Thank you for making the process so smooth! I can honestly say Riverhead Toyota turned things around from some previous bad experiences. We went to ALL the Toyota dealerships on the Island before finally deciding to buy here. YES, ALL because we were looking for a specific vehicle and trim and they had it. BUT For the record: This a real and honest review because I am really pleased with the good vibes there; so I was compelled to write this to help others. It has been really tough finding a dealer who is NOT just trying to pressure you into something you don't want or some crazy numbers. Russell, thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts; You really made sure everything worked out great! Your honesty and transparency with us from the beginning is truly appreciated. Russell, (our salesperson) really went the extra mile and treated us like great friends. It is a bonus that he is really funny too! Great guy. He took all our doubts away, answered all our questions, kept in touch with us making sure everything ran smoothly till delivery date. The final steps at signing was a breeze too. The ladies in the office are really nice and straightforward, making the process as painless as possible. Lol. Ask for Russell, he will treat you like a great friend all the way to the end. Don't forget to grab a coffee or a tea while you're there too. Thanks again, Russell, this 2024 Corolla Cross XSE is a sexy beast. 10 out of 10 recommend going the extra mile to Riverhead Toyota! Will be back for future purchases.

Last week I brought my car in for its normal 105,000 miles maintenance. While there, I was told the front end received some damage while in the bay.No need for a lot of details except to say that no one was hurt. Before I even knew what had happened the person helping me (Ed) had arranged for a loaner while mine was repaired. There was no angst and really no delay as well. It simply could not have been handled better.I picked up my car today. All good.I m most appreciative of the care shown me regarding this.Anthony Pasquale

Dan Gladd was outstanding. His patience and understanding of our needs, and only showing us vehicles that truly addressed our needs made this the best car buying experience we ever had. Never once did he push his agenda. We were confident and felt we got a good quality deal, which is not the norm after the typical car buying experience. Highly recommend Dan and Riverhead Toyota

I visited this auto shop a little bit ago, and the sales agent gave me one of the best quotes, very descriptive and polite. I tend to agree with old souls , my reason, they have more experience than I do in their job. Up to today, I still have his quote paper, it s just a funny story, he was right I did not had any luck on purchasing that automobile that day, yet, I am sure tomorrow I will. I hope, everything keeps being the same in that dealership, they are all so amazing and well deserving to be the closest Toyota dealership to the Hamptons, the most beautiful beach houses and luxurious places to stay in the entire world. Yet, a home isn t worth the price without a single thing, security for the buyers. Just common sense I guess, thanks Russell, I told you I wasn t gonna forget about your name.

I recently brought in my 2015 Highlander for scheduled maintenance. The staff at Riverhead Toyota was informative and knowledgeable. They took the time to keep me informed and were clear about the options available to me. Though I needed all four tires replaced, along with the pressure sensors, I was aware of the possibility because they had anticipated the need at my previous appointment. They also automatically deducted by reward points money to reduce the bill. This is great customer service. Match this with a comfortable and clean waiting area made my multi-hour stay less of a challenge. Thank you, Toyota Service Team.

When I walked in I was greeted by Becca she was very nice and pointed me in the right direction. Paul my salesman was great, walked me through all the features of the truck I was interested with no pushy sales tactics. Matt in finance was straight forward and honest with great advice. Arlene wrapped everything up and was detailed in everything she explained. The whole team at Riverhead Toyota was great.

Got there for oil change, showed me that when I drove in my wheels weren't aligned, hit me with alignment charge , because already paid for yearly "free" oil changes, wait was 2 hours, expecting to only be there 1 hour. Chairs comfortable but dirty. Staff pleasant

Nick, my service rep, took a personal interest in my concerns. It was a well organized and professional experience. All my needs were taken care of in a timely manner. I was so impressed with the dealership that I now gave them my second vehicle a Lexis to do maintenance and service.

