If you want a lemon, definitely buy from this place. If I could give no stars I would. Bought a Jeep Wrangler from them for $13k and it didn't even last 7 months. Sidesteps were JB welded on and they covered up the already existing rust with an undercoat. Frame's rusted and bolts have to be drilled/sawed off. These people need to be shut down. Letting all of Fort Drum know to stay as far away from this place as possible.

Please read this whole postBought my car back in August. After the 30 day warranty is up I had an alternator die out. He got me a better quote than what I could have gotten anywhere else and also made it so I could have my car back the same day. Great experience and will definitely be going back with more business.Update. Today is February 2. I bout the car in august of last year. Been hearing noises come from the front end for awhile now. Finally took it to mavis and was told that the lower control arm is messed up and has been messed up for yrs. Not months but yrs. The car should never have passed inspection and if I were to try right now I would be out over $1600 + to fix what he claimed they fixed. Was told it had new breaks and rotors all around but need new breaks on the front end and new bearings on the both passenger side tires.My advice would be to take the car you are looking at and take it to a mechanic that you trust and have them look it over first.

I bought a 2013 ram for my son that is in the navy. I was told that new brakes and tires would be put on prior to picking up the truck. This was not true. They put on 2011 tires(older than the year of the truck) and messed up the tire pressure sensors. I brought it back to them to have it fixed and a week later I was told that everything was fixed. I drove it off the lot with same problems and took it to a private mechanic who informed me that the vehicle should have never passed inspection. This is bizarre because k&l had the car inspected prior to me picking it up. (Hmm how did that happen). I was quoted $2500 for the repairs. I will never buy another car from them again.

Avoid this dealership at all costs.Sold me a lemon. The truck was almost completely covered in bondo. Now after having it for over a year every thing is literally falling apart.Tail gate fell off as it was being held on by two self tap screws about 1/2 inch long. Very glad I wasn't on the high way when that happened as it could have killed someone. The frame looked like it had undercoating but it was just a thin coat of bondo/paint that is now falling off, chip by chip exposing the rusted out body underneath.The hot air/a/c stopped working correctly a week after I bought it.The cabin leaks water inside.We have almost $7000 left in paying off this lemon and I honestly don't believe it will last two ears before it won't pass inspection.

So after months of looking for a Chevy Tahoe we found one that they had just taken delivery of. Seemed perfect. So first for the good, the steroe is great and the sunroof works perfectly. Now for the not so great. First we take delivery and none of the warning lights light up when you start the car, the gear shift indicator does no light up to tell you what gear you are in and besides the speedometer the other gauges do not work correctly. There is no A/C, first there is no belt so we put a belt on, well the electric cooling fans wont turn on, currently we are hoping that replacing the relays will fix it but we are not sure. The stability control system is off and we are not sure how to turn that back on, so far we have been told it is a communication issue with the PCM, that has been off since we took possession of the car. He said he detailed the car and there is oil and stuff in the rear cup holders and the key fob for keyless entry is missing. The fact that the whole issue with the dash was missed by his mechanics and inspection people is very scary, the communication while they were trying to get the car to pass inspection then fixing stuff afterwards, if we didn't call to check to see what was going on we didn't hear from them. Luckily we are a family of mechanics or this "deal of a car" would be more than we could afford. We aren't even sure if will be able to afford all the repairs it needs. Stay away from these deals unless you can afford a few thousand dollars more in repairs. If its to good to be true its probably not true and you will end up paying for it in the end.

Zero stars for this dealer...NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL. Careful with your down payments cuz if you decided not buy the car they keep part of your money.

I only left one star because I have to in order to leave a review. I feel bad for Matt the owner. He has a bunch of yahoo's working for him at the shop in rome. Wanna-be mechanics!The one who is the supervisor down there doesn't know what the hell is going on! I've been back an forth several times after buying aa car and ITS STILL NOT FIXED!! DON'T BUY A CAR HERE!

DO NOT do business with these bums. I was looking at a vehicle and called and spoke with the same guy for 2 days gathering all the information my bank needed to finalize my loan and the guy sells it under my feet right when my bank wrote the check. Told me I never put a deposit down even though I told him I was already approved by my bank for the amount listed on the vehicle, the guy just keeps repeating you never put a deposit down . Why would I need to put a deposit down if I m working with you on purchasing it, all my bank wanted was the bill of sale written up which was requested by me, then all of a sudden it s sold. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SLEEZE BAG PUTZ, they do bad business and you will not have a good customer service experience! Untrustworthy dealer!!!!

Horrible got ripped off on a 2008 Honda Pilot $10,000 bad exhaust, alternator, rotted frame. Other problems as well. They don t care about you! They will give you a lemon guarantee. Other customers were complaining while I was leaving.I m in the process of filing a lawsuit with Supreme Court

There s super cool cars here as well as your everyday reliable car. No frills but exactly what you want, walk in and you can leave with a car. No annoying sales people or bothering you. Ask to take a test drive and it s simple and easy. I gotten a couple different cars here, one convertible for the summer and another reliable four wheel drive Volvo for the winter. Super affordable prices and the team there is fair. When I m wanting to get another car I ll definitely do a trade with them because I like their style. PS also a ridiculously cool indoor show room with some amazing cars too

Everyone at k&l auto where friendly and informative. We bought a suv from them and within less than 24hrs we took delivery. This included inspection and dmv paperwork. I love my new vehicle. Glad to find dependable and honest service . Very rare these days !Thank youk&l auto

Went to look at a camper they have on the lot, everything in the listing read as if it was good to go. I stepped into the main bedroom and almost fell right through the floor. When I asked if that was something they planned to repair I got zero response. You couldn t pay me to buy anything from this place.

Bought a vehicle here about a year ago that will NEVER pass inspection again, I don't know how it ever passed to begin with!! Riddled with rust and the frame is filled with spray foam!! Thanks for screwing me out of $8,000!!!!!!!!! A single mother on disability!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

I had an issue with my Tahoe I bought out right from them. As soon as I finally called and talked to someone they fix it and made it right. K & L kept there word just like they said! Nice and respectful employees. Very honest. I wasn't nice when I made a phone call but the employee stayed very professional and respectful even when I wasn't myself. I highly recommend them.

I paid $5500 cash for a car from here and whatever inspection station they took it to passed it with a busted shock and mount. It just hadnt started clunking yet until i put a bit of mileage on the car. It leaks oil like crazy. Not only that but the check engine light popped on a few hours after i drove it off the lot. They wouldnt fix it. That whole spiel Terry gives people about fixing the car if anything happens is just a lie to make the customer feel comfortable with the purchase. They literally did nothing to service this car before selling it to me.

Tim is the best, had answers to all my questions, very knowledgeable on all his inventory. Took time to go through all the vehicles I was looking at with me and in the end helped me pick out a car that will last a long time. Definitely will be a repeat customer when the time comes.
