absolutely OUTSTANDING auto service shop. Mike, Joanne, and Maryanne are all extremely helpful and professional. As somebody who previously had my automotive service done at the dealership, it really is so refreshing to do business with a trustworthy auto repair shop that does outstanding work and does not try to sell you additional services that you don't need.

Couldn t have asked for better service they pulled my car right in, worked on it and gave it back to me by lunchtime. The mechanics there are awesome especially Mike and Ken. Highly recommended Ronk auto center, they will forever be where I go for my auto care. Thank you guys

We road tripped from Georgia and ended up getting a nail in our tire while we were driving through the city. I came to get my tire plugged and the nail removed. The service received was excellent, they were able to remove the nail, plug it and swap my spare with the repaired tire super fast. Most importantly they charged a great price. The service technician was excellent and even put my tire jack and tools back in their proper place in compartment of the car. These guys are great!Service: Tires

Been looking for a trustworthy spot to take my car. Found it. They were extremely nice, laid back easy going people just looking to help. I m not a car guy but they explained everything for me that was wrong and wasn t wrong. Took 45 min to do a oil change, engine check and undercarriage work. Great price. Overall, this place deserves business. Trust the 80+ 5 star reviews, they got them for a reason.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance

Always gives me an honest assessment. Does quality work. Not a parts changer. They have real mechanics there. Always gave me options on repairs. Which ones were necessary which could wait. Very honest shop.

This place is awesome. Shopped around for some quotes and to see who would work with my warranty company. Mike and his crew got everything taken care of in just a few days and my truck is back up and running strong. I highly recommend stopping in for any issues you have. You will not be disappointed.

As a single woman most of my life i have trusted Ronk auto to take care of my auto needs and they have never disappointed me. My family has been coming here since the early 90 s, because of their quality work, attention to detail and fair prices. If you havent tried them, DO IT!! Fast and friendly! I can honestly say that they care about their customers! I called in a rush for an inspection so I didn t miss my flight, and they made sure I was out in time. The service was AMAZING!! They squeezed me in for an inspection even when I called pretty last minute. They were so accommodating and very efficient. I've been going to Ronk for over 25 years. Mike has always been honest and made sure any mechanical issues were fixed quickly and correctly. I recommend Ronk to all my friends and family.

I found Ronk Service center on google after moving into the neighborhood two years ago. They have become my go to maintenance and problem solving team. They are always friendly. Good to my whole family. They are fair on pricing and always do high quality work. They get your car in an out and Mike and team make me feel like family.Definitely chose Ronk Service Center for everything from oil to check engine lights.

Excellent service from the second you walk in. They asked if I was dropping off or waiting. When they knew I was waiting, they stopped working on other cars to accommodate my time.Total wait time <15 min, total cost <$20.I told them be thorough and look at every nook and cranny- an invitation to overcharge! Honest, good people who do superb work. Will definitely return on the future

Mike is a great, honest mechanic that I enjoy working with. I trust the work he does and he always tries to upfront on costs and keep expenses as low as possible, while not skimping on quality. Brought my car into Ronk Service Center for an 8 am appointment this morning 10/29/19 for an oil change and inspection. The mechanic was thorough, neat and efficient. I was checking out by 8:35 am. Mike, Liz and the entire office staff were helpful, courteous and professional. This was my first visit to Ronk Service Center and they will now be my go-to auto maintenance/repair shop. Their prices are reasonable and their service is top-notch. I highly recommend Ronk Service Center for all your auto care needs!

I thought I needed an alignment or wheel balance but it turns out I actually just needed new tires. These guys cared enough to take the time to explain the issue to me. I work around the corner and dropped it off in the morning and picked up my car on my lunch break. Really efficient team and very friendly. I'll definitely be using them as long as I'm out here.

I have been taking my cars to them more ten years. They have always come through with their work. I can rarely go more than a day without my vehicle. They always accommodate my needs if they have to keep my car overnight.The Clark brothers and their fellow workers do their best to diagnose my car problems. Their prices are always reasonable and almost never try to up sell.I would greatly recommend these guys to any of my friends for their services.

Very new to the area and had the coil on my spark plug go bad right before work. They took me in last minute on a Saturday morning and had it done within an hour. The car runs just fine in the price was very low but quality work. It's nice to know I have a reliable place to get my car fixed while I'm in the area

I've been going to ronk since they were at the exxon station. I was so happy for them when they moved to the newer and bigger shop. Do that's probably 36 years. They have been a lifesaver. Their prices are fair, and they don't take advantage of people who aren't knowledgeable about cars. They don't do work for no reason. If something can wait safely, they let you know. They work quickly, as I usually wait for my car to be repaired, instead of dropping it off. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I am a good garage mechanic but some things a professional needs to do. Mike took my car in after i tried installing an a/c compressor and couldn't get it to work. After a couple of hours he had the 15 year old Scions a/c working better then new. Their rates are competitive but the service is 2nd to none. From the ladies up front to Mike keeping in contact to getting back a car that isnt covered in grease .. nothing short of 5 star service. I finally found a local shop when i need one that i can trust.

I use Ronk service often for all my cars and sometimes its spur of the moment. They always tell me to bring the car down when I can. Even without an appointment Mike gets me in and out within a reasonable time and I mean less than 1 hour. Staff is always polite and they keep you updated with info about your car while you wait. Always satisfied when leaving Ronk service I'm glad I found them....

Always a great crew of people there that always make you feel that they ll do right by you every single time. For someone that has worked on cars his whole life, that means everything. Nothing but great experiences over the years. Highly recommend them

I have been taking my vehicles to Ronk Service Center for about 10 years now and have to say that I have always been treated excellently. At Ronk I have always received prompt service, direct contact with the knowledgeable owners, and fair pricing. I have refered plenty of people and always get thanked by them later. It's nice to be able to actually trust a mechanic. I will never go elsewhere!

Honesty, quality and attention to detail pretty much sums up what you can expect to receive at Ronk Service Center. I have been using them for all service needs and could not be happier compared to my original Dealership service. Everything is explained in complete detail so there are no unexpected surprises here that I have unfortunately received in prior dealings. Be sure to ask for Clarke.

I was introduced to Mike and his shop by a friend back in 2004 and have brought three different cars to him. I've never had an issue with repairs, and Mike has never taken advantage of me when he absolutely could have. I was convinced my catalytic converter was bad due to reoccurring engine codes reporting it was, each time he checked them and even showed me how they seemed fine and didn't rattle, suggesting I wait and see if anything changes. This went on for two years when finally my alternator died. He replaced it, and oddly enough my catalytic converter error codes went away. Multiple times he could have charged me and replaced it even though it didn't need it, and each time he did the right thing and did not take advantage of the situation. Kudos to Ronkonkoma Service Center, the only shop I actually trust.

Mike and his staff have always been top notch. Being from the Ronkonkoma area, his shop is conveniently located and have always been nothing but accomodating. I recently brought in my friends car who is a single mother that had no heat and was told by dealer she would have to wait 10 days, Ronk Service Center fixed it upon my phone calls. Great Shop, Strongly suggest using these guys for all automotive repairs.
