They do incredible work! They fixed my 2017 Touareg and it looks like that deer never hit it! They also cleaned and buffed the car, and it looks better than the day I pulled it of the dealership lot!

There aren t enough words to express how grateful I am to Tony and his team! Honest. Fast. Excellent work. He heard my budget and made it work. I hope to never require auto body collision work again, but if I do, I ll come back without a moment s hesitation! The photos say it all!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Laurie helped facilitate everything that I would need when I got rear ended and needed a rental. The work is top notch, honestly the rear of my car looks better than brand new, and they gave everything a nice detail... real nice cherry on top I wasn't expecting. He even fixed a loose chord for the safety features I thought would be 300 bucks to fix and recalibrate, sooo thankful for that guy. I couldn't be happier with everything all around. I even got an upgrade from enterprise because they they respect Faze 1 like that. I'm never going anywhere else if I ever need anything for my car. Can't say enough nice words about these folks, real breath of fresh air to see a business these days being ran so right.

My husband was in a bumper accident with our 2014 Mercedes 350. They did an Excellent job replacing it, took out the overall scratches and completely cleaned it! Our car never looked so good! The owners and staff were all so professional. I highly recommend Faze 1 located in Riverhead.

Faze 1 was amazing to work with! My brand new car was on the verge of being considered totaled since all airbags went off when I hit a deer. Faze one took on the daunting task of not just fixing the body work (which wasn't took terrible), but also the entire inside of my car. When they got it back to me it was just like the day I drove it off the lot. Thank you so much to the team! I will definitely be recommending this body shop to anyone I know that needs work. And a plus, everyone there is so friendly and a delight to speak to! Thanks so much!!!

Forget the rest, this place is the best. I have known Tony Fazio and his lovely wife Lori for a number of years now and know This business to be very honest and reputable. The service they provide is exceptional and you are treated like family. I highly recommend this body shop to anyone who needs work done on their vehicles, whether it s detailing or body work, you will be extremely satisfied. I give them 5 stars and a thumbs up.

Tony, Lori, and their team are the ONLY people on this island I trust with my trucks! My wifes new Tahoe took a couple bumps and bruises, dropped it off at Faze 1, and was literally amazed how it looked when we got it back! Thanks again guys! Great Work!

Fast, high quality work. Easy to deal with and a quality level unheard of for what they charge. Easy to get to, convenient business hours, and the crew in the front office is the best!!!