Can t say enough good things about this place! My experience with Dan was the light at the end of a very exhausting tunnel. He was informative, supportive and I never felt pressured to make a decision. Would definitely make the trip (1.5hr for me) again next time around!

I have bought and leased cars at Riverhead Toyota. I also service my vehicles at the dealer. I have always been met with courtesy and kind consideration. And the service is excellent. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. Most recently I got a new lease and it was process was easy, all my questions answered before signing. Thank you.

So glad that we went to Riverhead Toyota. From the moment my wife and I walked in, we felt welcomed. We got a team member to assist us right away and Paul was great dealing with our questions and going over our options. We quickly test drove two vehicles and decided to go with a Rav4 prime. Do not regret it. We love it! The decision process was harder than the paperwork, everything was straight forward and well explained.Would definitely recommend going to Riverhead Toyota! Thanks again for everything, Paul!

Everyone is super helpful and friendly. My family has bought 2 cars here and we have been so happy with them. The service department is also great - really nice folks and there is a waiting room with tables and wifi so I always bring my laptop and get work done while waiting.

I've been a customer with Riverhead Toyota, for atleast 7 yrs, I've had 3 vehicles serviced in that time. Their service team is incredible, my go to service Representatives are Nicole as of the last couple of years, she's incredible, as well as Eddie if Nicole isn't available. Eddie is top notch as well. If your looking for a sales men that keeps a great relationship with you from the time of your purchase until your very last car payment ask for Ali......he is the best. Tell them Jackson sent you, I wouldn't steer you wrong!!!

People were great, easy to make a reservation which I had. However as a waiter over 2 1/4 hours is way too long to wait for a simple service ( oil change, tire rotation , etc.) in addition to 1 hour plus drive to the service ctr.

Our Prius Prime had gone dead after 3 days covered in snow. We get it running and drove to Toyota of Riverhead . Without an appointment spoke to the service representative who squeezed us in and looked over the car.They charged the 12 Volt battery, changed the oil, and determined the car was fit for us to drive and take home. Gave me peace of mind since the Prius is my wife s car and knowing now she wouldn t get stuck on the road. Real peace of mind is worth everything and your reps got us up and running on short notice giving us the confidence that the car would be reliable.Thanks

I had an excellent experience purchasing from out of state. The process was super simple and smooth. Paul Kohn was excellent and took care of everything quickly. I bought the car from the comfort of my home on a Wednesday, and next Thursday I had it on my doorstep. I also paid MSRP for it, when most dealerships are charging markups. Very much recommended!

Riverhead Toyota serviced my 2014 4Runner on FR, 03/08. They are a wonderful dealership. The mechanics are top notch and the greeters and liaisons that keep the customers up to date on their service are polite, respectful and friendly.

Appointments easy to make, begin on time, staff friendly and efficient, tech. coordinator always updates you if the maintenance is running longer than expected, and they always explain and get approval for any extra maintenance that may be needed.

Toyota of Riverhead is a wonderful car dealership. Everybody is very attentive to your needs and very professional at every level. We have our car serviced there whenever it is necessary and now we are leasing a new car from this dealership. I have been a loyal customer for six years since I bought my Toyota Prius at the Riverhead Toyota dealership. I was very disappointed the amount of time it took for only an oil change. I was the second car online and it took an hour and a half before they finish my car. What makes me more disappointed is I thought I saw my car finished and parked, however, there are so many cars that look like mine I wasn t sure. When the service rep brought me out to my car, I couldn t believe that. I had been looking at my car for at least 20 minutes before they came and got me. I waited an extra 20 minutes after my car was finished to pay my bill, this is totally unacceptable to me.

Pleasure to do business with Riverhead Toyota. There was no pressure, the whole buying process was straightforward and simple. The entire staff was very pleasant, especially Jay Scholl, our sales representative. We purchase a new Corolla every two years and our first stop will be Riverhead. We live in Nassau County but we dislike most of the dealerships in our immediate area. The last 6 Corollas we purchased were in Suffolk. Frances and Lenny Macaluso.
