Went in to get a new tire for my honda civic. They tried to sell me a used tire even though I was looking for a new tire. But they said the used one is in good condition and will run for 20 - 30k. So I agreed on the price and they changed it. Right before I made the payment, I noticed there was a dent on the tire like an inch wide of rubber had scraped off. Looked pretty deep too. I brought it to their attention and instead of being surprised and apologetic, the guy just said it won't be a problem. This is the same guy who looked at my tire and said it looked bad even though his tire was worse. I asked him to give me another one or a new one and he said he didn't have any and I could take it or leave it. In a tire shop with plenty of tires, he didn't have one for a honda civic. I took back my old tire and glad I did. Not coming back! They try to rip you off because at first they said a new tire would cost me $140 when apparently they don't even have any in stock. No thank you! Going to Walmart and getting a new good year tire with warranty for $120. Wanted to help my local business but when they try to rip you off, they don't deserve your business.

I hit 10 nails in the middle of the road. I called the dealership and several other shops. I called Durango and they had the exact tire I needed, I decided to buy two additional ones because I realized I needed two fronts. I spent on 3 tires what I would have spent on one tire from the dealer! Great work!

Had a screw that deflated my tire. They Fixed the issue within 5 minutes. Great team of guys, highly recommend for any tire/car issues.

Durango Tires and Auto Repair once Again Comes through Big Time! 2 used Tires balanced and mounted. Both tires are like New and my Honda civic runs Great. Also fixed my front Brakes. Can't beat Mufas price's and his Mechanic's are Fast and Top Notch. Durango Tires is open 7 days a week and it's a friendly place to go. Conveniently located right across from the Ronkonkoma train station, Exit 60 off the LIE. I definitely recommend Durango Tires and Auto Repair!

Awesome Place. Showed up with a busted tire, they had me in and out super fast, a third of the price I got down the block where they told me I d have to wait an hour. Very friendly and helpful also

Louis at Durango Tires & Auto repair is a real professional. I had two blown tires on Garrity Street after hitting a pot hole adjacent to his shop.He stopped what he was working to help. My car was not drivable. He inspected the tires and got me two used tires so I could be on my way. I m going back to him tomorrow to buy a new set of 4 tires. Excellent business man.

These guys are the best they get the job done right I know these guys 15 years I ve never had a problem and everybody I send to them keep going back one of the best tire shops on Long Island A+ in my book

Needed an emergency tire repair. It was evening and most places were already closed. I called Durango and was told to come on over. I went and was in, repaired and out again in just minutes. Prices was very reasonable too

Best prices around, super fast service! Called Durango after multiple transfers/hang ups by Walmart Auto & no callback from another tire shop (all from Google search). Great deal including labor for my '06 Chevy Suburban, quick walk-in service

Thank goodness for Durango Tire Repair! We were pulled over on the side of the highway with a flat, and the owner just happened to be driving by. He noticed us and pulled over to help out of the kindness of his heart. He got our spare tire on quickly, and we were able to continue on our way to a bridal shower which we were, at this point, very late for! Thank you so much to Durango Tire Repair. Extremely kind businessman, very professional and capable. I'd trust him with all my tire needs. Definitely visit his shop if you need tire help!

Came here about a year ago. i just needed all around new (used) tires. about 4 different guys switched off doing the job and once it was all said and done, i drive home and my car begins to wobble. of all 4 guys (owner included) no one tightened any of the bolts for the wheels they had just put on. Never going back there again. stupid mistake that should have never happened.

The best tire shop in Long Island - Mehfooz took care of my ML 550 tires replacement needs as I was family - took way better care of me than the tire shop in Ronkonkoma - I had been going to for 25 years - he earned my business! Which is not easy to do - old school good people!

Best shop on Long Island only place I kno that s open Sundays too nd Luis is like a car magician he was able to get my bmw I only had for 2 months running again when the dealership would not help me whatsoever

had a flat tire on a Sunday and this was one of the only places open. was able to make it there and they patched it up within 20 minutes and it was such a good price and great service.

I Had an unexpected issue with my daughter s car on a Sunday. These guys were great. Surprised they were open on a Sunday Fixed it and pricing was reasonable. Manager was great. Highly recommended. Didn t over charge me or try to sell me anything I didn t need.

Durango Tires and Auto is a Tire and Auto Shop Located in Ronkonkoma, Suffolk County N.Y conveniently right off the L.I.E. exit 60 that makes you feel like Family. The Best Auto/Tire Shop in Suffolk County! Very Helpful Customer Service. Fair and Honest. Great prices on Tire's and all types of Auto Repair services. I would recommend to a friend to go there. They always there to help you out.

One of the best tire shops I've been to, and as nice bonus they're open late. Everyone was super helpful and friendly and make you feel comfortable to joke around with. After being stuck in tight spot Mufas and his crew helped me out in a big way and was very reasonable with his prices and honest about it all. I'll definitely be returning with more business for him and highly recommending him to other people in the future as well.

Mahfuz & Arnold were amazing, I had a family emergency and they fixed my flat in less than 10 minutes. They handled my car with more car than the dealership did!!! This is my go-to shop for any car related fixes from now on. Recommended them to my friends an family as well.

Was having trouble with my front brake pads making a noise. Also my Check Engine light kept giving me a issue. Went to Durango Tires and Auto after a Family member recommended them to me. The Manager is very reasonable,Honest, and Fair. The Mechanics at Durango Tires and Auto have Year's and Year's of Experience with Auto Mechanics I highly recommend them.

Brought my 2 week old 23 Rav4 prime here for a flat tire, they treat your car with ZERO respect, they dragged my wheel outer face down across the concrete floor made tons of scratches, the owner and the mechanic denied all responsibility, the picture I posted is AFTER I tried to buff it out

I am so thankful I found Durango Auto!! Everyone is so friendly and honest. When they diagnosed a problem with my car that the last mechanic missed a week prior I was shocked and so very thankful they found that issue because I had no idea. I highly recommend Durango!

Came here months ago and have been meaning to leave a review. Blew out a tire on the LIE and couldn't make it anywhere but this place that is down the street from me. Prices were great but the guy I was dealing with didn't seem to know what he was talking about. I had to tell him you can't just replace 1 tire, he said only on an AWD car, which mine is. Got him to replace 2 and was charged for balancing but when I left anytime I got over 40mph the car would violently shake. I ended up bringing my car to my mechanic brother who told me one tire came up a 6 and the other a 3 in balancing when they should both be 0. Not only that but the wheel was visibly bent and nothing was done about it, the lug nuts were stripped (I witnessed this happening) and a part holding the tire on was broken and held on with a zip tie of course not mentioned to me, which could cause a serious accident at some point if it breaks. I'm lucky he caught it. I hate to leave a bad review but this is insane. Months later I'm still having issues though it was fixed as well as it can be. Seemed like this guy was covering for someone as he said the main guy wasn't there so maybe they usually do great work but this time was not it.

Had a tire blowout in the middle of LIE near Ronkonkoma, thankfully our run flat got us to the amazing crew at Durango which is ideally located right off the highway (3 minute drive). The team at Durango were beyond helpful/friendly and put 2 new tires in under 40 minutes at a very fair price! We were back on the road quickly feeling very appreciative of their kindness and service.
