If you have a BMW and need experience and honesty, this is the place. When you have a BMW, not everyone can work on that engine. They require proper maintenance and care, so bring your car here. Don't pull up on this 550I. Those new twin turbos will burn you.

BMW Shack is the only place I bring my BMW. I NEVER, I REPEAT....NEVEERRR have to worry about getting ripped off. saad is the most honest mechanic i've ever had and I highly recommend taking your vehicle to him if you need to find a good honest mechanic. He has saved me a ton of money and given me the same quality work the BMW deals hip does...if not better...for a way price. THIS IS MY MECHANIC FOR LIFE !

I had a great experience at BMW shack.The owner was quick to check out and diagnosis what the problem was with my BMW. Communication and service was excellent and repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time. I felt they were honest and fair with pricing. I definitely will only being getting all my BMW future repairs at this shop. Highly recommend this place.

This crook Saad, charged me 3000 dollars to replace the differential cover on my e46 m3!! Not only that, I have owned my car since 2015 reliably; ever since leaving his shop my car has not been the same! I have had a few issues with my car since they touched it! A week after leaving his shop, my chain tensioner bolt had co pletely backed out, leaking out all my engine oil while I was driving! I could have blown my engine, luckily I stopped in time! I was told by another shop that this was done deliberately! It's very unlikely for that bolt to completely back out! It may seep or leak a little oil, but for it to completely back out is very unlikely! I would steer clear of these greedy snakes! Never again!Edit response: admit that you over charged me! 3000 was to much for that job! Exactly no reason for anything to be touched in tge engine compartment, but it was! A few of the beauty cover bolts were missing... I know my car very well, also the diff makes a clunking noise now, which it never did before. It's just to much. I wouldn't lie, you took advantage!**you dud something oin my engine bay! I'm having a lot of trouble!! I want to know what yiu did??!!

Your stressed, your baby needs repairs and your tired of grabbing your ankles for sub par service, but finding a new mechanic for your high end sports car is painful. This decision is a no brainer. This is a high quality shop run by an even better gentleman. From drive axles and air compressor on my 528ixdrive @105k to motor mounts and tuning on my Mercedes Amg the owner Saad goes the extra mile. Recently he tuned my Amg, the computer said all good, his ear said good but not perfect. He kept it for a perfectly reasonable extra little bit and she is smooth as silk above and beyond what the tech said. Car guys, tool guys just look at the shop.. You'll know!!!!

I honestly love this place, I come back every time I need anything touched up on my BMW. Now a days you can t just go anywhere. They delivered and I was very satisfied with service with the owner and my car was ready in no longer than a day. Incredible Service! If you have a BMW this is the ONLY place I would take my car to for service or problem solving. The shop is clean and the owner and mechanic know how to fix/repair a BMW (and probably other makes and models too). They are honest and fair in what they recommended and repaired. I was a pleasure to finally have my car repaired properly. The best service in many years of owning many brands of cars and I am not an easy person to satisfy. The kindest mechanics I ve ever met. They towed my car to their shop and went above and beyond with not only fixing my car s starter but also ensuring I had a means to get my car back home considering that I was by myself with my baby. My bmw had a vibration coming from the bottom. Other shops couldn t figure out what was wrong. Brought it to bmw shack and they were able to diagnose and find every problem that was wrong with my car. Only shop I would bring my bmw too! Very clean and professional!

Saad is an honest car expert with decades of experience. He knows what he sees in a car as soon as he has it up on the lift & will recommend nothing that is unnecessary. This kind of experience & expertise is hard to find in a car mechanic today. I m glad I finally found someone I can trust my car with.

These guys will tell you how it is. They are straight shooters. I bought a bmw 3x for my son and was given a lot of bad information. These guys made me feel comfortable and handled all the work for me from an oilChange to work on the engine. Very knowledgeable. 1st and will be the only mechanic to touch my 335 if ur car has any issues bmw shack will fix it the right way with care they treat your car likes it s there s the most friendly and caring bmw mechanic for all types of bmws to a alternator to a engine rebuild I wouldn t take my car just anywhere only bmw shack they ve done so much for me and I m thankful. These guys are super professional I had some issues with my bmw 335 I had the car dropped off the then they assessed everything with the car and fixed it up in no time using OEM parts they gave me the total on everything and they have kept there word even past my expectations I will continue to bring my car to them I wouldn t trust any one else to service your car saad Abdullah has been exceptional with me thank you we will continue to do business !Service: General repairs & maintenance
