Needed some body work done after a relative hit my parked 66 mustang (under a car cover at the time). Mike was great to work with. Job was done right and I Can't say enough about the guys at Continental.

Mike and Chris were amazing and really took a stressful situation involving my 2012 Toyota Prius and alleviated all of the pressure. From towing following an accident to dealing with my insurance company, these guys provided extreme value, not to mention my car looks new and they even detailed the inside, bonus!!! I would recommend these guys 10 out of 10 times. If you are in the market for a great car mechanic and collision place and live any where on the island, look no further then Continental Car Care.

I highly recommend Continental Car Care to anyone needing body work done to your car. Genuinely sincere people that do great work / service. Also, I have had multiple car seats installed by Chris. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable about the car seat manufacturers, he installs them as if they were part of your car. Literally zero slack, like the seats are bolted to the frame. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you Chris for helping keep my kids safe. You are truly appreciated!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Chris installed my infant car seat and gave me a whole education on everything I needed to know in order to safely bring our newborn home, from soup to nuts. I would definitely recommend them, all the staff was very nice!

I went to Continental Car Care to get my car seat professionally installed by Chris Barba. As a first time mom with little to no experience with newborns, I wanted someone knowledgeable to install our car seat and Chris was definitely that person! He was extremely friendly, patient, and clearly knew his stuff. He carefully went over the installation process, how to properly situate my baby in the carseat, and provided many additional tips. He had absolutely no problem answering any of my questions and even welcomed me to come back with my husband to install just the car seat base in my husbands car and he d repeat everything again. I would highly recommend this clearly family oriented auto body shop.

We just had to write a review about how phenomenal the treatment was that we got from Continental Car Care. From the moment we brought our car into their shop after an unfortunate accident, Chris and Mike made us feel at ease and that our car was in the best of hands. Even when the parts that were needed for the repair were delayed by post-Covid unavailability of parts from the manufacturer, they reassured us and allowed us to feel confident in an ultimate happy ending for our car. During that time, they dealt with the manufacturer and insurance company constantly to expedite things and advocate on our behalf. Most importantly, they really treated our car as if it was their own. We have young children and we need to feel completely secure about the safety of our car after it is repaired, especially a major repair like we had on our car. I really felt like Chris and Mike did everything they would do for their own family in ensuring the safety and security of our car. It s also important to mention that every time we spoke to them, they were patient, and open with us about explaining the answers to all our questions. I would not only wholeheartedly recommend Continental Car Care to anyone, but for us personally we could never imagine going anywhere else.Service: Body & Trim

My wife and I went to Continental Car Care for help getting our infant car seat base installed and Chris was incredibly professional, helpful and knowledgeable.I couldn t believe how caring he was and how he spent more than half an hour going over everything he knew about installing infant car seats, teaching us what to do and not to do and giving us helpful tips. We both came away from the experience feeling informed and confident that we can handle car seat safety.Thank you Chris for your patience and your wisdom and I would absolutely recommend doing business with Continental Car Care!!!

Due to a string of back luck, I've had to come to Continental Car Care twice in the past 6 months for 2 separate incidents. They are honestly everything you could hope for in a collision repair shop. I worked primarily with Mike and Chris who are both very knowledgeable. Not only do they know a lot about the physical repairs, but they were able to walk me through he entire insurance claims process as well. I think what I appreciated the most, however, is that they're very honest and direct. They won't try and BS you or rip you off; they will simply work with you and do what needs to be done to you car back on the road. On both occasions, after they had finished repairs my car looked brand new and had no other issues with my car. If you need collision repairs on your car, this is the first place you should look.Services: Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim

Love these guys and their shop. They are extremely professional, do an amazing job and should be everyone's go to for auto body work. You can trust them with any vehicle, even high end vehicles. They truly know their stuff. I have used them a few times - they are very consistent with their service. My wife raves about them - they have helped her quite a bit with carseat installations on multiple occasions. Chris, Mike and crew - thank you for the amazing service you have delivered to us over the years - it is truly appreciated.

