Rick (Frederick) is amazing to work with. Very friendly, polite, and helpful. Talks to you like a friend, not a robot. Doesn't push a sale. Helped me compare prices and options on multiple items. Been buying through him for a few years now, sent family and friends to him. All have had the same experience.

Our salesman Andrew was helpful and knowledgeable on the appliance we were shopping for. The experience in choosing the one for us was nice. When it came to purchasing the item, I didn't feel the same way. We had a PC Richard's credit card and stated we would be using it. When we received the credit card a 10% off coupon came with it. The coupon had no expiration date and didn't state specifics on what it could or could not be used on. I gave it to Andrew and he looked immediately confused. He called over a manger, Ray, for assistance. The two were talking under their breath trying to figure out the coupon. They made comments about it "cutting deep." I was then asked when I got the coupon. I replied a few years ago when I applied for the credit card. He then looked at me and said "oh well it's expired then." Again, no expiration date stated on the coupon itself. The manager said he couldn't offer us the 10% but would give us $30 off. We ultimately made the purchase, because the item was a better price there, however my experience and the way I felt when leaving left me feeling very uneasy. Ray also walked away with my coupon and sheet with all my information on it. When I followed and asked for it back, he ripped the coupon piece off. If it was in fact expired and unusable, why keep it?Riverhead, NY location

Hansley is the best. He was a very good help with finding a new TV for my home. Helped me pick out the right one based on what I told him where it was going and what kind of budget I was one. He s very good and I d come see him again

My experience with salesperson Glenn could not have gone better. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I had a difficult space issue to deal with. Most of the refrigerators wouldn t fit or were out of stock. He eventually solved the problem through his diligence.

I recently bought a used truck with an aftermarket alarm & remote starter installed by the prior owner at P.C. Richards but it suddenly stopped working. I called and spoke to Brandon the installer who gladly rectified the problem for me without any trouble.

We have worked with Vinny at this store for years- he is always helpful has ideas which will enable us to fit certain products into our apartment. He has always been able to find what we are looking for and is patient and we have now sent ALL of our friends to him. He is the best!!! Wouldn t go anywhere else!!!
