Awesome! Fair and honest pricing. I have been going here for 15 years for all kinds of service on several different vehicles owned over the years. There has never been any issues or problems with any of the work that has been performed at Joes auto care. Do yourself a favor and go see Matt and the rest of the crew at Joes auto care.

Went for an inspection scheduled it for the next day and was in and out in 30min, would've probably been even quicker but that's because my truck is alittle too big for their lift. I'd definitely recommend them

100% recommend this shop. They are so friendly, professional, and fast.My heat shield was damaged from the snow and they took me right in when I showed up. They fixed it and also let me know I was behind on getting my oil changed. The service was fast and the prices are extremely reasonable. These guys are my go to, you don t find a lot of shops that provide quality work and great pricing.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I have been going to Joe s Auto Care for close to 20 years now and they are awesome from Joe himself to Matt and Allen and the other mechanics who are there (don t know there names). I myself know how to repair cars and love doing it but anytime I need them for something they are always honest with me. Polite either in person or on the phone. Great shop and I have recommended them to a lot of people. Thanks for everything.

Considering I see some very positive review for this shop I can only suspect that if your not a regular than beware of this shark. I was in a jam needing an inspection as the current inspection had just expired, my regular shop was too booked and couldn't get me in. A friend of mine, who had a good experience with Joe's, recommended him so I took my car down. The minute I met him I should have know that he was dishonest because he immediately began asking me if I had repaired my brake lines or suspension parts before he even seen the truck! I sensed that he was already trying to figure out how he could fail the inspection before he had it up on the lift.Sure enough he give me call saying that the car passed the emissions, but failed the safety because the ball joints were falling out and the pulley on the alternator was the wrong one! That alternator wasn't touched in 10 years and the ball joints are completely fine, hence is passed inspection by a different shop a few days later. What Dishonest Joe's Auto Care did is a common in this industry and I have seen this before. You aren't a regular customer and have a last minute inspection that is due or overdue. The first thing they do is remove the sticker, so they sort of gotcha, and find something, anything even if you don't need it just to generate some revenue. Completely dishonest. He still charged me the $37 for inspection, any other honest shop would have left the sticker on and given me the option to repair it myself or have them do it, this shark was trying to force me into having it done! Now that it has passed inspection I reported him to the BBB and of course share this experience with Google

I have been a customer atJoe's Auto Repair for almost 20 years. Best repair shop you'll ever find. They fix your car once, they fix it right, they don't try to sell you work you don't need, fair prices. They are like family. Don't waste time and money going anywhere else.Keep up the good work Joe, Allen, Gene. I'm a customer and a friend for life.

I never brought them an issue they couldn't fix in a timely order. They always surprised me in how fair they were both in price and honesty. Jay always works on my trucks. Never any grease, smell, or dirt in my car after. I don't reveiw often, but the service at Joe's had to be noted

After Joe retired, the place is not as hospitable. Crabby mechanics do not listen to you, or want to explain anything. A big hastle just to turn off the check-engine light. Too bad. I miss the way it used to be!

I have brought various vehicles here over the course of 20 years and have always been treated fairly and with kindness. There's a great group of hard-working men working here and I cannot speak more highly of this establishment.

Joe is a personable, honest (says he went to Northport High School) auto care business owner. I had some work done and it went fast, and afterwards answered all of my questions. I had a nice cup of coffee in the waiting room. Great price for the work done. Highly recommend.

Went there today, needed a an oil change. They took me right in, and while the had it on the lift noticed my stater terminal was loose, which they repaired at no charge. They could have ripped me off but they didnt. I think I'll make these guys my new repair shop. Also reasonable rates

My Dad turned me onto this place and I have owned many cars and before I found Joe's, I would be regularly ripped off. To combat that, I began repairing my own vehicle but one day I decided to take my car here.Edit 10.01.18Ah, what a let down when you find out a place you trusted was taking you the entire time. I regret my previous review. Had they not made a few mistakes, I would never had caught on to what a scam this is. You have to be extremely careful going here because while you are having your car worked on, they remove unrelated parts which are still in good condition and put used parts on so you have to replace what was a part that didn't need replacing.I first noticed when I had purchased a new a/c compressor for my car. I had it for 5 months and then was told it needed replacement. I said it must be defective and was told No, it just wore out. So I paid for the replacement which was expensive and then I asked for my old part back. I got the old compressor back permanently damaged so it could never be used again. I showed the part to a couple of different mechanics that told me the part had been intentionally damaged. They looked it over and after testing it, found there was nothing wrong with it to begin with. The next instance, I brought my car in because the brakes were squealing. I was told I need 4 new discs and 4 new brakes. it is possible so I paid to have it done. I asked how long would it last and was told at least 9k miles, based on how I drive which is like an old woman. After about 3,500 miles, the front brakes began squealing again so I brought it back on a day Joe wasn't there. I am told I need 4 new discs and 4 new brakes. I ask how can that possibly be. I just purchased brand new brakes and brand new rotors. Cannot be helped, need to replace. I should have walked out right then and there but I catered to the idea and paid for it. Figuring I will take it up with Joe next time I see him.Three weeks go by and I need an oil change so I go to Joe's, like I always do. Car is in the bay and before I can say anything to Joe, he says to me you sure you don't need anything further? I say Yeah, Joe. Just an oil change. I mean, why be overly greedy, I have spent almost $1k in less than 3 weeks for parts you said would last way longer than they did.Meaning you lied twice now. Car comes out of the bay still running, I pay and go on my merry way. I get as far as work, work and come out to go home. Battery is dead. Hmm, Joe just replaced the battery. wonder what is going on. I open the hood and brand new battery is cracked in half. I leave the car for a different mechanic to look at the next day. They tell me the only way a battery could have been cracked in half is if it was hooked to a jumper for a long time which is why my car was in the bay for so long. I buy a new battery and figure I will take this up with Joe.Last time I go there: I go in for a service engine soon light which turns out to be the egr valve which they replaced 3 months ago. I am told it has something to do with the computer in my car and I need to leave it overnight. Going to be expensive. Mistrustful of Allen, I have them replace the egr and leave. I begin researching what is wrong on my own, and it turns out it is a $6 part which I replace myself. I remove the EGR and see the carbon where it sits was never cleaned. I take the time to clean it, reinstall the EGR valve and guess what?My car works fine now. Furthermore, I do the work on my own car from now on and guess what? Just passing 13k miles and brakes are fine.Whether Joe knows or not, you get ripped off on parts that never needed changing, they keep the old part then resell it when you didn't need a new part to begin with.I trusted Joe's for years and spent thousands of dollars there. I feel so stupid because now I wonder if the times I was having the car fixed, if it wasn't "helped" to need fixing. This place should be investigated for fraud.
