Came in 10/02/23 close to 745p. 2 staff, a male and female came and and changed my battery. Very friendly, very professional. Outstanding customer service by these two staff. Keep up the great work.

Very clean and the workers are very nice and helpful..I was looking for oil for my car and headlights the gentleman also showed me how to open the compartment on my headlights..sadly he wasn't able to help me install them but it was easy enough once he showed me also my car does not use the oil I thought I had to buy synthetic oil is what I needed..which I'm glad he helped me with all this...I will be returning...

2 weeks ago I purchased seat covers in Yorkville. I decided to return the seat covers but took them to my local Rome store. For some reason the seat covers didn't appear on the computer screen at my local store but i did have proof of payment for the seat covers printed on my paper receipt. Anyway the manager, Mccaskill, unapologetically told me i had to drive back to the original store to clarify the matter. I asked politely if a National company could do better and possibly call original store to rectify situation but was told no. I had to drive all the way to original store. The car seat covers showed up on the computer and i was refunded the full amount. Tbh, I was FLOORED to find out the manager who refused to help me is the areas General Manager and is in charge of BOTH stores! I hope this survey makes it over his head. Seriously sending a disabled woman on a fools mission when Mccaskill could have resolved the matter himself is shameful!!

HUUGE LIARS AND CANT FIND NOTHING . Wasted 30 minute drive each way two days in a row. Drive 30 minutes one day to be told they can t find an item in stock (1) instock and go to the other rome store on the opposite side of town. They have 2 in stock and can t find.The next day I call and have them to have it ready , another 30 minute drive each way and nothing and John who works at the BLVD store by moes was rude and said nothing he can do when Erie BLVD store said they would call and have them ready there. Wasted 2 hours of driving 40$ in gas for a 5$ plastigauge to help rebuild a motor. They don t know how to pump gas no wonder they don t know what the part is.

Went in to get a cabin filter, coolant and a roadside emergency kit before taking a trip the next morning.4 stars for service and stock availability. The service was fantastic considering they were 10 minutes from closing and the associate had no complaints while helping me out. He was very courteous.Stock on the other hand seems very low.I was able to get an air filter and coolant, but they had nothing in stock for roadside emergency kits.

Staff seem knowledgeable. Always eager to help. Pleasant greetings while walking into store. If staff does not know something specific they will check and will call competing companies to find the price for customer

Had a flat tire, had zero help or advice at all. The young kid was in and out of the store smoking and watching me struggle in the cold. Good Samaritans lended a helping hand. That God for them. I will never give this store my business again.

Great place if you know what exactly what you want. If you need advice or have kind of questions forget it. To me it seems like the people working there sometimes know less than I do. YMMV.

Only leaving one star bc zero isn t an option. Waited with some microfiber towels. A lady was helping a customer at one register. Another guy was on the phone. Hung up walked past all the registers to go talk to other employees in the back. Came back out went to a register tapped on the keyboard and walked back to the back. At which point I walked out. I ll go to Napa from now on.

My check engine light came on. I went to advance to have them pull the code for me so that I can begin the diagnostic process. I was told that they don't do that any more. Wow. They still sell parts, right? Well I wouldn't know because I went to autoZone. They pulled the code. I diagnosed the problem. Then I bought the part from AutoZone. Isn't that the way it should work? Bye bye advance.

First one in the door on a Sunday at 9am waiting in the parking lot since 815am me I'm told I have to wait for everyone else before they could check my battery and alternator. How rude and what ever happened to first come first serve. I'm just passing thru and this is how a visitor gets treated. Glad I don't live out here if this is how they do business.

Great staff, pulled in with a flat tire on a dump truck on a Saturday evening and they did everything possible to help get it fixed in the parking lot, even personal tools from one fellas vehicle that they couldn't "loan" out.
