Brought in my Jeep for an oil change and tire rotation as part of the Jeep Wave program. I also brought my vehicle in to have an interior piece written up and brought back in the future for mending. The parts and service department are top notch here are warm, friendly and experienced answering all my questions and offering proper guidance. Before I can do a full walk around the lot my Jeeps oil was changed, tired rotated and best of all they had the part in stock and already had it replaced for me. They are wonderful and have my complete customer satisfaction.

My second time going to this dealership for an issue with my Jeep. The only thing I can figure out is that they do not have real mechanics on staff, or maybe they have a very limited amount. I brought my Jeep to a mechanic for an issue that is actually widespread over a few years, he advised that I should bring my Jeep to a Jeep dealership because they may have advanced computers or more likely, they have encountered the issue before. I called and explained that my check engine light was not on and there was no computer warning of any sort. They said nothing probably because I had a recall and they could accomplish that, but that is all. Same service person as last time, I explained the issue and was told in a condescending, obnoxious tone that" IT COSTS $225 TO LIFT THE HOOD, AND NO GUARANTEES." Okay, I decided that I would go back to my office and find a mechanic that may be able todo their job, which is to take a look, use their experience, and diagnose or not and issue. Last time I was asked to come to this dealership, they told me that if there is no check engine light, there is nothing they can do. That's fine, but don't call yourself service, just don't even bother to have anyone come there if they have an actual issue. I went back to the mechanic who recommended that I take my Jeep there and he just laughed, felt bad that he even recommended that. Not anymore!! Good luck in your new home, at least 7 people in my office will be skipping your dealership for the future. $225 is not unreasonable if you have actual service, but it has to at least be for something instead of lifting a hood. A dealership is only as good as their service, once again, I have to go west to get a Jeep when the time comes.

The staff in the parts department were super friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We're able to answer any questions about the installation process and offered some very helpful tips. The only downside is that the customer parking lot is limited in space to navigate through. It's a tight squeeze, not unmanageable but just be aware when driving around the building.

Great customer service, helpful and friendly staff before & after purchasing a car there. Noticed some minor bulbs were out and went back a week after purchasing to have them replaced, which was given as a courtesy. Would absolutely recommend Riverhead Dodge for 5 star sales & service

After going to over 10 different dealerships, I was so lucky to have Joe G. and Jeff B. at Riverhead Dodge, Jeep, Chrysler. Joe was amazing, and helped me get a loan that none of the other dealerships could have gotten for me! He bent over backwards, and did more than what was his actual job. He held my hand through the entire thing, and got me the most beautiful Jeep grand Cherokee, I love it, and I am forever grateful! I cant recommend him enough, 5 stars is an understatement! Thank you SO much Joe and Jeff!!!

A dealership is only as good as its service dept. This service dept just tried to sell my wife a 60 dollar pair of wiper blades for her Grand Cherokee Truck that has 30k on it and I changed them last year. They refused to inspect it without buying new wipers. Scam! Shes also been there over an hour before they looked at it with an 8am apointment and was told it would only be an hour wait. The service manager has changed hands at least 4x since we bought the truck. Salesmen are great there. Sales manager is a great guy. Very happy with the JEEP.02/22/24 2nd review of service dept. only. Dave, another new service guy, hands me a receipt to sign before 2020 jeep goes in for an oil change. The receipt says $73 dollars. He doesn't say anything.else. OK after oil change I get a final bill of $140 dollars. When u question why a six cylinder oil change is $140 he said he told me that earlier. No way would I pay 140 for just an oil change. Go somewhere else please. Total rip off. Oh and their hourly labor rate is $235. Also obserd. Beware

