Looking for an honest mechanic? Your search is over. I found 3 Brothers a over a year ago when I moved here from out of state. I brought my car to 3 Brothers for an inspection and waited, with some trepidation, for the results. I expected to hear I needed parts and repairs necessary to pass the inspection. Nothing extra was needed! Just paid for the inspection and I was on my way. I just brought my car back for an oil change and annual inspection a week or so ago - same thing :-)Great service. Great mechanics. I will be back.I highly recommend 3 Brothers.

Today was my first time visiting 3 Brothers Auto repair. I was greeted promptly, and taken care of quickly. I dropped off the car, and they were finished within 2 hours. I would most definitely recommend patronizing this business.

I recently was in Long Island, my car was overheating. The closest mechanic was 3 Brothers. What a mistake. They charged $1,100 for repairs. I had no choice, I was stuck in LI. It cost me $800 to fix what 3 brothers so called fixed.I suggest to all drive to another shop don't get fooled.

The owner was very welcoming and honest. The mechanic was also honest, took the time to show and explain what was wrong with car and wasn t pushy in trying to sell me anything. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great service!I used this shop the other day after waking up to a flat tire. The owner, Rashid, was very kind and helpful. He let me drop off the tire the night before since it was close to closing time and told me to come back any time the next day and they would have it ready for me. I ve never used this shop before but I just knew I could trust them! There was next to 0 waiting time when I went back the next day and we had great conversation while his workers took care of what needed to be done. I m greatly appreciative! Thank you again.

Highly recommend, they were the least expensive compare to 3 other places I quoted. They were fast and very honest bc I thought I had needed a alternator and they called me telling me I didn't and that I just had lose wiring which was causing the car to not turn on. They recharged my battery put some oil in and only charged me a half hour worth of labor. Great place.Service: Transmission repair

Most honest mechanic I have ever encountered. They re very kind and really care about their customers and work really hard to get your car back to you in time and at the least amount of cost possible. I have been a customer for about 15 years and won t go anywhere else

I always have a great experience at 3 Brothers. I have come here when I ve had a flat or punctured tire and have always gotten it fixed quickly to be on my way. Today I dropped off my car for an oil change, new tire, and an inspection and it was done in about an hour. Everyone who works here is very nice especially the owner. I definitely recommend!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Awesome people here - great service at a competitive price!I came here for the first time around 3-4 months ago to get a last minute inspection. I knew that my car was going to be at the end of the queue, but I couldn't get a ride back home and so I planned on doing some work from my laptop in the lobby while I waited.Upon sitting down, I was immediately greeted and welcomed by a bunch of the workers. We chatted for a bit and, knowing that I'd be sitting around for a while, they made me feel at home. The man at the counter was extremely friendly and carried on conversation with me as the mechanics got back to work in the garage.After a bit of waiting, the man at the counter had mentioned that they were going to squeeze my car in so that I didn't have to wait around all day, which I was extremely thankful for.After getting my keys back, they had mentioned that they were trying to build up feedback on their Google review page, but didn't try and push me to leave a review. Now, I fully expected to get bombarded with review requests via email or the likes in the coming weeks (the dental practice I use does this all the time and it's infuriating), however, that did not happen.And so now, 3-4 months later, I'm proud to say that this place is AWESOME! I'll most definitely be coming here in the future - even though it's a bit farther away than the shop that I had always utilized in the past. But it really is worth it when the service is this much better!TL;DR: These people are extremely friendly and made my experience waiting for inspection ENJOYABLE. They do great work and at a great price! I'll be back again in the future!

This shop deserves respect. They are great mechanics, the owner is a respectable man and mechanic. The owner did a favor for a single mother in front of me and since that day i don't go anywhere else. Good man, good mechanic, moral business practices.I am always worried about a mechanic trying to pull the proverbial wool over my eyes 3 Brothers has soothed those fears.Go with these guys. They won't screw you.And on long island, trust with mechanics goes a long long way.Prices are not gauged.The unknowledgeable are not taken advantage of.What more can you ask for in a mechanic.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, General repairs & maintenance, A/C installation & repair, Air conditioning, Vehicle safety inspection, Battery, Oil change

I called three brothers early this morning to see if they could get me in for an inspection. They were not open yet and I hung up after the phone rang a few times. When they opened a little while later they actually called me back! I thought that was great customer service. Not only did they tell me to come right down for my inspection but I did not have to leave my car as you have to at many places. When I got down there I decided I wanted an oil change as well and they did that with no problem. I was in and out in about a half an hour! I have used them in the past a few times and had equally good experiences. While I waited today the gentleman at the front desk made Pleasant conversation as well. Some auto repair places make women feel uncomfortable or out of place. I did not feel that way here.

Just got my inspection and oil change for my mazda. Couldn't be happier they were very professional and very nice. It's always scary to go to a new mechanic but I felt at ease and comfortable I will be going back for all my future car needs ! So glad I found them I would highly recommend!

