Leased a new Atlas from Ethan. Ethan made the process very easy and smooth. We lease all of our vehicles so have been through the sales process a lot. I really appreciated how quick he was able to get it done. Called one day told him I needed a black Atlas SE. He had it at the dealership the following week. I highly recommend using Ethan.

I just leased a new VW Jetta from Ethan and the experience was great! This is the second car I've leased from Riverhead Bay VW (after multiple other VWs purchased/leased at 2 other dealerships) and thanks to both the sales and service departments, I plan to remain a customer here and refer them in the future. Ethan was informative, efficient and enjoyable to work with - never feeling like the "typical" car salesman stereotype. He was able to get me the exact car I wanted for what I felt to be a reasonable deal, especially in this market. Thank you for all of your help!!

Thanks to Ethan Koffler, I was able to purchase a 40th anniversary 2023 MK8 GTI. He was communicative and responsive to all my inquiries. Although I was in contact with several other dealerships in my area, Ethan was able to provide me with exceptional customer service especially during these times when most dealers charge markups. I highly recommend asking for Ethan Koffler at Riverhead VW for your next Volkswagen.

My experience at Riverhead Bay VW was excellent all around. Everyone there is very professional and displays great customer service & care. My wife & I were looking to upgrade to a newer model of our Atlas & had the pleasure of getting Ethan Koffler as our sales associate. He made the entire experience comfortable and relaxing. We didn't feel pressured at any point of the process. He made himself available for any questions and concerns we had and was always straight forward in his answers. I didn't get that "salesman " type of vibe you get a lot of times when you enter a dealership. He made us feel like welcomed guests. So after about a week of being in contact with Ethan we chose to upgrade to a newer vehicle. Couldn't be happier! Definitely recommend going there if you're in the market for a car. I'd definitely ask for Ethan, great guy.

My wife and I stopped in at Riverhead Bay VW to look at the Atlas Cross Sport SEL. We were greeted by our salesman Nick Collier. He was so pleasant and knowledgeable about the car. He took his time to answer all my questions without rushing me if I didn't understand him. We ended buying the car. It was from beginning to end a pleasant experience. Recommend him highly.

After a horrible experience at VW in Smithtown.. I decided to go to Riverhead and I couldn t be happier that I did! Peter Pisciotto is a gem and made me feel comfortable right off the bat. He was more than helpful and made my first brand new car purchase stress free! He is beyond knowledgeable and made sure to explain everything to me thoroughly throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Thank you Peter!!! I love my new car :)

Very good and affordable service, my recently purchased 2009 Tiguan was serviced here and the vehicle runs even better than when I brought it in, they gave me a free multi-point inspection and was informed of the additional problems that came up, they gave me a quote for those problem areas but did not pressure me to get it done right away which I liked.The mechanics are thorough and experienced as well. I will be taking my car here every time now, well worth the extra driving timeThank you to the mechanic John Fischer who worked on my car, you did a wonderful job and also Anthony Noto who was extremely reassuring and helpful!

I got the new VW ID4 today - love the car, and really love how easy it was getting it. I worked with Ethan Koffler of Riverhead Bay VW - I think with just a couple of phone calls he set me up with the perfect car for me, and within a few days drove off the lot in it. A quick and easy buying process. Ethan was friendly and low pressure. He said it could be up to 2 months for a 2024 Tiguan SEL-R however my order was filled in about 3 weeks! Trade in process for my old car was a breeze. I highly recommend Riverhead Bay and Ethan. Thank you!

Best Experience of buying a car so quickly and best price over all throughout the NYC, Queens, and Long islands. My dealer, Ethan, was very easy to approach, nice, and gentle. He prepared all documents already so that the process can be nice and quick.The building is nicely managed and clean. I would definitely come back for buying if I need another VW car and for the services for sure.

Needed to find a reliable car for our son who is going to FSU in Tallahassee. We met with Christian B. who is one of the most kind, gentle and easy going salesmen that we've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Christian made our buying experience actually enjoyable with incredible consideration given to our needs while applying zero pressure. In fact, everyone we met with at this dealership was friendly and welcoming. The final pricing structure was straight forward and exactly as originally presented. Christian managed all details including dealing directly with our insurance agent. We cannot speak highly enough about Riverhead Bay and especially Christian!!

Just leased a Taos from Riverhead Volkswagen. 1st the staff including Christian were amazing. No stress at all no games. The car was delivered on time! Honest and transparent. Never bought a VW before but now because of how professional these gents were I ll be a customer forever. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for a new car.

My husband and I had a fabulous experience buying our new car with Ethan. We were contemplating trading in our car at some point in the near future but Ethan made it so easy and no pressure that we ended up jumping on a vehicle the day after test driving it. I had a very disappointing experience with a VW Riverhead sales person regarding a pay out process for my current lease. The sales person was uninterested, sarcastic, and dismissive, and I found him to be discriminatory. The moment he realized that the lease end was not going to lead to a new lease or turn in of my car to the dealer, clearly there was no incentive to behaving like a sales person. He was more interested in passing me on to the scheduler which I think was also surprising for the scheduler as she kept asking me who my sales rep was. What sales rep?! It was a bizarre experience and unlike my past experience with VW Riverhead. Up until now I had very positive experience with both sales and service which is why I leased with them multiple times.Frankly I felt quite betrayed as someone who has only leased VW cars since 2008.

It was a pleasure purchasing from Riverhead Bay VW. Ethan was knowledgeable, attentive and professional. My wife and I purchased 2 vehicles in less than a month and both transactions were smooth with zero surprises. I am extremely satisfied the way Pete the sales gentleman conducted himself, the transaction was seamless with no complications, he was always willing to help us with out any BS, without trying to oversell us!!! Never once felt any pressure. I hate car shopping because I always feel they are trying to take advantage of you, and you need to have all of your senses at max not to get taken advantage, this time was complete different.1st time ever that I walk out of a dealership 100% satisfied.I will go back here the next time !

Do your self a favor and just drive a few minutes up the road to east hills vw in sayville. Better service, respect and price. We have two vw s both times we stopped at riverhead first and they wanted 5k more then what we paid for the exact cars at east hills. Then today they wanted $65 for an oil cap that s $33 every where else. It s just disgusting

I've had good experiences here the past few years with my car's annual check-up - never any major issues.Most recently, I sold the car back to this dealership and looked at some new ones. I worked with Peter who was very professional and knowledgable but not pushy at all. I don't usually write reviews but we went to several other dealerships in the area to look at new cars and Peter stood out as the best salesperson we dealt with all day.