A dealership I trust. Prior to my first purchase of a brand-new vehicle, I looked all over Long Island and within a 100-mile radius. I looked at many pre-owned cars online, visited numerous dealerships, spoke with many more on the phone, and never felt right. More often than not, I felt like I was getting swindled by guys in leather jackets who were trying to take advantage of me. It must be my own luck that someone recommended Riverhead CDJR.I called them on the phone, and TJ happened to be the one who answered. I usually go with my gut when interacting with people. and felt that TJ was a genuine individual who wanted to help. I visited that following day, and was given exactly what I was looking for, at a price that we both agreed on, without me having any feelings of second-guessing myself. The salesman Josh and the finance manager Joe were both extremely courteous, helpful, and responsive. I bought the car the next day. I'm extremely happy with my dream car. I can't say enough about my experience with the dealership, and I wholeheartedly plan on continuing business with them for the foreseeable future.A reliably excellent level of service, professionalism displayed by the entire staff, a purchasing process that was not cumbersome whatsoever (if anything, I was the troublesome one!), and a thorough experience in evaluating my options throughout. Not to mention I got a good deal on the vehicle! Anything lower wouldn't have been good business, which I completely agree with. Thank you to everyone at Riverhead CDJR for a great experience. I will always take working with good people over getting up-sold by the stereotypical shady car salesperson ANY day. It was a pleasure working with everyone, and meeting TJ's father as well, who happened to be from my hometown, no less! Here's to a future with Riverhead CDJR!

Absolutely the worst!!! Brought my 2021 Ram in for a battery issue, truck will die when it sits for 24hrs. Initially they did not listen to the symptoms I provided to them. Then when I pushed for them to run tests on the truck they tried to make me pay for these tests if they couldn't find anything wrong. Truck has 12,300 miles on it & is still under original warranty & has an extended warranty on it!!! This was alarming to me & I had to get Ram Customer Care involved. I opened a case & they told me I shouldn't have to pay for any diagnosing or repairs. How many unsuspecting customers probably pay them while they also get reimbursed through Ram?!?! Received the truck back with a report of "could not duplicate". I have zero faith that the dealer actually ran the necessary tests. Wasted a week leaving my truck there with zero results! Truck still goes dead! Will never return to this dealer!!!!!

Went to see about a 2023 TRX,,, when asked to see the interior I was told the owner didn t want anyone inside unless I was ready to purchase,, What kind of nonsense is this?, Maybe because I m Latin of Hispanic descent with tats probably they figured I couldn t afford or maybe just maybe weren t white enough!!!Needless to say very discouraging with this tactics. Oo look a white person in the lot not even a minute browsing and the sales person comes running out!!!Wow!!!enough said,,

I was treated with much respect here originally I went to Patchogue Jeep and they were awful it was like night and day I called on the phone after seeing the wrangler I wanted online and told the sales man I would be down there and when I got there the jeep was all out front ready with plates and keys for me to go I m very appreciative to Rocky my salesman and the man that did the financing was wonderful and gave me a lot of good advice and overall I was treated with a lot of respect I recently went back for my first service and I have to say the shop and the guys in it were Great. I can t say enough good things about it love love love this place

I have never been to Riverhead Chrysler Dodge before. I was desperate for an oil change and thought let me give this place a try. After using a different Jeep dealer and receiving horrible service I had my reservations about trying a new place. My first call I was greeted happily and told they could try to fit me in later that day. I was shocked ! I called later that day and went in also thinking hey get ready to sit for hours. Which was fine as long as I got my oil change. This place treated me like FAMILY the second I walked in. David and Frank from the service department were easy to talk to and extremely friendly as we chatted about various topics I felt at home. I don t even think I can tell you how long I was there and didn t care. The time spent with these two men was great. I left with an oil change and a smile on my face. Feeling like I mattered to this place and like I was a human not just a number of a person in the waiting room. This will always be the place I turn to for service with my Jeep. I purchased a brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee here a little over one year ago. The car has trouble starting almost every other time I start the car. I ve brought the car in 3 times to the service department and they still have not been able to fix it. They replaced the alternator thinking that was the problem and then the same day I brought the car home it still had the same issue. Brought it back again and showed the service manager a video of the car making this high pitched noise when it is trying to start, they still cannot fix it. They tell me there is nothing wrong with the car and they will not replace any parts if there is nothing wrong. It doesn t help that I am a female and I feel like they are speaking down to me and acting as if I am making it up? Clearly I was sold a defective vehicle that they cannot fix the problem and have offered no compensation for it whatsoever. Going to take the car to Southampton jeep and hopefully the can fix my problem. Really disappointed in this dealership and will not be purchasing a vehicle from them in the future, especially a jeep.

