I would like to express my gratitude to both Ray and Dave for making my experience at Advance Auto Parts truly amazing. I purchased a battery on their website with the plan of having them install it for me. Despite reaching out to other Advance Auto Parts locations and making calls, none of them demonstrated the same level of commitment to assisting me until I contacted the Riverhead location. From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, they gained my trust.Upon my arrival, Dave informed me that he had scheduled Ray to assist me in installing my battery. It was raining at the time, but they still displayed the initiative to help me, a quality that is hard to find these days. Ray promptly put on his jacket and got to work, making the entire process very smooth. Their knowledge and expertise were evident throughout, and I cannot thank them enough for their assistance in installing my Subaru battery.Advance Auto Parts in Riverhead is very fortunate to have such a dedicated staff working for them. I cannot recommend this location enough for your car needs.

Went for UPS Drop Point service and found extremely friendly, knowledge and welcoming staff. I spent years of my life in the automotive service industry and this isn't as common as it should be. Highly recommended!

Bob and Ray , managers I assume - extreme gentleman they helped me beyond their job description but on a personal level. They now have a ANOTHER new loyal customer - thank you both!

I visited this store for the first time and I kept standing at the counter for 10 minutes but no one came to assist me and a guy named Bob called me and told me that someone will be with me shorty if I can wait (very rudely) and I told him that I can absolutely wait. After waiting for 10 minutes the same guy Bob shouted from the other side of the store that no one will come to that counter to help me and if I needed help then I will have to come to his counter and I immediately went to his counter and as I started talking to tell him about why I was there in the store he cut me off very aggressively and he told me to wait again until he finishes assisting other customers. I felt extremely disrespected by him in front of so many people and I called him out and told him that he is very aggressive and he later on told me to leave the premises because he will not assist me. This man seemed to have some serious problem with me as I am a woman of color (Brown Muslim) and I can absolutely tell you that he treated me very poorly in front of many people standing there.

was on line at the riverhead store during a very busy time and watched how they handled the counter. nothing is ever perfect but this was damm close. Dave helped me out when it was my turn and I was very impressed with how he was keeping it all together. he had to do a bunch of extra steps because I thought I had all the information, worked the problems got me what I needed and I left happy. only suggestion is you should put a tip jar on the counter.

I Purchase a battery online And had them install it. And the end result I am very happy The installer did a very nice job.

The guys at this location are great. I thought I had a dead battery; Ray came outside to my car to help diagnose the situation. He found that the battery was fine, but he walked me though the different scenarios that could have been causing the problem, and gave me recommendations for where to go to have it sorted out. 10/10, really appreciate the time taken to help me get some real, helpful info:)

I wanna Let you guys know that Ray from advanced auto is rhe best,he is so helpful and attentive to his customers,I went to 3 auto part stores to het windshield wipers put on and no one could do them, went to advanced auto purchased more and asked Ray could he put on for me, he never hesitated he said no problem, it was pouring rain and I'm so Thankful because he was able to do both wipes in 3.2 seconds! Thus guy is awesome ask for him 2hen u visit here ! He is the Best

This parts store is amazing compared to others in the area.... the guys behind the counter are quick to help you and they get the lines down as fast as they physically can.I only come here now because of the amazing customer experience. They will even call you by your first name if they are aware of it which is a small but huge impact on a shopping experience. 5 stars from me every day.

These people never ansver the phone to comercial costumers and when they do answer Rob or Jeff sound extremly rude and put You on hold emediatly for 30 minutes ir more and sometimes they just hang up on You. This is not the store yo depend your business on.

The workers are beyond friendly and helpful! Asked every question I had, directed me to the items I inquired about, and helped me choose the right items for my car! I definitely recommend this place to anyone. Beyond positive experience especially for my first time going there.

Gary is awesome, and another team member caught an error from Advance Auto's online store... Which had me purchase an incompatable battery with all the right info. Cheers!!! Patient, helpful and faithful (especially Gary)

The staff was friendly and help me look for what I wanted. They helped us select a good brand of windshield fluid and coolant and were up front with prices and quality. A little dirty inside but not too bad.

A real Auto Parts store , unlike many of the others . Great customer service, Robert in the back is the best ! His experience and knowledge is second to none..... If they don't have it in stock, most likely will have it tomorrow. Large selection of parts at comparable prices.

The assistant manager, John, refused to refund an air filter I bought last. Despite having both the part in the box with the receipt, he denied returning the air filter because I purchased it with a debit card. Then he embarrassed me in front of other customers and staff by speaking sarcastically and with a grin he said have a nice day. Will never go back here again, and I guess I'm stuck with an air filter I can't use, and can't return.

Good service usually get in and out quick they have always found me the correct part I need and are pleasant and eager to help customers. And usually has parts I need in stock.

Great store. They even have snow plow parts and oil for the plow. Which i needed. The guys at the pro desk were great.

Tough store. Difficult to relate to the staff. Not easy to check out after shopping. One register and sometimes a staff member isn't authorized to use the cash register..
