Fianc� bought a 2010 jeep wrangler July 17th or 18th. About 2 weeks ago, her abs, esp bas, and traction control light came on. Now she's got no brakes at all. She called and was scared, and I ended up having to pick her up so I could drive it home. She's pregnant! So do not go here for any car needs. This place needs to go under. Liar. Cheat. Fraud. I hope anyone who wants to go here sees this and puts this place out of business. Cause this guy sells unsafe cars. For a quick buck.

So first truck had bought had a hole in the frame. Noticed after paying $7.5g and put another 5g into it in valve work and new manifolds. Put a cap on it all new tires . Traded Dominic for a car that now is knocking hard w transmission problems. My daughter missed college open house because of it. So now I have almost 15g into a car that's about to die in first 3 months and I can't afford to buy another. I'm disabled and my wife may lose her job that supports our 6 kids. You are a loser Dominic. Is that why you have a scar on your face. Merry Xmas Dominic! Most dissatisfied customer ever. Ask Dominic what he did w 10 -50 gallon barrel of used contaminated oil? Or tires?

Bought a vehicle from them. He pulled a magic trick to cover up the documents that stated that my vehicle had a salvage titled (total loss). Now my insurance is insane and the vehicle looked good for approximately 4 months before rust started to show. Check engine came on 3 days after the papers were signed. He also overcharged me for dmv fees which luckily I got back after having an investigator come after him. Worst experience buying a car ever. Do not buy from these people!

Dickie, Ricky, and the team are awesome. Ricky gets my vehicles in fast, and the service is always above and beyond. They want to make sure the vehicles are safe. And we've bought a couple of cars from Dickie, and if something was wrong he made it right. I feel like family when I walk in the door here. They are always happy to help.

If I could give a zero star rating I really would and I really wished I looked at the ratings before going to this place. The guy seemed very nice at first. Claimed to be a family man. I had been there with my 3 year old child. After explaining my situation to the man and even becoming emotional he said he could help me get into a car. He took me outside and showed me 2 beat up rusted old cars. My boyfriend and I work very good jobs and could afford anything he has on his lot. After telling him that I had not been interested in the 2 cars he dismissed my family and I and told us to get off his property. We had not be rude or said no remarks. I had been so embarrassed by this man's demeanor that I broke down crying. I warn anyone thinking of buying a car and plead not to go there. He will try to get you into a faulty car.

Not surprising that one of the few good reviews on Google is from the sales guy himself. Dominic claims to be a family man with integrity and plays the role pretty good for a little while. Be prepared for him to talk your ear off about his personal life and Trump etc... I wasted over a week getting the runaround from him on a car that I was interested only to catch him in a lie about it. He immediately tries to say he has some others on the way I might be interested in LOL. He must scam a lot of people if he thinks I'd ever give him a penny. Don't waste your time on these liars.

Personally I've never dealt with Chrystal Motors, I've always dealt with Ricky at Ricky's Tire and Auto. He does amazing work!! He is the only one I trust to work on my vehicles!!

Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.Bought an Impala recently from Crystal Motors and have had several problems with the car. I have brought it in multiple times but the shop refused to do any work on it, while I was under warranty. Ricky refused to print off any documentation for me. Dominick claimed to fix the air conditioner when I bought it, however that still doesn't work. Very unpleasant staff and I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. Total scammers. Lazy and don't want to do the work/pay for it

I bought a car from him less than two months ago, and now something is wrong with my car, hoping it s just the belt I heard! That I STATED at the time of purchancing the vehicle that I heard a squeaking noise and he claimed it was a new belt when clearly it wasn t because it broke off less than two months of having it. Not only is he now denying the fact he said there was a new belt put on but when I tried over and OVER again to get ahold of him trying to get the issue fixed before something happened he refused to talk to me, pretty much just waiting for the 30 days to be up. And yeah like everyone else is saying he says he s all nice and a family man, saying oh I have a granddaughter named Jenna , which is my name, but that was when I was trying to buy the first car, I live an hour away and set up a time and date of getting the car, and an hour before I got off work all he does is message me saying sold the car . If I had been driving on the highway when that happened I would have been a sitting deer. I m just overall disappointed in the way he avoided such a simple fix, especially when I asked about it before I handed anything over to him or signed anything. I unfortunately was SCAMMED by someone who doesn t care about others just the money he is getting. It s just a shame, and when I told him I filed a complaint against him and that I was going to write a bad review, as my right, I was told I was going to be sued? What kinda sense does that make? I m not in the wrong here he is a liar and a fraud!!

Bought a car here end of february had problems ever since all they do is wiggle things around till they work. I had to replace my main fuse box myself cuz they didn't think that was the problem. Now I have a noise in my transmission or transfer case and they don't want anything to do with it. They tell me it happens cuz it's a used car 4000 car yea thus place is a fraud!

They told me title was clean, I looked up the car fax and the vehicle had been a total loss and had structural damage and title of vehicle was washed. I asked about it they told me the vehicle had bumper damage. They couldn't tell me this I had to find out on my own. The vehicle was bought at a salvaged auction and the car fax did not show damages where fixed and the vehicles frame had not been inspected to see if it was safe. Odometer showed 162,602 on vehicle and the last report on car fax was the exact same milage 162,602. That just tells me no one even drove the vehicle to see if it was safe to drive. The vehicle is a 01 white jeep 2 door 6 cylinders with a black and gold stripe on the side that they painted. I will never do business with them again they can not be trusted

Clean jeep I bought from them, but the shop and there warranty was a joke. Called multiple times and left multiple messages and never heard back. I would suggest saving your money and buying else where. Found out my vehicle was salvaged after being told it had clean title. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE

Friendly service, I have bought all my cars there, lf I had a problem they fixed it right away did not half to weight forever and they fixed it right. I have been doing business with them for over 20 year's. There like family to me.

Brought a Ford Explorer from them,what a nightmare..Took a trip to NYC after 3 month of purchasing,transmission went out on me at a red light,got out to see what the problem was transmission fluid all over the street..STAY AWAY FROM CRYSTAL MOTORS!!!