I went to this mechanic based on all the positive reviews on Google. They did not disappoint. The owner was very professional and a generally nice guy. They took my car in, mainly for brake replacement, but also for an issue with a sticking brake, requiring a caliper replacement. He could have tried to upsell me on the repair (suggesting calipers replaced all around) but he didn't. I would recommend this place to anyone, and will go back for service and any other auto needs.Update, after going here, I had an issue with my car. They wouldn't do more than a drive in the parking lot and told me they couldn't identify the problem. If they needed to take a tire off (rubbing noise after brake job) they'd have to charge me. I no longer go here for my repair needs.

Dropped off my car for rear brake, rotor and 2 caliper replacement, already knew the issue. Very easy job that takes less than an hour, they wanted to charge $790!Decided to do it myself, they charged me $65 just to look at my car. I ordered the parts myself, ONLY $120They are charging $700 for labor.Never coming back.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brake service & repair

In my opinion this is definitely one of the more reliable car shops. I had bad experiences with other shops that tried to charge me for unnecessary repairs.However, much to my relief, 3 Brothers Tire & Brake Services repaired my car (brakes, oil change, new tires and inspection) fast and without charging for any unnecessary repairs.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Brake service & repair

I've just returned to 3 Brothers Auto Repair to have my car inspected. The owner extends kindness, professionalism, makes every effort to accommodate my work schedule & answers all my questions straightforwardly & thoroughly. I've had repairs done & tires installed on my car here for several years.My family members & I highly recommend this shop.

Came for a car inspection and returning for tires! Its tough getting a shop to do an inspection on a Saturday (most turn them down because it takes time on a lift for minimal gain), but Rasheed was kind enough to take me in with just a few minutes wait (he was busy, but made a window). While I waited got a quote on tires for another vehicle and his price was better than my usual spots, so I'm returning for what I expect to be another great service experience. Within 10 mins I was all ready to go about my weekend.

3 brothers auto was such an amazing experience! Everyone who works there is friendly, personable, and accommodating! My first time there I went with a nail in my tire and they helped me right away no questions asked. They even put a show on for me on their tv so I could watch it while I waited which was very nice. Today I had to go back again to get my inspection and I was in and out. Overall my past two experiences with 3 brothers auto was incredible and I highly reccomend going there!

This is the best shop around the area, first comes first served. I got my break pads replaced and rotors fixed by them with great experience. The mechanics did excellent job and they charged me decent price. The owner is honest n nice guy. I would recommend them! Thank you.

I've been bringing my vehicles to 3 brothers for over three years, they are professional, honest, have reasonable & competitive pricing and always get the job done! I recommend their services to all who ask and I tell my friends and family about them. It's a rarity to find a service station that you can trust.

***GREAT SERVICE RASHIDOn Saturday at 4:30 PM I called for an oil change. The gentlemen (Rashid) told me to come down even though I was 15 minutes away. He not only stayed way past closing which was 5:00 PM (Easter Weekend). I watched him assist a patron after me with tire pressure issues. It had to be close to 6:00 PM. What a great guy!Rashid, I want to Thank you again...I really appreciate you! I will be sure to pass along my positive experience. See you in 5,000 miles.Service: Oil change

3 brothers is amazing! They are trustworthy, fast , and efficient. I never get forced into a service and my car is always well taken care of . The owner and workers are also very friendly and work hard to make the customer happy .

Do not. I repeat. Do NOT go here.These guys used to be pretty alright, and I have gone to them consistently over the years. However! As of late they have been performing very shoddy work and absolutely lying about work that they are doing.Just recently brought my car here and asked them to look at my brakes. Came there very early in the morning so I could be their first customer of the day, so they could have the time to work on my vehicle unimpeded.1st issue. They didn't have the tire that they said they would order for me the week before. Ok. Not such a big deal. I was more concerned with my brakes anyway as they really weren't giving me good stopping power. So I told them, don't worry about the tire, just look at the brakes.Literally five minutes later, they pull my vehicle out of their bay and park it. So I ask the owner if they had indeed checked my brakes like I asked. "Oh yes we checked, they're all fine."This was impossible for them to have checked all my brakes in 5 minutes because my rear brakes are drum brakes. They take much longer to pull apart.I asked if they were sure, "Oh yes yes they're all fine."I'm suspicious at this point and ask them what I owe them. "Nothing."INCREDIBLY SUSPICIOUS.So I decided today to bring my car over to my friend's shop and have them look at it instead, and imagine my surprise and horror when I'm shown that my front brakes are worn down to nothing at all.Totally unprofessional, and absolutely dangerous. I'm telling you all, do not go here.

I ve been coming to 3 brothers for a couple of years now. I used to bring my Acura in and now I bring my Jeep. Great, and super fast service. Also a very honest business. They overcharged me for an oil change once.. hours later they called me back to apologize and reimbursed me. Highly recommend 3 brothers!