Bought an old Jeep to replace stolen Equinox in Dec.Needed some under hood array fuses yesterday.Assistant Parts Manager Will Nieves didn't have on-site but was kind enough to call around and find what I needed at Patchogue location. PLUS kindly checked with a service mechanic & advised problem could be the 50amp I found in a 40-amp slot. Guess previous owner or his service guy wasn't paying attention one day.If you're like me & switch out fuses before going to a mechanic to save money & you're having a hard time finding fuses for an old Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep or Ram, go see Will.The kid will take care of you even on cheap components like fuses.

Brought my challenger in a few days ago to address a few concerns I had. The service manager Chris was extremely helpful. He addressed all of my concerns in the best way possible. He gave me everything I could ask for from a service department. Definitely recommend bringing your vehicle out to them

Where do I begin?! I recently purchased a Dodge Charger and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone there from sales to service are genuine and helpful in every way possible. The customer service in the service department is great. Everyone treats you with respect and they are always smiling. Never saw a happier group. I never had to wait longer than an hour to have my truck serviced. It s refreshing to see that these guys actually enjoy what they do. Keep up the good work. Customer service is so important.

Always trust a family owned business!!! 3 months ago I was trading in a car and a friend mentioned Riverhead Dodge. After a lot of research and going to places with poor customer service, I decided to give Riverhead Dodge a try! I met Rocky and he was perfect. He wasn't pushy and he knew what I was looking for and made it happen within a budget. He didn't bombard me with phone calls once I left. All the paperwork was done during the week so I just had to show up again to sign papers. I just left the service department yesterday and WOW! My appointment was at 11 and I was seen right then and was out the door within 45 minutes. No need for a loaner car. Everyone was friendly and remembered me from a couple months back. The owner was walking around saying hello and it wasn't busy at all! Another great experience that I've NEVER had at any other dealership. I will be trusting Riverhead Dodge with all of my future purchases!

I was actually going to write a review for Manager Ray before this survey came. This is the third time I have had the pleasure of bringing my car in for service or information and Ray had been, hands done, a fabulous and professional tremendous help. He logged me in quick, took enough time to get a full grasp of the problems I was having with my Jeep then told me to hold on for an actual 5 minutes( it was actually 5!) he finished with another customer then immediately walked with me to my car and we sat with him explaining what was wrong, what could be done and when it could be done. He had the car checked out for the problem and was honest and forthright with options I could take and said he would do all he could to move things along. It is always a pleasure coming to this service station. I get the exact same consideration when I, or my husband, walk through the door and we know we are in great hands. I was given enough information to consider my options thoroughly when I got done and he made me smile through the whole thing. I couldn't be happier with the service staff and team working on my Jeep and though I live in montauk and have many many bad experiences with Southampton Jeep I am happy to get the opportunity, even though over an hours drive, to get my car into ray and the staff at his service station. I can't say enough positive things about his performance, personability and overall knowledge about my vehicle. Thank you for having him work with you. I tell others and will continue to do so. Keep up the great work!

Went to Riverhead dodge on April 20, 2022 for an inspection and for issues with a GPS malfunction in my media center. They found that two batteries needed to be replaced as well. They kept my car for three days after which the GPS malfunction was not fixed. There was a recall that they said they completed and told me to drive it around and hopefully that'll fix itself. It was not fixed when I left the dealership. I've been made an appointment the next day with another dealership. Thank God for them. They did an analysis on my media center and said that the problem was that it needed to be updated with the Recall. I told them that the dealership yesterday did the recall. They told me they had not. After the recall was completed the GPS issue was fixed. Not go to them. They don't do the work they said they did. When I called they told me that the paper says they did the work. That's the excuse they gave. Also when I picked up my car I saw it there was 20 more miles on the car then when I dropped it off. They could not account for the 20 miles. There was no reason for it.

Ray and his staff took excellent care of us in the service department with our jeep. They are friendly, compassionate, and very informative when it comes to your vehicle. Truck went right in and was finished in a timely manner. I cant thank them enough for taking good care of me and my truck. Highly recommend! Thank you again!

