I have leased 2 Ford Edges in the past few years. My salesman Ed Martin was very informative about all the features of my new vehicle. I have always had an easy time scheduling my oil changes and have had nothing but good experiences with the sales department and service department. I highly recommend Riverhead Ford for any new or used car sales.

I recently purchased a 2024 Super Duty truck from Ford Riverhead with the assistance of Ed Martin, and I couldn't be happier. Went to Riverhead Ford in search of my first pick up truck. Wanted a truck with 4wd for the winter and to do errands around town. Worked with Ed Martin and he got me exactly what I was in search of. Purchased the Ford Ranger and very happy. Thanks so much Ed and the service department as well. They have been great too

Riverhead Ford and Ford trucks never disappoint. Have bought 2 trucks there and have loved the experience. Both salespeople we worked with were extremely friendly, patient and helpful. Both provided good information and were not pushy at all. They make the buying experience pleasant. As long as Ford keeps making great products, we ll be shopping at Riverhead Ford.

I really was worried about having to car shop in todays world but when i was met by Tom Edge at Riverhead Ford all my worries went away. From start to finish Tom was informative, honest and supportive. He is so knowledgeable is all products FORD he truly represents the company in a wonderful way. Safe to say if they ever get me out of my bright yellow baby i'll certainly be back to see Tom and i won't ever stray from FORD. If anyone is looking to car shop and is worried about the hassling and price gauging skip every other dealership and head to Riverhead Ford to meet with Tom! If your looking for reviews on the Bronco I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE mine.

I have been to a lot of dealerships and I have to say I had the best experience at this one. I was in a really bad situation with my car so I contacted the dealership and I was connected with Lou. Lou took such great care of my situation and made the process so smooth and easy! He was so patient and went above and beyond for me and my partner and I cannot thank him enough for doing all of the work behind the scenes to get me a brand new 2024 Ford Bronco that I am in love with. Thank you, Lou!!!!! I would 100% recommend Ford Riverhead if you're looking to purchase a car; they are such a great group of people that really care about what they do.

Bought a new 2023 Ford Transit 350 high roof extended van. Louis Ambrosio was the salesperson.I have bought a lot of new vehicles from different dealerships and I have never had such a wonderful experience as with Riverhead Ford. Mr. Ambrosio was very knowledgeable about the vehicle he was selling me. Took his time to answer all my questions didn t rush the sale or use any high pressure sales tactics. Followed thru on everything from the sale to the delivery. Upon handing me the keys he showed me and explained all the features of the vehicle and made sure I understood everything. Never rushed like some sales people do at other dealerships. The rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly too; unlike, some dealerships that nobody wants to help you because they re not your salesperson. They all work as a team to make sure you re satisfied.Their service department is very accommodating too which is very important. I will definitely buy more vehicles from Riverhead Ford

Karen Tangredi made the process of buying a Transit passenger van completely pleasant from beginning to end. First, everything she said was completely true. That total honesty made me feel respected and let me be a partner with Karen. Second, Karen is an outstanding communicator. She kept in touch with me, was extremely easy to reach, and I always felt in the loop as to what was going on. Third, she is transparent. She made it easy to follow what was going on with Ford (was a custom order) and gave me access to the tracking tools. Four, the closing day was fantastic. I felt no pressure and the Riverhead Ford team got everything done perfectly in a short period of time. I am absolutely going to work with Karen and the Riverhead Ford team on all my future purchases.

I just leased my second explorer. Both times the experience has been smooth and painless thanks to Bill Seydel.Every email, text message and, phone call was promptly answered. He doesn't pressure you so that he can make a sale. I don't like pushy salesmen. He's patient and went over every option with me to get me what I was looking for. I will continue to use Riverhead Ford because of Bill. Dealerships are every where. It's the Salesmen that make the dealership special. Thank you Riverhead Ford and a very big thank you to Bill!

