATTENTION If you re in the Ronkonkoma area, or anywhere in the 6-3-1, and you need work done on your vehicle -ANY VEHICLE- you HAVE to head down to @special_t_autobody on Lakeland.They are FIVE on Google for a reason. Above and beyond is an understatement. Theresa and company will work WITH you to ensure you are at ease during the process, GREAT communication, and when you get your vehicle back, you will think you have a brand new car off the lot. The attention to detail, diligence and precision is well displayed in the finished product.For reference, the entire drivers side of my car was wiped out. From front drivers door, to front of back wheel well. You would never know this truck was damaged.IN FACT, there were minor imperfections when I bought this truck, and while owning it that are now obsolete. Non existent. I already planned on coming to them after being referred by a friend when my passenger side got keyed-twice. They went and took care of it out of the will to do good for others. I will NEVER go anywhere else.Thank you to all the mechanics and technicians, as well as the ones behind the scenes to make this possible, especially with insurance. Anywhere else, my beautiful truck I spent two years saving for would have been totaled and I probably would be driving a mediocre sedan today. I was unfortunate enough to experience a car accident while traveling 400 miles away from home (visiting family). Special T came into the office (on a Sunday) to take my car in after my accident, and worked with my insurance company to make sure it got fixed (with all OEM parts). They sent me pictures at every step, and kept the project on time and returned to me before my insurance-based rental car coverage ran out.I'd use them again, even if my accident happened closer to home!Services: Exhaust, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding

Special T Auto Body is nothing short of professional. Never in my life have I encountered a business that wants to do the most to make your vehicle better than Brand new. They re trustworthy, timely, and professional in the way they conduct their business and I will be using them for any of my auto body needs for the rest of my life. By far the best in service,price and the quality of work is 100 out of 100. The owners are great and willing to work with u. I pick up my 1 truck at 930pm on a Thursday and drop off my wife s truck and a week later they had it done. Just picture a 2018 & 2019 Durango stock. Now look what the did. Mind blowing awesome work. Special T auto body is really Special

Theresa and her crew are now essentially family. I would never bring my car anywhere other than Special T. The process of working with insurance, the care during a tough time regarding the accidents, and the professionalism throughout are nothing other than extraordinary.

They repaired our Subaru outback that got hit in Walmart, the repairs were perfect and the paint matched perfect. They had the car a week as they stated, very friendly staff and do recommend.

I wish I can give 10 stars to the best Auto shop on Long Island!! Theresa, Paula and the other employees were efficient, thorough and professional. They took care of all the details from the beginning to the end. My car had multiple concerns, when I got my car back it was like getting a new one again. Special T was indeed special. Firstly I cannot believe that the Auto Body Shop I brought my Chevy SUV to be repaired at is owed by a woman!Theresa, the owner is a caring, detailed wonderful person. And the women that work there are professional and equally the same. They took the best care of me from the day I walked in, helping me to deal emotionally and calm down (I went there the morning of the accident). And they also helped in with the negotiation details of my accident to the claim agent of the person who was liable. I say the negotiation because they knew the whole story and were on my side.My driver side back door was backed into, and it was a hit hard. The door had to be replaced as well as the lining on the inside that meets the door. It was pretty bad.From the new door paint job down to the detailing, to the thorough cleaning inside and out, I think they even might have waxed the car Theresa went the extra mile. I had some peeling paint/rust forming spots on my hood, and she had that repainted as well and had the front decal put back on for me. My car looks like new!There s more, I had a dent on the passenger s side wheel house and she had that pulled out the best they could! In every way they showed they cared, and made me feel like I would be happy with the result all the way through. I hardly ever write reviews, so I feel really good doing this. A flatbed hit my truck mid October. This business came highly recommended by my mechanic to fix my truck. This business was incredibly amazing. Theresa and her team were absolutely amazing. They worked diligently with my insurance company and myself to get my truck fixed and back to me. They were friendly, professional and compassionate, they went above and beyond, and I felt like family. I will not be going anywhere else if I needed these services again. I was referred to Special T auto body after a car accident and needed work done and was not disappointed at all. From the moment I first contacted them to the final call when my Jeep Grand Cherokee was done with repairs they were so responsive and on top of keeping me informed throughout the entire process. This alone was so helpful and took so much stress off of me, I ve never felt as comfortable with an auto body shop until I came to them. Theresa eased my nerves and even helped me with the rental car process. She cares about her customers and genuinely wants to help which is rare and hard to come by nowadays. So driving to work at 430am on the LIE, a deer decided to run out onto the road and smash into me, causing extensive damage to my car. On the advice of my auto mechanic i went to Special T, 1st thing in the morning. They could not have been any more helpful and informative. The level of quality repair and professional service they showed was beyond impressive. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any auto repair! I was involved in a hit and run, which is never fun! I called Special T auto body and Theresa helped us from beginning to end! She made a difficult process so easy!
