They used to be great, gone downhill now. Generally when the owner is around service is better. Went to get oil and brake change. Empty bay, handful cars in the lot, guy tells me to come back another day. Didn't even attempt to make an appointment. Avoid.

Charlie is the best at what he does. I've been a customer of Charlie's since I bought my first car. He's always been the brains of every operation, which why I'm glad he opened his own shop. He can fix anything and everything and charges an honest and fair price. I would recommend him to anyone I know with car trouble. His employees are very knowledge local young men, that I've known personally and who all have been working on cars since childhood. If you want your car fixed correctly, go to Charlie's!

First of all friendly staff. My car was looked at and had an evap smoke test done. Come to find out I have a gas tank leak. However they suggest a full tank replacement and quoted me for almost $2,000, and said I would have to pay for the tank before the work was started. I was shocked and when I went to go pick up the car, I was charged $170 just to have my car looked at. I understand that emissions tests cost money, but I was not expecting to be charged that much. Was quoted $350 total by another place for a fuel module, tank and lock ring!!

Took my car here because I had noise in the front end. They replaced my tie rod and sway bar bushings. Never did a wheel alignment told me I would have to come back on a Tuesday mind you I took my car there Friday morning. So they let me drive all weekend with a messed up alignment. Never heard of a shop not completing the job. Will never go here again. Worst experience.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Went in there to have my car inspected no one in the office complete disorganization pulled my car underneath another car in the middle never lifted it in the air passsed me and I left within 10 minutes , Never even checked my car out properly I don t feel safe going back there worst place ever