Purchasing a new vehicle is stressful and exciting at the same time. I was told by a friend that Riverhead Ford was a great place to check out. My friend was correct and my time purchasing a vehicle was as exciting and as fun as it possibly could've been. Everyone at Ford is super friendly, easy going, and honest. They aren't your typical salespeople trying to sell you something. Bill showed me around the vehicles and than assisted me through my purchase. He is very easy going and friendly. He is also knowledgeable. It was obvious to me that he doesn't hate going to work everyday and has a great intent; which is to help people, make a friend, and have fun. I love my new truck!

I just leased my second SUV with Bill at Riverhead Ford and it was a great experience both times. It was an open and honest experience without any of the painful back and forth some other places put you through. Bill worked with us for a long time since our vehicle had to be ordered and built, and he kept us informed every step of the way. We will continue shopping here for a long time.

Amazing dealership! Our salesperson Bill made everything as easy as possible. When it came time to pick up the vehicle, Bill walked me through each feature, helped pair my phone and setup my Ford Pass app. Everyone in the dealership was friendly and the customer service was top-notch. Nothing but positive things to say about this experience! I will definitely be purchasing here again!

I would confidently recommend Bill Seydel for those interested in purchasing a Ford vehicle. We did our due diligence by comparing several dealerships and sales representatives. Ultimately, we decided on giving our business to Bill. He was attentive, honest, and kept the exchange pleasant and comfortable from beginning to end. We were so pleased that when it was time to purchase another vehicle, we immediately went directly to Bill and ended up purchasing another Ford truck within 12 months from our first purchase. As I stand inside of their building essentially stranded because they said that they had fixed the transmission issue in my Explorer. They had the car for plenty of time and said it needed to have the computer replaced. After calling a few times to get update, they said they had completed the work and needed to test drive. Absolutely makes sense. Call back a few days later for an update and they said that they haven t been able to get to it but it should be ready soon. Receive call later that day to say it was ready to go. I couldn t get there that day so I went the following business day to pick up and unfortunately for me was late in the day just before closing. Got the car and drove away. Immediately I could tell that the issue was not fixed and in fact was worse than when I brought it in. I went back to dealership and service was closed. I asked if they could give me a courtesy vehicle to which the people in sales said they could not, they did offer to give me a ride home but that s really not the point. So at this point either they didn t fix what they said they did or there is another issue that they clearly didn t pick up on because it is obvious nobody test drove. If I could give negative stars I would. No communication, no meaningful help and just poor customer service overall.

We had the best car buying experience this last weekend when we walked into Riverhead Ford just to ask a few questions. Bill Seydel help us. He was very knowledgeable about the car we were interested in. He knew his stuff. Plus the deal Ford was giving made it almost impossible to walk away. After the sale when we picked up the car, he spent as much time as we needed in going over all the cars features. I give Riverhead Ford zero stars. Here is my complaint, made a service appointment 3 weeks earlier, drop my f150 off at 8am as instructed it is now 2:00 and truck is still in the same spot i parked it. Go in to speak to service advisor and he states they have been backed up for 2 years and they can t tell me if my recalls will be done today. I requested to speak to GM (Tom) he confirmed that they are backed up and his service people should have communicated better with me! Meanwhile I m out $70.00 for Uber rides, first new vehicle I purchased at Riverhead Ford and definitely the last, I m going back to Otis Ford !

Purchased a used truck here. I walked in on a Tuesday and Ian showed me around the truck. I pointed out a few flaws and he assured me it would all be fixed. The next day we figured out a price. Thursday I picked up the truck and they had all the issues fixed and it was completely detailed. I've purchased four different vehicles from dealerships and it's always a headache, sometimes your there for hours or you just have awful salesman, not in this case. All of the staff here were friendly and it made for a quick and easy experience.

I have bought 2 cars at Riverhead Ford from Chris Olphie. They always have a great selection of cars and Chris was there to make the whole purchase seemless! I have sent family and friends to Chris multiple times and everyone has had a great experience! I live in PA now, but I will be buying my next car from Chris!
