I stopped in last week to see if they could help me out. One of my tires has a hole in it and my air pump died. The gentleman at Rocker s, had me move my car around back and they gladly pumped my tire up for me. When I offered to pay them they insisted no need.As a single female walking into a shop alone, they all made me feel comfortable, and were so pleasant!Thank you so very much gentlemen of Rocker s!

I'm beyond lucky that he is located in the Rome area and was able to help me out, yet again. Thank you Billy for answering your phone and being able to get me a battery that I drained on the way to work from Syracuse. Which wasn't an easy battery to find. On top of it being able to get me parts that I needed because I did more damage while driving. He drove all over and found the parts I needed and then fixed my vehicle. All before I had to leave to get back home to my children. Thank you again for all that you do, you have gone above and beyond yet again.

My car overheated while driving in a snowstorm last week. I tried to turn around to get to a gas station but was unable to make it. Rocker's Automotive was recommended to me by Oneida County Sheriffs. They arrived quickly, towed my car. They were communicative about the timeline and were able to get my car fixed and back on the road. I'm really grateful for their service. Thanks!

John came out and assisted me with get my car started through AAA. He was super nice and even went out of his way to see if they potentially had a new battery he could install for me asap.

Bill is the absolute man and has been such a help when it comes to sudden break downs. Even if he cant find the part he will help you however he can to get your vehicle back on the road. This is my third time using his service and like always big thanks to you and the rockers team!

I needed my car towed after getting in an accident. Rocker's responded quickly, helped me locate a rental car, and drove me to the rental car office. They also helped me gather my things from the car and saved them for me until I could pick them up. Great service!

Had a car crash and received excellent service from Billy. I would call him anytime for assistance. He defended me against other towing companies who were less than honest and was so accommodating to the insurance adjuster that the entire claim was handled with speed. This is how all companies should operate! Thank you!

Amazing service! Allow me to paint you a picture in words. It was cold and dark while I sat in my car which wouldn't make the trip home no matter how much she wanted too, I contemplated starting a new life in this town of Verona. After a brief conversation with a nice gas station attendant I realized that would be much harder than calling a tow truck. One quick call and they headed over to my stranded vehicle, upon arriving we both realized my car is way to low too just roll onto the flat bed. They used every tool they had in their inventory and she eventually rolled on damage free! A quick ride to the shop and she rolled off smooth as butter. (I'm very sketched out when I see others behind the wheel of my ride but the professionalism of the driver Mike had me at complete ease, as he is also a car enthusiast) when it's all said and done getting a tow is usually a painful and sketchy process but this was not. If my car ever has another issue which leaves her undriveable I will absolutley give them a call.

I was broke down in a busy intersection and the owner was driving by in his tow truck on his way to his child's open house at school and yet he stopped to check and see if I needed help and he towed me to the nearest parking lot. He was very polite and extremely reasonable. I would recommend his business to anyone. Thanks again!

my crashed vehicle was towed here, they didn't even touch the car for 3 weeks because they didn't want to do a estimate, did not even have the courtesy to call and tell me that he wasn't gonna fix the car but collected daily lot fees plus towing, I recommend that ppl stay away.Service: Car towingService: Car towing
