On our way out East, we realized our car needed inspection. Called Phil's and they were able to take us almost immediately. Got us in and out quickly. Two weeks later I received a call that I had left my earbud case/earbuds outside underneath their awning. They popped them in the mail and I was so grateful. Above and beyond in terms of service. Thank you!

Arranged for a tow of a classic car. Very professional. Rear wheels on the car were locked, so he positioned the truck to be able to put the car right in the garage. Most shops wouldn't do that. Would use again!

I was stuck in riverhead my brake line snapped over my differential. I called a few places and no one would fix it. I called Phil's and he said bring it over. When I got there he addressed the problem and started working on it immediately although the job took longer than the price I was quoted, he still charged me the same price. He's very articulate at making sure everything was done right. A++ service. I will definitely use him again. Showed 100% professionalism. Thank god for honest mechanics like them.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The tower is temporary closed but the museum is well worth the $5 entry fee. The grounds are well maintained and I recommend you walk to the street which is the entrance to the lighthouse parking and go down the stairs to the rocky 'Beach'. The museum is small and is all one one floor. There is also a whaling shed.

Visiting from Florida and borrowed my niece's car which blew a tire and no spare. AAA sent Phil who arrived ahead of promised time . He was very nice. I could not be more pleased with this company. Thank you Phil !

My wife called AAA for road service. Phil arrived, immediately made sure my wife was okay, was reassuring, kind, caring, and provided the most outstanding service ever received. SUV had to be transported to our mechanic's shop for repair. I met Phil at the shop. He made sure we were all set, no questions or issues remaining before he left.

I waited for over 3 hours for Leo from Phil's Auto to show up. He went to the wrong location, a wendy's half mile down the road, called me once then canceled the call. I called AAA a second time, they dispatched Phil's Auto again, Phil refused the call.

My Daughter took her car to Long Island, from Rhode Island...While in L.I.her car broke down, timing belt went on it...AAA towed car to Phils...I called the office the next day, they assessed problem, called me right back...I agreed to repairs..work was done timely, .which, by the way, was $500 cheaper than home...Thank You Guys, for helping me in a tough situation...and priced much cheaper thank I thought it was going to be...

I called at 10 to 9:00 a.m. told me they were on their way it is now 10 after 12 and the telling me it's still going to be another hour and a 1/2 very poor service