We had such an amazing experience here!! Chris helped us install our car seats. Aside from this being such an amazing public service, Chris is so knowledgeable, kind, and flexible (when we had to reschedule due to our little one coming a bit early!) Chris is clearly passionate about safety, and spent a lot of time teaching us how to do everything correctly. Wish I could give more stars!!

I was recommended to Continental Car Care by my neighbor after a person went through a stop sign and hit my car. Essentially he told me that he had an amazing experience with them and gave me the personal number of Mike. My conversation Mike immediately set the tone of excellent customer service. He assured me that they would tow my car and even help me speak to the insurance companies. At the shop, i was assisted by Chris and he was a delight to speak with, very polite and reserved. He helped me speak to the insurance company and gave me proper transparency about how the conversations would go. He and everyone at the shop were quite knowledgeable and made this whole experience go very smoothly. I now, will always recommend Continental Car Care to friends and those reading this review. If you happen to have the misfortune of being in an accident, absolutely speak to Mike and Chris. They were gentleman through and through.

outstanding service and quality. They'll take the time to explain, weigh options, and work with you to reach the best approach. Just about any place can call themselves 'family owned' and say they keep a 'neighborhood' feel - but Mike and Chris embody that approach. I hope i never have to deal with getting body work done on my car ever again - but if i do this is where I'll have it done no doubt!

Went here for a photo inspection for my insurance company and they offered to check the installation of my car seat and other car items. I had it installed incorrectly and they explained everything! He fixed my car seat and gave me some very helpful information. Super pleased with their service and will definitely come here in the future! Thanks again! So thankful i came here.

I had my car seat professionally installed. They are super professional, informative and thorough. I was one out of over 900 people to not have my car seat installed properly. It barely moves now. I highly recommend these guys.

These guys are the best! I can't say enough about the fab service I received from Mike, Mike Jr, and Chris. They even helped me call in the insurance claim and set up my car rental. And the repairs were made in no-time (and beautifully!). Wouldnt think of using anyone else!

They do awesome work. And very patient and caring. My family and I use them when we need our car repaired for about 15 years plus. I wouldn't go anywhere else. And they have someone that is certified to put in car seats in the car for u which is good.

Best car autobody and detail place on long island! I have had the pleasure of dealing with both Mike and Chris and everyone has always done great service and gone over and beyond. I get my cars detailed there and they always do an amazing job! After getting body work done they also did a detailing as a courtesy!

They did a lovely job of fixing the damage to my car. It's pristine! You'd never know that anything had ever happened to my car. They even telephoned the insurance company for me. The work was done promptly, but it wasn't hurried. I would definitely use Continental Car Care again.

I recently used them for body work on my 2019 ram pickup truck. The repair came out perfect and they finished fast and gave me my truck back cleaner than it was when I gave it to them I was so impressed with there professionalism that I went back with my Dodge Charger to get the windows tinted and they finished within a few hours overall I have a great experience with continental and they now have a customer for life . THANK YOU MIKE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK .

I brought my car in last Tuesday for a full body detail - $175.00. Glad I did not leave a tip! It was difficult to fully inspect the car because it was in the garage due to heavy rain. I really couldn't give it a good look until the next day. Firstly, the cup holders were filthy...had to clean them myself. The sheen on the tires lasted 2 days. They didn't remove the pebbles that were in the grooves of the tires (that was done the last time I detailed). The wheel were clean, but not in the background. The rain stains on the bottom of the car, under the doors, were still there! Inside, the bottom of the doors were not totally clean from shoe marks. Generally, I could have done a better job myself and bought a new Mont Blanc pen with the money I paid them.

I just had my wife's Cherokee fixed by Continental Car Care . Used them before and still do a great job. I had the front door of my house matched with the shutters and painted. Very happy camper. Midland Blvd. Lake Ronkonkoma.

Came here only for a photo inspection, but the individual helping me noticed my child seat was not properly secured and went out of his way to make sure it was right and show me the issue he found. I can't speak to the quality of their work but their people are top notch.
