Very friendly manager, Tom, I believe. Went over costs upfront with me and was exactly what he said. The service was excellent! Get there very early if you want same day service as they are very busy and have long wait times.

Horrible experience, I don't like to write negative reviews but this was unacceptable. I needed tires put on my car so I called ahead to see if they could get me in and I was told I didn't need an appointment just come on down there was only 2 people ahead of me. I drove there immediately and when I got there I was told that they couldn't take me because they didn't have enough people and to come back maybe on a Saturday.

Don't go here. Go to your local dealership or a trustworthy chain/mom and pop nearby. I was told by several employees that they take walk ins up to 7 pm. So I arrive at 5pm. Little late, but I work overnights, and i figure "it's just a simple tire repair." I'm told by an employee they're on break and will be back at 5:30. Didn't see a single employee until 6:10. Then, another 10 minutes spent waiting for them to finish filling wiper fluid and stare at the car. Service manager finally comes out, I already knew the answer I'd get, but I ask anyways, and he has a tone in his voice like "are you stupid, our temporarily closed sign should make it obvious we're closed for the night." That kind of stupid is not the kind you want working on your car.So now I get to drive to work on a slow leak again and hope I can schedule service tomorrow.

Tried Herkimer but they only had one tire and I was replacing all four. Tried New Hartford and they had the tires but said they could not install them today. Tried Rome and they had the tires I need and might take a little time but could do it no problem !Great people to deal with and next time I will try them first. VERY HAPPY with my purchase.Service: Tires

The pros.Prices are cheap on name brand oil changes and tires, and can't be beat by anyone. & their service is sometimes good *for the price you pay* but not always.The cons.Some of the hicks working here have an attitude problem & are as dumb as a box of rocks, but if I had to deal with the general public today, I might have an attitude problem too. The general public is whacked today. So I'll try to cut them some slack, even though they shouldn't pass on the fact that they don't like their job to others.I've gone here early on a few occasions in the morning before they open just for a tire balance and rotation so I can get in and out when it's not busy, and 2 hrs. later, with just a few cars in their parking lot, they still haven't pulled my car in. I've also come here a few times with a newer car for an oil change and they had oil all over the interior. I'm not talking about just a few smudge marks, I mean all over the door, all over the steering wheel, and all over the center console. I stopped having them change my oil after that.This place is kind of a gamble. Sometimes you get good services, sometimes not. When service is good, it's good *for the money you pay* but when it's bad, it can be really bad.

Nobody is friendly anywhere you go anymore . They have an attitude when you want to get a service . For my other tires I have to get I m deff going somewhere else never using Walmart center again . Tom acts like he s all nice but really a sarcastic jerk. Not pleased at all .Service: TiresService: Tires

Had an appointment set for 1pm. Got there at 12:30. Cashier told me about an hour or so as one of there techs wasn't there. I said that's fine. I had bought 4 new tires online at Wal-Mart.com. Also bought 4 tpms sensors from Amazon. Wanted them all put on. Went and done some shopping and sat and sat and sat. Finally at 2:45 they were done. And my tpms light is still on. They said I might have to take it somewhere else to have them set as they didn't have the setter for a "CHEVY"! Well then! I bought preset tpms. The only reason I went there is because I bought the tires from them. I have used them in the past and seams like that's the attitude I get every time! There was no charge for the tires or the tpms, but they did charge me $14 a tire to balance them.

Haha! Walley world BEAT out MAVIS my used to be favorite place, they wanted wayyyyyyy tooooo much for tires .. thanks Walmart

Wonderful experience. I didn't feel like I got ripped off when purchasing tires. As a plus they actually have a person there who can drive a manual transmission car.

Absolutely ridiculous at how long it is taking to change 1 single tire. So far, 1 hour, my car is in the bay and jacked up, and has been for more than an hour, to change 1 single tire. The waiting area is absolutely freezing and I have been shivering the entire time I have been here. I won't come back to the rome walmart for something that should be so easy again. I could have changed the tire roadside quicker than walmart.

We went to 3 other places in Rome for a car battery all I will say is very overpriced. Went to Walmart car shop and wow found the perfect car battery for our vehicle much in the price range we were very pleased with the service and my car is no longer needing a jump every time we use it.

They did a oil change and over tightened the drain plug and cracked the aluminum pan on my car so I had no oil in my car it's happen to someone else I know to I'm very upset with them and they wouldn't even pay for it don't go to Walmart for car repairs . Big mistake .

Management and cashiers very argument Close the shop at 4 o clock when they re not supposed to be close to seven refused fix flat with warrantee highly unsatisfied will not buy tires here bad choice

Big mistake coming here, told me it would take an hour, 4 hrs later and still waiting. No appologies, zero customer service, I blame myself, I know better.

Just spent $600 on tires and they wanted an additional $65 to mount and balance after i was told it was included in the price

No appointment needed but they can get very busy, quickly. Go early in the morning to get in the best spots

Was supposed to be a two-day delivery ended up being a 5-day delivery which doesn't look very good for Walmart online orders
