That's my one of my favorite dealership in Long Island, NY. Always I am dealing with Mr. Joseph They've good deals in this week Nissan Hyundai and Van's Rams and many more Also check please certified used cars, you will be shocked about prices.Just go and talk Mr Joseph. He will find for you best ways and check guys if you want to buy a car or replace your old car.

This is my first time here. I had just purchased a car. I'm excited, just not happy with the process of having to sit 2hrs just for paper work. I wish everything was done before I got here. Nice place. I did all the finances with my bank, so it shouldn't take too long. Not happy but I am happy that I was able to purchase a car at a good price.

If I could give a negative I would, my brother went in as a time buyer and wanted to buy a truck cash, they some how talked him Into ( you'll end up paying more that way and to finance some of it and pay it off quick, they gave him the truck and went back the next day to do paperwork. They told him the amount it would be total. My brother never buying a new car before thought they were treating him well, two days later when he went to pay off the loan amount (28k )16k down for a 30k Truck. The math doesn't even come close to adding up, and they charged him 3k for a extended warranty they should of only been at max 1500$, after showing the paperwork to some close friends in the car financing business, this place straight up robbed him and ended up paying 44k for a truck that was 30k and they told him it was actually 29k sale price, he went back to the dealer and Noone would explain anything to him and they pushed him back out the door. Buyer's beware, if you don't know how to buy from a dealer bring someone with you and most definitely stay clear of this place. They made over 20k on this truck after all set and done. The finance manager if probably making 400k a year. Oh and one more thing he paid cash for tittle and tags and they still charged him for it on the financed amount. So someone stuck 300$ cash in there pocket as well.

Frank and the rest of the team were very kind and friendly to me. They were very honest and helpful through the whole process of buying a new Nissan. The showroom has some really nice cars on display as well.

Salesperson was very pleasant so I brought 2 Nissan cars a Nissan Pathfinder and a Nissan Frontier.Great job guys .Highly Recommended

Giancarlo was excellent getting me in my first Nissan. We checked it out and signed paperwork yesterday. They still wanted to get it further prepped for me. So I went to work and he personally brought it to my job, I signed the delivery receipt on my 15 minute break and was able to drive home from work that night. Major props to the dealership and Giancarlo. Loved the showroom and waiting area too. They have a new loyal customer

I WAS HAVING TROUBLE GETTING MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS DOWN AFTER THE SNOW STORM ENDED SO WHEN I WENT TO THIS LOCATION A SALESMAN NAMED DAVID KNEW EXACTLY WHAT TO DO TO GET MY WIPERS DOWN BECAUSE THE ORIGINAL INFORMATION THAT I WAS GIVEN FROM ANOTHER LOCATION WAS WRONG SO NOW I HAVE THE RIGHT INFORMATION FOR MY WINDSHIELD WIPERS FROM DAVID H. Sorry that I even took the time and considered possibly giving them business. People like these are the reason we the public hate car Salesman.I'm helping my elderly in law to finance car.Stopped in to apply immediately no greet or acknowledgement upon walking in show room. Explained to the sales person (peter) what type of cars we wanted to look at but immediately wanted to get credit app, I supposed it was to size us up to see how much attention he was going to put in.I agreed and filled up credit app. Took about 30 minutes just running around until we told him to simply call us the next day once he had an offer or approval. Guy never called.I spent the better half of the following 3 days trying to communicate with him. I left several messages but never heard back from him. I this point just please just don't bother.The bottom line feeling is that they judge people from the moment the see you getting out of the car.Poor experience solely on the follow up or lack of. Took my business elsewhere.Again fully regret making this place my first stop.

Bought & financed a 2020 Sonata on 2/17/20 and never received the title with the lien on it. Year later I found out they made an error on the title and the title was issued as a LEASE! I'm paying for a car I won't own! Went to the dealer in first days of July 2021 explained the situation and asked they fix it which they agreed to do. Claimed it would take 8 weeks. Mid October after still not receiving the title with the proper lien on I returned to dealer and was told "DMV is still processing it". Yeah right! Last week I go to the DMV website and check status of my VIN. It comes up as title issued on 7/19/21 with ZERO liens on it. So they at least attempted fixing it though unsuccessfully. So, I returned to dealer 11/3/21 show them the printout from DMV. AGAIN they tell me "DMV is still processing it"! With the info I provide them staring them in the face that the title was issued wrong again how can it be "in process" anymore? UPDATE 12/28/21: Yesterday I finally received the title (Duplicate) with my name as owner and Hyundai as the Lien holder and not lessor. Don't know WHO fixed it? Did the dealer read this review and make good on it? Maybe Hyundai got around to it when I tried thru them (in April) BEFORE going to the dealer. But raised my rating from 1 to 3 stars as a result. This review does NOT take into account their maintenance dept. which I have rated (high) separate.

