Big thank you to Anthony at the front desk. He was a huge help in guiding me to the proper tires and Alignment which were much needed on my Ford F150 Lariat pick up truck. I received an extra 10% discount and Free Wheel alignments for The next three years for Applying and getting the Firestone credit card! When I compare prices, Firestone was actually less expensive than Costco, and they actually did a wheel alignment. The service was impeccable. The crew of the mechanics were polite. My truck was done within an hour and a half. Very happy customer. They have a great system over there.!

Absolutely amazing service. So fast, polite and professional. They were able to troubleshoot on the spot to solve an issue with my tire inflating improperly and set my mind at ease. 6/5 if it were an option. Thanks y all.

5 years ago I got tires and they leaked from day one from around the rim. Never went to get it fixed it was slow and I just filled it up weekly but now 5 years later I go for 2 new tires and tell them about this and really just want the new tires fixed so they don't leak and told them not to worry about the others. Drop it off at 10 am and car was not finished that day so we had to come back the next day. Fast forward a month and the one new tire is down at 18psi and the other new tire is at 50psi which the maximum on the tire is 40 psi. So I have one overfilled tire and one leaking tire so I call up and the guy says oh yea I knew your tire was leaking I just forgot to tell you and didn't remember which ticket it was to call you. So now I go back to get it fixed and I get charged 20 dollars. I was sold brand new tires that leaked and got charged to fix it. Also my steering wheel now shakes and it didn't before. This place is a joke and I would NEVER recommend it.

I have been buying tires at the Firestone in Riverhead NY for close to 15-20 yrs. Rick Maida and his crew are extremely professional , personable, and a pleasure to deal with over the years. The product and service speak for itself. I refer people to this store as much as possible. I will continue to frequent this store as long as possible.

I am a loyal Firestone customer. I really appreciate the knowledge and professional service. John explained the issue with my tire losing Air pressure and the remedy that was performed to fix the problem.

Women beware. Came in to have my headlights replaced. Thats it.They had me wait an hour and a half, then came out and gave me a list of over 1500$ in suggested work or it "wouldn't pass inspection". (It was inspected less than 3 weeks earlier and passed fine.) I had not asked them to check anything but the headlights. The list of repairs they gave me didn't even have the headlights, which were completely out, listed on it. Will not be returning.

Your techs missed a very dirty air filter during routine oil change maintenance. 2 days later that caused an air quality sensor to engage the check engine light. $450 to clear and fix. I asked Jason why tech did not check air filter and he just shrugged and said "I guess he didn't." No apology, no acknowledgement of a missed opportunity to provide full service as stated on oil change bill. I've been bringing my cars here for 12 years but not any more. Firestone has gotten the last of my money.

Brought my car in for spark plug change and ended up going back 5 minutes with a manifold sensor check engine light on.When i brought the car in there was only a tire sensor on not check engine. All they did was reset the computer and it was back on in seconds. Then they wanted to charge me $258.00 for the sensor. They screw up your car so that it cost you huge money. Stay away.

My wife's vehicle had a flat tire. I stopped at the Firestone and they took care of it. I didn't have an appointment, but they took care of the flat. Price was extremely reasonable. I will be going back for service of my other vehicles.

I went in for a routine oil change after working on roofs all day, ended up with a oil leak.. Went somewhere else to fix it because I live in Bay Shore but my jobsite was in Riverhead temporarily. I was told I had a old filter. The old filter caused the leak, My mechanic changed the filter for free and the issue stopped, I m never coming back here again & calling my bank to get my money back this is ridiculous, I thought the low rating was incorrect but it s clearly true.

Anthony and Rick were absolutely fantastic to work with. Super helpful on the phone and lighting fast work done swapping our torn tire for a new one, having squeezed us in on a busy Friday. Been going here for years and never had a problem until today. Had a 12pm appointment, came back at 2pm to pick it up. Figured it would be ready since it was 2 hours later. He told me my car was next in line . So what s the point of having an appointment? Oh, my guy just got back from lunch and we had another 12pm appointment as well. No sorry, no nothing. His attitude sucked. Handed my keys back and I left. Bad business. I won t ever be back.

I went back in December for a NYS inspection. I initially went to Mavis, bur after being told that it would take 3 hours despite the fact that I made an appointment, I left and went to Firestone instead. Firestone had me in and out in 45 minutes, and they were very friendly on top of that! Anthony in particular was very fun to talk to. Much better service than Mavis!