I was there on 4/30/2022. This dealership has gone down hill. The sales people are rude and unprofessional. Don't buy a car here. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was a long time customer, but I'll NEVER go there again. I will Not buy a car or have service done on my cars at Riverhead Dodge. By the way, my son bought a BRAND NEW car from Nissan in Riverhead. NISSAN in Riverhead I recommend highly but NOT Riverhead DODGE they are terrible!!!

Excellent service. From Frank at the front and Rob doing my oil change. If Frank is busy David takes over. All front end people GREAT. Service manager Jamie was also great when he and I took my car out to see if we correct the problem with my cruise control before getting the parts needed to correct the problem. I ve been with them for way over nine years and every time the service I needed was always completed without having to come back a second time.

As soon as I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed! As a woman you re not always taken seriously when you walk into a dealership but that was not the case here. I was immediately directed to Bonnie as my sales rep. She took me seriously and tried everything in her power to find me the perfect vehicle. She handled all of my questions and most of all she was friendly and never pushy! She knew what I wanted and she made it happen. The finance process easy and Joe was also super helpful. This is my first new car and I m so glad I chose Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. All in all you won t regret coming here!

My wife and I have purchased over 30 new vehicles from many different manufacturers and dealer. Riverhead dodge was by FAR, the most enjoyable and painless process we have ever experienced. No hidden fees, kept our agreement and within a day we drove our new car off the lot. Bonnie, Mike, Joe, and the rest of the team are by far fantastic. We are not affiliate with the dealership and have never met them before this purchase. We highly recommend them for your next new or used vehicle!

I have nothing but good words for everyone at this dealership. We needed a truck for our business and found just the perfect one, a Ram 1500 5.7L hemi . Rocky. Our salesman had an answer for every question, talented old school man who won't push the car on to you. But rather find exactly what you need.Service department is great too, I had to fix a tire. They took care of it, very nice and respectful crew.

I buy my new brand jeep there, they offer me oil change but they never have appointments for that. always 2 weeks. Guest what I have to do the oil change in another place (thanks), the guy try to be helpful but he s not! I also have a Nissan car and this think never happen in Nissan (max 2 days for appointment), very disappointed of the dealer and u service.

I travel from Sag Harbor just to get my Jeep Cherokee serviced at Riverhead Jeep. The entire staff takes excellent care of my Jeep. Ray is simply the BEST. Accommodating, friendly and superb customer service. Also, Frank is so helpful and patient. Can't say enough good things about the service team - they are top notch!!

I am so happy with the service I received at Riverhead Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. As a customer who was in the market for a new vehicle, I obviously did my research and went to multiple dealerships seeking out my options. In comparison to other dealerships I have dealt with, I was by far most impressed by this one!! Although everyone I dealt with was helpful, I would like to thank Sarah in particular!! She went above and beyond to make sure I found a car that was best suited for me. She was so sweet, honest, and NOT PUSHY!! There s nothing I hate more than a pushy salesman!! I can truly say I feel as though I received a great deal and I absolutely love my new car!! All thanks to Sarah for making my transition to a new car smooth and easy!! I will definitely be recommending this dealership to others in the market for a new car. I will be back in the future!!

We have just had our first experience with Riverhead Dodge. What a great place to buy a vehicle. We were not ready to buy a new vehicle but circumstances beyond our control Like a tree falling on our Jeep Liberty at totaling it forced us to buy a new vehicle. We were looking for something that can tow our 12' cargo trailer. We sat down with Rocky the salesman and explained what exactly we were looking for. Took a walk around the lot and really didn't see anything that was suitable. No pressure!!!! He did mention that he had a truck in another lot but thought it might be more than we needed but it might be worth taking a look at. So we did. All we can say is that we took it for a little ride and thought it might work for us. Pre owned dodge truck. The price was good. We had a concerned about the tires he said no problem we are going to put a new set on and fix anything else that needed to be done. He's was true to his word. New brakes all the way around fix the front end the Driver side mirror and threw in a nice set of rubber mats.A quick note the TIRES WERE A GOOD QUALITY TIRE not some cheap no name brand we are very impressed and we will buy again.John & Helen
