I've known Charlie for years and he's worked on many friends cars so when my Husband was side swiped by another Vehicle,we took it to Quality Collision. Charlie's professional, helpful and knows the business like the back of his hand. With them, you get a fair price for quality workmanship. Keep up the good work!! Jen & Greg

My boyfriend took his 2016 Acura to have his collision repairs done this week. All repairs were done efficiently, and his car looks great! They even detailed his car inside and out. I recently had my car repaired at Quality Collision in Riverhead. The work that needed to be done to my vehicle was very time consuming and frustrating. In addition, there were insurance company delays. Through it all, Charlie stayed in constant communication with me and completed the work in a timely manner. My car looks great! I highly recommend Quality Collision.

We just experienced the best service, workmanship and professionalism anyone could ask for from Quality Collision in Riverhead. The work was completed within just a few days, and when we arrived, our Jeep was ready to go....it was cleaned and detailed, looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor. It was a total pleasure working with Charlie and his team. Highly recommend and totally worthy of my 5 stars!

After getting into a front-end collision I brought my Jeep here and boy am I glad I did! Charlie and his crew are nothing less than spectacular! My jeep went in damaged and came out like nothing ever happened.From repairing my car perfectly, to fighting with a difficult insurance company, Charlie took care of everything (including making sure I got genuine Mopar parts) and kept me posted every step of the way. If you need collision repairs, I would only go here. Especially if you want your car to be as good as it was before it was damaged. Simply, the best shop around!

I have used Quality Collision a few times in the past. I keep coming back because they do excellent work! Recently I was t-boned by a driver covered by Geico. I asked Charley to be certain they use genuine Chevrolet parts (not the cheap after market ones everyone tries to substitute without telling you). Thank god I brought my car here because Charley (and his son Chuck) fought tooth and nail to get that done. I was present on one of the occasions when the adjuster was giving them a hard time, but Charley prevailed. The car looks like a million bucks, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the work. Thanks again guys!

A gem of a repair shop. Charlie and Chuck are very honest, straightforward, easy to deal with and very good at what they do . We are very happy with the whole experience from the beginning to the delivery of my son s Corolla. The repair and the paint match were perfect. They truly went above and beyond our expectations. I unfortunately hit a deer in my brand new car a month after owning it, and will forever be grateful my car was repaired here with Charlie and his guys! Extremely professional, and such a pleasure to deal with! They kept me informed every step of the way, and my car looks brand new again!! Had my sisters 2007 Toyota repaired by Quality Auto Collision after a front end collision. Charlie and his crew repaired the car within five days and made dealing with insurance claim easy. The car after it was repaired was better than when my sister bought it. We live in Port Jeff Station and took the car to Charlie s auto shop in Riverhead just for their reputation of quality workmanship they perform. We could have went local but we didn t. Thank you again Charlie and crew at Quality Auto Collision.

My husband was rear-ended in his brand new truck. Charlie and his team were wonderful. They handled everything with the insurance company and went out of their way to find parts, even when GM closed for 10 days for the holidays. Charlie sent his own truck to PA to get the bed my husband needed for his Colorado. His truck looks and runs terrific, we could not be happier!

Susan and I brought in our Nissan Murano that was side swiped. Charlie and his son Chuck went over and above for the repairs, They even touched up the door Knicks with out charge .We highly recommend them for Auto repair work for quality and curtesy. Had my 2014 Nissan Armada repaired after a rear end collison. Charlie was so easy to deal with. He explained everything and kept me informed throughout the repair. Vehicle was returned better than new. Would never know it was hit. Color matched perfectly. Being involved in an accident is stressful but Quality Collision made repair process easy.

Charlie the owner of Quality Collision and his partner/son were extremely helpful. I brought my truck in to have a small ding in the door estimated on. They fixed the door on the spot and I was out of there in less than a half hour. Highly recommend their body shop. Thanks guys.

Quality Collision towed my car after an accident. Initially, coordination between GEICO Insurance and Quality was shaky, but owners Charles and Eileen were helpful in communicating with GEICO and sending the car successfully on its way to the repair shop. Thank you.

Been going to these guys for quite a while, chuck and Charlie are both very down to earth people and have always made sure anything I brought to them was returned to me at 110%. They do a great job on everything from small fender benders to full restorations. Would recommend them to anyone!

My Jeep was dented and scratched. Body work was finished on time as looked as good or better than it did before I brought it in. Final cost was exactly as estimated. Great work and no BS.

Extremely unprofessional. Owner blew smoke in my face as he was heavily smoking and coughing while he gave me a ride in his tow truck and he wouldn't stay open so I could have my car brought to a real collision repair shop. Very disappointed.
