Needed a battery jump, and C D was there within a half hour. Service guy was quick, efficient, polite, and friendly. Couldn't ask for better service. Add an extra star for reasonable rates.

CD Automotive certainly accommodating me on the date of 3/10/2023. I truly appreciate how the mechanic took the time to repair my vehicle. All personnels certainly was respectful, professional and most importantly understanding. I highly recommend that everyone seeks CD Automotive for repairs. Again thank you for your help and consideration.

Worse service. Took my car for a inspection. ( nothing was wrong woth my car before i took it there) I passed the inspection. Took my car home i notice steering wheel was making a weird sound when turning and controls buttons weren't working. Went back and explain to the owner what was going on. He first got annoyed and say well you can't blame for for it. I said i wasn't blaming anyone all i was saying was that the car was making a weird sound when tuning steering wheel. He looked at the car and said well i think is the battery from the key. Ok. No problem i changed the battery. Still car making weird noise, now there's a malfunction light on my dash board. I called and explained everything agin to owner and his response was well an inspection is not going to do that. ( i understand but my car was not like that when i took it there) if the car passed inspection obviously nothing was wrong with it. He said well nothing i can't do. And we can't be blame for it. I wasn't blaming anyone all i wasntrying to explain and tell him was to please take a look at the ca. He said not my fault go elsewhere and i know what you're trying to do. Not my problem.This person is not great with customers and doesn't take responsibility for something that was obviously done there. Never again will go there. So unprofessional and disrespectful.

I've brought my cars to C&D for years because I get straight talk and never feel as though they have done any work that didn't need to be done. I know enough about cars to have fairly decent judgement in this area. I am happy to see that they've added extra safety measures for COVID Control as well. Thank you C&D for demonstrating your concern for your customer's well being!

Chris and Rosario are awesome. They actually care about the customers which is hard to find these days. They are honest, thorough with great prices. Everyone from the office personnel to mechanics are top notch! You want it done right the first time go to CD Automotive.

I have been using C D Automotive for over 20 years. I've seen this company grow from a hole in the wall location to one of the top towing and auto repair shops in Suffolk County. Chris , Ken and Brad treat me like family. The service is excellent and the price is affordable.

MY Toyota SUV broke down on Sunrise Hwy. on my way to Watermill , NY on June 2, 2016. AAA towed my SUV to CD Automotive repair Shop in rocky point, NY.They determined my radiator needed to be replaced. I arrived at approximately 3:00 pm. The shop owner had the upper, and lower hoses, and a new radiator installed the same day so i could return home to Malone, NY .What was amazing to experience was the professional service and VIP treatment from this shop for a complete stranger. The only thing i had going for me was that i was a member of AAA. At first I was informed that repairs could not be done until the following day.However after i explained that i was only on long island for the memorial day weekend to see my Mom, and family; and had to get back home that night. Chris, the owner made magic in my life. I needed my SUV in tip top shape, and he made in happen immediately.The shop closed at 5:00 pm on June 2, 2016, The shop owner stayed open until six pm for repairs to SUV to be completed.My SUV performed beautifully for the seven and a half hour drive to my home in upstate NY.

Now i know every mechanic has probably gotten a bad rap from at least one customer, but i've had enough. I spend my hard earned money to get my car fixed and all i heard from these people were complaints about getting the work done or how a previous accident made it impossible to fix but then magically they could fix it. Here i am less than a month later after having my radiator replaced by these people and i have coolant leaks and temperature issues everywhere. Would not recommend, there are plenty of other mechanics in town, take a toss at one of those

C&D Automotive does it for me yet again. Always reliable, fair and great work. I rely on my trucks running and operating perfectly for my business and C&D is the only place I'll take my vehicles. Thanks again guys!

It was absolutely terrible I was involved in a hit-and-run they took my vehicle illegally no consent was given they charged me $400 for one day to keep my car in there I would never go to this place for even a tuneup on your car there a bunch of monkeys

Knowledgeable, honest, prompt, professional and fair. These are my go to people for my truck fleet for years. Both for standard maintenance, repairs and emergencies.
