Extremely satisfied with Kraken. They were at the front door in no time to fix my flat tire through AAA. Very polite and professional worker and customer service was outstanding too. Don't hesitate in ask them for help when needed.

Kraken was highly recommended to me. Alex and the entire staff worked diligently to aid in my situation when in dire need. His honesty, communication, loyalty as well as dedication towards the customer, was number one throughout the entire process.I am and will, continue to have family and friends utilize services with this establishment. My experience every time with Kraken has always been conducted professionally by Alex and his staff. They are very knowledgeable at what they do. What I really like is how they treat my wife and my sons when they bring in their cars. They explain everything that is needed to be done with their cars, they cover every aspect of the repair.

Alex, Sergio, Raf and the crew are top notch! I went in for an inspection and ended up needing tires, brakes and an oil change! I was taken very good care of! I will definitely go back for any services I need on my car! They're the BEST! And veryyyyy patient with all my questions!

Travelling home from work my dashboard turned into a Christmas tree and they were the closest company to assist me. Not only were they prompt but they took the time to load and secured it safely. I had them take it back to the shop and diagnose the issue. Problem was fixed and had my car back in less than 12 hours. I will be returning for future endeavors. I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Kraken to have it repaired after getting rear ended based on the recommendation of a friend. Alex was great! He thoroughly explained the process to me and what to expect, answering all of my questions. He handled everything with the insurance company and even set up my car rental. He made everything very easy for me and kept me updated on the progress of my repair. My truck looks brand new again and I am very happy with my experience!Service: Body & Trim

I have a classic 2013 Volvo Convertible and Kraken was able to replace the engine and have the car operating very quickly and at a reasonable cost.They even followed up and told me to allow the engine to run 500 miles and schedule a visit to review and put oil in the engine.

Every time I have any issues with the multi vehicles in my family. Kraken wastes no time in diagnosing the problem, reporting it to me and then fixing the issues in a timely matter. Very professional and are always fair and honest with me. Highly recommend Kraken for any vehicle repair.!!!

My daughter had a flat tire and the car was not drivable. They called and confirmed pick up location and verified drop off location. Very friendly and efficient service. Definitely would recommend!!

I bought a Mercedes c230 Kompressor off Kraken and it ran great until I nailed a pothole that you could swim in and i called Kraken and spoke w Alex and they towed me back to the shop. I broke the shock and the shock assembly. They fixed it and now drives great! Awesome guys and super helpful. I woulddefinitely recommend!!Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

Dishonest and criminal people that charge you for work they never do. Claimed they did brakes and rotors but never even broke a single lug nut loose. Please avoid these people at all costs

My year and a half old car died on me yesterday so I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with possibly the worst road side assistance ever (Acura). Luckily kraken was the tow company sent to me and the driver Kyle was the best . He was in contact before, during and after the tow both by phone and text. Thanks to Kyle, my frustrating day ended on a good note.

Shady people, I had an issue with my car and they were sent to me by triple aaa honestly the driver was a slob, I believe his name was mike or Michael number one you don t wear sweatpants to work with holes in them it s so off putting and unprofessional, he was extremely rude telling me all the things wrong with my car when it was a simple bad battery terminal, he tried to tell me all these things wrong and upsell me and have it taken to kraken auto to be repaired this and that wrong with it etc and when I said no his attitude changed instantly, I have had friends and family who have had work done by them and it never held up it needed to be re fixed within weeks, nasty snippy attitudes from the two guys that just sit there in the back and stare at you when you walk in the one guy at the front of the house I think his name is Sergio was great but other than that I would not recommend them to anyone for anything period it s a mess flies everywhere, bees, dirty rotten old couch,coffee machine was full of mold and mildew just an all around terrible experience and as you can see typical response from typical rude owners

Of all the times I can think that I ve had my car towed I ve never had such great customer service, patience, and overall an amazing experience. I m not the type to leave reviews, so me doing this is really so that everyone knows how much I recommend them and trust them. Thank you Mike for being great at what you do and getting my car on the flatbed safely without any damages. I will definitely be recommending you guys and throwing you on my social medias

Complete scam. Had my car towed on Saturday early afternoon. Absolutely my fault for parking in the wrong spot but I called by 330pm and they were closed for the day, in the middle of a Saturday, and not open for 2 more days. Besides this being a big inconvenience, Kraken then charged me another $100 dollars for the 2 days that THEY WERE CLOSED. Very convenient and honorable. I m sure Saturday s leading up to 3 o clock are quite busy at Kraken. To top it all off when I go to pick up the car I am informed that Kraken only deals with cash. Judging by the way they operate, this did not surprise me in the least.

The owner ALex is friendly and personable. In addition, there is aLways a cold beverage or hot coffee and sometimes a pastry or other delectable goody to make you feel weLcomed.

Went here the other day for my oil change, very friendly staff. my oil change at another place was 100$ and took an hour and a half. here it was 50$ and took 30 minutes. love this place and will definitely be back
