I had a small dent and some scratches on my car, my brother told me to take it to them and they did a fantastic job. It looks as if there was never a dent or scratches there. And they were pleasant, professional, fast and very reasonable with their prices. Thank you Nichols Brothers, I ll recommend you all any day

I paid an extra $400 in addition to the insurance money to have the car buffed out on the door scratches. After the wax was washed off in the carwash ALL the scratches that were to be buffed out reappeared. I stupidly took his word for work that was to be done WITHOUT it being written up. Needless to say so much for neighborhood businesses!! Being without my vehicle takes monies outOf my pocket. Cant afford another day without my vehicle. NuLook here i come from now on!!! Just a warning to future customers of the business! GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING!!!!!

so these days you have online reviews to help others when shopping around .. this company is not the only company to show there true colors but i will take the time to tell you how they wasted $75 of my dollars for a tow and a days work ... i took off work to have my car towed here after they were refered to me ...when i spoke to john the 1st thing he wanted to know was what insurance company i had ... when i told him i was paying out of pocket he was NOT interested in the job any longer so i wasted a day of work and 75 towing my vehicle there ..funny thing is the insurance company had already given me the funds for the collision i was willing to give it all up for the said work .. IN THE 6K RANGE .....but soon as i told him i was paying for it he figured he couldnt break my neck and arm so he passed on the job .. eat a dough nut john ... they are located right in the heart of rochester too.... i will remember that next time they riot
