One of the cleanest and comfortable dealers I ever visited. Staff was friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and helpful. I expected long, long waiting time for repair, however to my surprise I immediately entered the garage and repair was done in less than 1 hour. I also needed a part ordered and it was delivered and installed the very next day.Great service. Highly recommended.

As always Donna & Jerry are amazing! Donna helped me with my service and as usual she was welcoming, friendly and helpful. Jerry who was also there but with other customers made a point to say hello and was also friendly and welcoming. Great staff great service as I always get when I go there. Always a pleasure going in. And I also want to point out the man that helped me when I first pulled my car in was also super friendly and welcoming and also made my 6 year old who was with me smile! I didn t have to wait long and everything went great. I love the team at Riverhead Nissan!

Salesman Frank was extremely helpful and made sure I left with what I was looking for. Also never felt like he was just trying to close a sale , he was really trying to give the best advice for me moving forward. Less stars though because I waited almost for almost 2 hours after I agreed to buy the car (plus without being given a final monthly payment, which I asked for multiple times) before I was able to sit with the finance person, who then sped through everything in 10minutes

I ve worked At multiple dealers in the past. For last 12 years I ve been out of the business so things have changed but I ve bought cars since and have had horrible experiences. I went in looking for an Armada for our growing family and I had, literally, the best experience ever. Joe was easy going and kept things simple. Not till after the deal was done did I mention my past and we ended up knowing many people in common but by that time it didn t matter. I got a fair trade in value. The price was fair on Used car. Got the extended warranty for a fair price. I really have no complaints. From the time I arrived to the time I left the building with my new used truck was less than 2 hours! I will always look at the dealer first for vehicles when I m in the market. I really still am shocked that it was so easy. When I worked in the dealers previously and had family come it would take 4-6 hours. Truly impressed and will be back!

I have purchased nine brand new vehicles from Riverhead Hyundai, and one brand new 2023 Nissan frontier from Nissan. I have always dealt with Mark he s always taken care of me and my family. I m the kind of person that stays with one place as long as I m treated right and I always leave happy. I will continue to be a customer there as long as I get to deal with Mark. All I can say is I recommend going in there and talking to Mark the salesman you always be treated kindly and fairly with everybody at the dealership.

Salesmen was friendly. Wasn t thrilled with the difference between advertised internet price and actual cash price, but what can you do. The truck is beautiful, and I love it. Process went smooth and went in at 9am drove home by 1230pm. I would recommend dealing with this dealer going forward.

Just bought a Nissan Rogue fromRiverhead Hyundai Nissan and the service received was amazing! The manager Tom Maiorini was honestly one the best car dealership managers I have ever encountered! The sales guy Jacob was great he explained and showed us everything in the car and Kyle in finance was fantastic and got us a great deal ! I highly recommend this dealership as one of your first stops if you are looking for a Hyundai or Nissan!

Donna assisted me with my 19 Sentra. She really went overboard to get my work order under warranty. The mechanic was great and the job was completed before the allocated time. I hope management is reading this. You have wonderful employees and I hope you know this. Thank you Nissan.

When I first was told that I was going have to go to Nissan I really didn't want to because I didn't know anyone there but no local shops could figure out what was wrong. So I had to make the jump.Well Donna put my fears to rest. She was knowledgeable and her communication was excellent! I didn't have to worry that I was going to have a huge bill at the end that I didn't know about. She took me step by step so I knew what to expect. Was it expensive? Yes but well worth it!! And what isn't expensive now a days. I got my truck back within 2 days! And I wasn't even without a car because they have cars right there to rent for a decent price. The mechanics I dealt were also knowledgeable and friendly. I was very happy at Nissan in Riverhead

I came in for an airbag recall on my 2006 Nissan Xtrea. The team was welcoming and kind. Donna was extremely helpful in setting me up with Frank who was very informative and patient with my gazillion questions about possibly leasing a newer Nissan. He was truthful and gave me great advice on what I should be working on in the upcoming months. I plan to return when I am ready to upgrade my car. I feel confident that this location in particular will take care of my needs and give me the best deal.

