Truly Blessed to go there & meet the crew n get amazing service & always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. Kyle (manager) has definitely helped me when I am in a mess. Treats females with up most respect & does not take advantage like most places do now days.!Very honest upfront and willing to get things done THE RIGHT WAY!THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH !

I would recommend them to anyone. they have always done and, continue to do great work for me. they are honest and, always willing to take the time to answer any questions that customers have. the new manager shawn is very easy to talk to, friendly, outgoing and, knowledgeable.

Esteban, very friendly and would definitely recommend this place to others. I really appreciate all the work more than anything else and honestly. Every since day one this place has truly took care of me and my car. Esteban has truly always been very confident in his works and the way he treat others in the shop.

I don't go anywhere else for my tires or inspection or anything else I need for my car. Mavis has very kind and caring staff that will help you figure something out to get your car fixed. Kyle and Cameron and Esteban are fantastic employees. I cannot sing their praises enough. This shop is definitely my go to.

The team was not only beyond polite during interactions but went above and beyond. They did my front breaks, back breaks, rotors, front and back calipers in 24 hours which included a trip to Rochester on their behalf to get the parts for me. They also gave me an amazing deal. They also did my tires a few months ago and were just as great then. This is not an isolated incident, this is good practice and how they operate daily. Thank you Mavis team!

Esteban, was fantastic! Thought I had lost air in my tire due to the cold. Came to Mavis to fill it with air and found a nail smiling back at me. Called to make a same day appointment since I was at work and he was able to squeeze me right it. Awesome service, will definitely come back

Today was the second time i have been to Mavis. First time there i was happy with the prices and service. Today I had an extra large tire i needed help with. (44 inch Mud tire)3 other tire shops wouldnt even try to help me because of the size of the tire but Mavis wheeled it right in and helped me out. Thank you for the help!!!

This team at Mavis not only handled the problem I had with my vehicle but also treated me with the upmost respect and professionalism. They took my truck right in and really had helped me today. Esteban and Cameron truly took care of me. I could could not recommend these guys enough. This will be the only place I will take my truck from now on

Kyle and his team got us taken care of super fast! Super helpful and transparent with pricing and quick turnaround. There s a Dunkin and McDonald s within walking distance you can wait at while they get you taken care of. I got the call to pickup not long after finishing a leisurely meal. Make sure to call ahead if possible cause they get busy.

This place is an absolute joke. With their clearly sexist based business model this joke of an establishment made the attempt from taking a routine inspection on a regularly maintained 2017 car, and attempt to turn it into an $1100 "discounted" repair bill by claiming the failure would result from front pads and rotors are bad, along with the false claim the rear tires will not pass due to a bad alignment; which they obviously wanted to milk her for. This business will never see a dollar from anyone I know again.

I called mavis to see if there was tires in stock for my car and to set up an appointment the next day. Cameron was the worker I spoke to over the phone, he was very respectful and told me all the options I had for tires. He also said to come right on down and they could get my car in the same day. Customer service in person was just as great as over the phone. Car was done in a timely fashion and my overall experience was great. Will be coming back in the future.

Scheduled a state inspection at 4 on Monday. Got a call to reschedule because they don t do inspections on Monday and Tuesday to come in Wednesday at 12. I arrived during my lunch time and when I got there at my appointment time the inspector decided to take a lunch in spite of having an allotted appointment time that they rescheduled. Completely unprofessional and horrible service.

They were supposed to fix a caliper which lead to a break line leak and then had to bring it right back for them to fix that. No one in there has teeth they must hire people on drugs. Very unprofessional the mechanics talk about the customers in the garage. Place is a joke.

I received excellent service at Mavis in Rome, NY. I came in without an appointment with a deflated tire. They immediately took my car in and repaired the tire valve stem in less than 15 minutes. The technician was very polite and professional.

I had to bring a tire from my daughter's car to be fix and it was almost closing time and I didn't have an appointment.Cameron was very helpful and without hesitation took care of the issue. The repair was completed in no time. Any other place would've told me to come back another day. I am very grateful for their awesome customer service and I highly recommend this place.
