I had to have my front end replaced through insurance and everyone at Innovative made it so easy to deal with. They had the car for a couple weeks at max and when I picked it up I could tell they handled it with care. Since time is a valuable commodity, I very rarely write a review. But in this case, I'm making an exception. Every 5 star review about Innovative Auto is 100% true. They repaired my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport (aka my baby) after an accident and made her look better than she did before. But far more importantly, she is running GREAT. It's not always easy to get back into a vehicle after an accident but thanks to the skilled technicians at Innovative, I'm able to drive my Jeep with confidence. The staff at innovative autobody repaired my jeep quickly and it looks like new. Got me a rental car and back in my car faster than promised. If you re looking for autobody work in Suffolk county I highly recommend Innovative.

I've used them 3 times for my 2015 Dodge Durango. All 3 times were through insurance. Each time they talked with insurance and got what was needed to be covered and when they were done it was perfect like it never happened. And I still use my Durango for car shows and no one can tell any accidents happened. They are fast and Friendly. Also they have the best Rim repair guy on Long IslandService: Painting