Great service from Donna. She was very informative and answered all my financial questions and gave me a future breakdown of what my car will require. My car was taken care of very well and the workers were all so nice and fast and efficient. This place is quiet and cozy and very professional. Go here you won t regret it ! I m glad I made the change to come here. Thank you Riverhead Nissan you guys are amazing.

We pulled into the service dept. and went to the service desk. This visit was for a recall on our 2012 Xterra. We were told to go back out and go to the next door to check in when one if your employees almost knocked me down to yell at my husband because he walked into the wrong door. I immediately got very upset as we have never been to your dealership in Riverhead prior to this. This employee was absolutely out of line and very disrespectful. I told him he was being rude and he continued to argue that he was not rude at all. I will not be returning to your dealership again and doubt that I will purchase a Nissan again as this left a very sour taste in my mouth!! If your service department employees are responsible for greeting their customers they should be trained in proper etiquette. I am appalled at how rudely we were treated!!!

We had a problem with the rear lift door. It would not open. The Riverhead service team diagnosed and fixed the door to our great satisfaction. Whatever the issue, their service department is always there for us with a solution. They are friendly and competent.Wouldn't take our cars anywhere else.Sandy & Jack Zamek

The place was great! i love Ed he was very helpful and made me smile and laugh throughout the whole time. Tyler is a great finance guy who was very easy to work which is rare nowadays with these people just trying to add on extra fees. This dealership is amazing and would definitely buy again and recommend someone else to buy from here.

Been dealing with Nissan service in Riverhead for 20 years with four different cars. I have never had a problem they didn't solve. The service personnel are courteous and very helpful. I will be a Nissan customer as long as I am a driver

Was taken right away and greeted with extreme professionalism and kindness by William. He made sure everything was taken care of, and made sure as well as the other employees that worked the service area that morning that everything was fixed and safe to drive of before I left.. not to mention a great vacuum job on my floor mats.. will def. First off I want to start by saying the only reason Nissan Riverhead Service Dept. is receiving a star is because of Donna who is the service advisor there. She deserves 5 stars with her professionalism and excellent customer service. Unfortunately the same can t be said for the manager Ken. I went there for my oil change, upon arrival as I have always done I pulled into the service bay. There was a vehicle ahead of me so I waited to be helped. Next thing you know I hear a loud noise, I look around and see that the service door came down on the roof of my car. The dude lifts the door up and tells me to back up, which I did and the door ended up stuck temporarily. Nobody got hurt and it was an honest mistake, but the door left a dent across the roof which Tbh I wasn t upset about I just didn t want to be responsible for it when I return the car after my lease is up. It s technically Nissan car so if they are ok with it and it s documented don t matter to me. I go inside speak with Donna about the situation and ask her to document the incident. She is very apologetic, says they have a dent guy who can take out the dent no problem. Ok, that works for me I just don t want to be responsible for any damage later on that s all I am concerned about. After that it caused a domino effect, now the dude working the bay he s annoyed calling me back to explain the situation to his boss because he not trying to be blamed for anything. I go back he explains his situation about how he was helping a customer didn t see my car and the door came down on the roof. I then say my story just as I explained before and say I don t want to be responsible for anything. Ken the manager then says with a nasty attitude how are you not responsible , you pulled into the bay when the door was coming down . I said nah definitely not I was waiting there for a minute while he was helping out the customer ahead of me like he said. Then I said to ken let me ask you who pressed the button for the door to come down. Ken had nothing to say to that, but proceeded to tell me make myself real comfortable and yelled at the worker to get my car out of here. I wasn t even mad at the dude working the service bay or wanted to bring any heat to him. But we know when you return your car after a lease the company charges you for every little thing. I kind of felt bad because it seemed like Ken was a real piece of work. After that I m now pissed and feeling like f*** this guy and Nissan. Once again thank god for Donna she came and apologized for this happening, told me not to worry. She even added a few extra free oil changes to my account. Ken needs some refresher on customer service training maybe Donna can help him out. Sometimes people get in these positions and think they can speak however they want to anybody with no repercussions not even realizing that one bad experience can tarnish the reputation of an establishment. Also they assume they ll always have business because America runs on cars, but why would I want to do business with you after that. But what do I know, the car was fixed thankfully. But somebody need to get ken some milk.