Purchased a vehicle in august 2020 and it burned up January 2021, the lender contacted them several times to cancel the warranty so the gap coverage could pay off the remaining balance and they dragged it out until the end of April to issue the check and I was told they would send it fedex but instead sent it regular Mail 6 days after the date they told me they were mailing it out! Now I m being turned into collections because they don t care about customers in need they just care about getting money and selling bad used cars!

Extremely poor customer service in regards to the parts department! Extremely unproffesional and rude. I went there a few weeks back to order a rubber insert for the small area console below the radio. Gave them the vin for the car and showed a picture of where it goes. I received the incorrect part(obviously too big to fit where it's supposed to go, the piece they gave me was for inside center console..) the older gentleman with the glasses and goatee was rude and arrogantly told me it was the correct part OR the part I'm looking for could possibly be an aftermarket item which could be the case. Regardless, the negative attitude i received from that man was uncalled for and unecessary. On top of that, i was charged a 20% fee for returning the wrong part because it was a "special order". So it cost me extra money and time for wrong part. The younger gentleman in the parts department was pleasant but will not be going back in the future.

Horrible business practices going on here. They love to take advantage of inexperienced buyers. instead of showing them how greedy you can be maybe offering better deals not putting a dollar/ revenue over quality service. You would make alot more money via word of mouth than with your snake like practices. I got 2 cars from y'all completely not worth it.

Bought a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe from Mark. Excellent Salesman no pressure greeted us and gave my wife and I a chance to look around. He worked with the General Manager to get the best deal possible for the vehicle and my trade in. I have purchased over 25 brand new vehicles in my lifetime and I would say he is one of the top 5 salesman that I have dealt with.

If you find yourself in this dealership do not walk out...RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! They are dishonest, sneaky and just plain theives! Beware of all salespeople and finance managers, they are crooked! Especially some clown named Roldy. They need to be reported to Attorney General.

Went to this dealer to look at some cars. Paid $100 deposit so they could run a credit check and hold a car. We changed our minds and called the next morning to inform them expecting that they would refund money to our card. One week later the charges had not been reversed, so I called. I was told I needed to come back to the dealership to get our refund. I asked why and they told me it was their "policy."This is a scam. There is no reason they could not have refunded my money. I would not do business with this dealership.

Better than Smithtown. Worked well with my husband, not pushy. Switching to this dealer when I trade in and upgrade my 2015 Altima to a 2020. I just hope they'll work with me since I got "loyal customer" benefits each time I purchased a vehicle at the Smithtown location. Unless it was all a show, which is a likely sales tactic.

WARNIING! WARNING! WARNING!Do not go to this service department or dealership!The plastic cover of my Altima side view mirror went missing at a mall when I was shopping and I went to Riverhead Auto Mall to get it replaced.They were nasty, rude and treated me like I was stupid. I told then the mirror was not damaged and worked. The manager told me I needed a complete NEW mirror, with parts and labor $700. I took the car to my trusted body shop and got it repaired for $100 (just needed the plastic mirror cover using a new Nissan part).(Can you ever trust them!To get a 15,000 mile service they wanted to charge me $369, my trusted service place cost $168!

Very unprofessional. LOTS OF HIDDEN FEES!. Cars are not as advertised. Looked good in the pictures but when I got there lots of body damage and scratches present. Pricing is a scam also. $2000+ in HIDDEN FEES on top of their so called great price and sales tax. They aren't helpful or knowledgeable about the cars either! STAY AWAY!!!!!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! THEY SAY PEOPLE COME ALL THE WAY FROM CT TO LOOK AT THEIR CARS. WHAT A LOAD OF BULL.

I am terribly disappointed, i made an appointment a week before today, 01/14/19 even after laying all my cards on the table, telling them i have 1000$ to put down and about my poor credit history and repo on my record...I was assured that i was going to put into a car, i stop looking elsewhere thinking i didn't have to look any further, wasting a whole week for nothing....So i go to the appointment within a half hour they tell me i have been approved for a 2013 tuscan i am so happy and grateful...The guy mark says i am going to bring it in the front for me to check it out my new suv, i test drove it and really feeling happy i finally got a car...Mark then say i am going to draw up the paperwork, and then you will be on your way... About a hour later he comes back and say you can't have the car you will need 4000$ down or an cosigner...I was embarrassed and angry for stringing me, along and wasting a half of day...They could of told me this from the beginning...They gave me false information and assurance before doing the homework...To me that is BAD BUSINESS!!!!!
