I have just purchase a new vehicle with Sam. I must say he was extremely knowledgeable, respectful, honest and was really helpful getting me in the right vehicle. The experience was fabulous and I can recommend for anyone that s looking to get a vehicle from Karp should check in with Sam. Sam delivers an outstanding service and he will accommodate to your needs. Looking for the right dealer, the right car, the right team. Karp will take care of you as you should be taken care of. True definition of a team as Sam help me 100% and still Mike and Jonathan were extremely helpful.

Hands down best dealer I've delt with!!! Honest, kind, and made the whole thing go so smooth!! I will honestly never go anywhere else!! From the sales man Sarib to the finance manager to the girl from the dmv they went above and beyond to make things perfect!! And also gave me the most beautiful car!! They ended my stressful car journey!!

Overall I had a great customer service experience. Everyone I dealt with was straight forward and honest which is what I appreciated and helped me to get the car I really wanted. The Sales rep Jhonatan Rubio was so thorough and helpful when He was helping me with the car and I really appreciate it. Very thorough and went over every final detail of the car and the financial arrangements with me and making everything clear and transparent and answered all the questions I had. Ask for Jonathan anytime you visit This dealership. Now I know where my family and I need to go when we are in need of a Vehicle.

Purchased a Vehicle from a distance from KARP and I have nothing but positive things to say about my salesman Sam Salfiti. Great communication and response to questions. Did a walk around video of the vehicle for me and even picked me up from the train station. Top notch service and knowledge. Transaction was smooth and they had me in and out of there in 45 minutes and back on the road home with my daughter s new vehicle .

Yesterday I went to pick up my car after it was done getting serviced. Mr. Kyle was more than great very knowledgeable and very honest 10/10. Let me tell you they made sure I was happy with their work, Mr. Dominick one of the mechanics came with me for a ride and the car was feeling brand new like when I just bought it!!! Way more than happy with everything and looking forward for refinancing or choosing a new vehicle since KARP Family does an outstanding work on really helping their costumers. Mrs. Lauren was very nice at the office as well. Mr. Elias very hard working and attentive person ready to help as well! KARP is top dealership in Long Island.

I have always hated car shopping. The pushiness, the games...the hours and hours of negotiations. Karp and Craig Graber changed that all for me. A very pleasant experience! We were shopping for a used first car for my daughter and he made it so easy. He was patient and kind and most importantly he listened. We walked out with a great car and are happy customers. Highly recommend!!

Craig Graber was a pleasure to deal with. We had been to two other Buick dealerships before going to Karp though they didn't seem to care if we leased a car from them or not. Craig and the staff at Karp Buick however really made my husband and I feel like valued customers and that they wanted our business. They really made an effort to work with us and we appreciated that very much.

I leased a 2018 Buick encore from Karp and had a wonderful car. They gave me two free oil changes. Everything went great except I wanted to tell you about the service dept manager who left a real bad taste in my mouth. The plastic piece on the driver's side the control panel cover broke off. I brought it into Karp since at this point I had respect for the organization. He told me it was $900 dollars. I said what are you talking about its a plastic piece. He informed me it was a long job and the piece is expensive. I told him I would look else where to get it done. I went to my mechanic he told me to go to a chevy dealer since it was a GM and they could get me the part and he would put it in for me. All said and done it cost $90 to fix in less than a half hour. I liked Karp up until them and will never go there again or recommend them. Just for the record I leased another Encore this year from a different dealer.

I purchased a beautiful Volvo S60 from Sam Salfiti yesterday. The experience was wonderful from beginning to end. He s kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and no hard cell. I recommend him highly to anybody who wants to buy a Volvo or Buick. Top notch!

I went to Karp Volvo to purchase a pre loved Volvo but I ended up at Karp Buick and purchased a Mercedes. Sarib advised the Volvo s come in and they go right back out. I asked about the Mercedes and he provided the details and asked if I wanted a test drive. I did and I told him I would be back. No pressure from him just answers to all my questions. I called and left a message and my call was returned. The buying process was smooth and the finance team was honest. (Nice). Thank you Sarib and Karp for another smooth and pleasant car buying experience.

Sam Salfiti is THE MAN! I sent an electronic request for information on a pre owned 2020 Buick Envision and he responded promptly and answered all of my questions.Later that day I visited the dealership, test drove the car, and made a deal.Sam was the key influence in getting me a promotional interest rate under a certified program and making sure that the car was perfect.Assistant general manager and F/I staff were also great. Super clean store it s no wonder why they ve been in business so long.

I had the best experience with Sam S., Michael and Jonathan. We just purchased a certified pre owned Kia and did a trade in. They went above and beyond our expectations, they were all very patient with us and really gave us the best deal on the market. They took time to explain everything and kept in touch if we had any issues or questions with the car. Really quality excellent service.

If you re looking for a professional sales person to take care of your needs in and out Jhonatan Rubio is the guy from greeting to me driving the car off the lot Jhonatan was there for every step. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I ended up buying the Buick Envista and I am very happy with my purchase. I Will definitely recommend my friends and family to go see him. Routine warranty service was ok. I had an issue with a repair reimbursement brought to my attention by GM. Karp was no help even though I supplied proper documentation and GM said this was the best route to take..

Auto sale experience at KARP Buick location: satisfactory to unsatisfactory! Was able to process the sale of my car with no issues but when it came to receiving the payment/check, had to wait a few days, and when the check was received/deposited it was bounced back by the bank! Had to spend unnecessary time and effort to get the matter resolved with KARP, and I was fortunate that in the interim my personal account was not impacted for lack of funds.

Got my Buick recently & I dread going to dealers BUT Jhonatan Rubio helped me and made the process super smooth. From showing me the vehicle, allowing me to test drive more than one car to make the right choice into the finance. Took a couple of hours but it felt very short because I was constantly doing something with my sales rep RUBIO! Make sure you ask for him if you decide to visit !!!!

Everyone was very helpful. Ms Darlene was so nice and she keep me informed of everything that was going on with my car. The parts came in sooner than they said and she let me know and when it was ready she call and told me everything that I needed to know because she was not going to be there the next day.

Had a very good experience buying a certified Volvo from Karp. Price was very competitive, best in the tristate area. Sam Salfiti was our salesman and was very attentive, polite and sincere. Bruce handled all the finances and paperwork very quickly and efficiently. So far so good with the vehicle and i would definitely recommend Sam and the rest of the team at Karp.

Inquired via phone about a pre-owned vehicle I saw on line. Was fortunate enough to get Craig on the line who remembered our family from a previous transaction a few years ago.
