Yea ima till waiting on a call back on a part that I called about two years ago. Don t recommend this place. Very trashed and very poor service

I went here 3 years ago for a subframe had to come back 3 years later for another subframe for a different vehicle they didn't have it but they shipped it in from a place down in Pennsylvania it only cost me $50 as a deposit and they kept it for a month and a half and they called me to make sure I was still going to get it and make sure I'm still able to and honestly the lady who answers the phone is wonderful and the guy even helped me put the subframe in the back of my car.

Jayne was very friendly and amiable. I was looking for a specific part and she used the database available to see if she had the part available. Unfortunately, she came up empty on her database. However, she opted to take my name and number to notify me if her network of contacts happen to come across what I was looking for!!! Kudos to her going above and beyond to help out a possible customer in need!!! Thanks Jayne!!!

Staff was wonderful but their inventory was not up to date. Good prices on parts as far as I can tell

Darlene is very knowledgeable of parts and how to get them if not available at this time. Goes above and beyond to help out. Prices are within reason compared to other used car places.

I show up and the gate is closed. I call the number on the sign, that number doesn t exist anymore so I called the new number, voicemail box is too full so I m calling again and no answer. It says on Google that they re open till five and not a soul around. I m not surprised they can t sell any of the junk on their lot since they don t really work either haha

Unimpressed with the lack of communication. When ever they say they will call me back, I move on. Out of 6 years of trying to deal with this place if only ever gotten one call back.

Nothing is done on time if at all. Waited over a week just to get the car picked up not counting time in their shop. Save the headache and go elsewhere
