I don't typically leave reviews but I had such a good experience at Cypress Motors I feel they deserve the 5 stars. Marco was awesome and eased the usual anxiety felt when buying a used car. I bought a used Honda Fit and couldn't be happier with the purchase. The process was seamless and I highly recommend checking them out.

Generational Family Owned Business!Wish I could give you 10 Stars... In Fact - ********** !Eric and Marco you guys are "The Man"!Eric really worked hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted and did not settle until he accomplished that.Marco mechanical knowledge and technical advice for my vehicle gave me the peace of mind that I will have this machine on the road in rare form for years to come.Thank you both and God bless!Now for the Nitty Gritty of the deal...On my 1st visit - I came in from upstate NY and ran late. Eric waited after hours to service my family. My mother and sister are very hard negotiators. Eric worked diligently to make this deal happen. Even when it appeared that things fell apart and the deal would not happen, Eric was willing to revisit negotiations at a later time. He was professional, courteous and offered multiple possible solutions. Two days later we worked out deal that both parties left the table happy.2nd visitEric processed my paperwork and made me the proud owner of the vehicle of my choice in record time (under an hour).

Got sold a lemon for over $ 8000. Fake Finance company. They refused to fix problems and want to see a non-payments to repo car, must be a Black person.

After going to about 18 dealerships out east and in NJ and found nothing but GARBAGE out there I decided to try my luck here. Although everyone kept telling me not to buy a car in a city dealership I found they had the most beautiful used cars in great condition bc city dealerships aren t selling city cars! Antoinette was awesome; super helpful and sweet I was able to leave with my car that day, which was a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. I did notice the tire pressure light on and they filled the tires with air and stated if it doesn t turn off they would rectify it. I did get new rims for the car so I waited and I was told the two sensors on the driver side are not working and I have no doubt in my mind they will stand by their word. I am very pleased with their service I do love my car! I did have my mechanic look it over and there are some minor things that need to get done but it s 11 years old that s to be expected and I want to make sure it lasts me for years to come! Thank you so much for making this stressful time so easy! I will be back again and I will absolutely recommend you to anyone and everyone looking to buy a car! =)

Was going to buy a car cash, but the owner decided to cuss me out of the parking lot because me and one of the reps took too long on a test drive when it's 4pm on a Friday and there was traffic. Marco the rep was very helpful. Lost a sale because of ego and cussing out a customer

they deserve zero stars I bought a car not even a year a go the car has been in the mechanic multiple times they sell you trash be very careful buying a car from this dealer I spent more money fixing the car than what I payed for it I wouldn't recommend this place at all not even to my enemies

Purchase a 2010 Chevy Impala with low mileage in practically pristine condition. Very beautiful car. I was very pleased with the service that the lovely Antoinette and Ryan provided. They helped me get approved and leave out with my car in no time. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family. I most certainly will be returning for my next used vehicle. We went 2 days ago and left a separate car, today they call us to say that they sold the car in breach of the deal we had reached, they could call me beforehand if any document was missing, just as they called me to tell me that they are cheaters. I do not recommend this place, they can leave you with a very tricky move.Update after reading the response this place gives a month later 09/07/23You are liars, scammers, not trustworthy people. Just to let you know, what you are sharing is false.I spent hours at your dealer, put in a deposit, agreed to go home to put insurance on the car, and returned to take the car two days later (I have proof - The receipt). BUT WHAT DID YOU DO? You called me ONCE to tell me the vehicle had been sold. My reaction was saying, "Yes, you sold it to me. I'm picking up the car today," and you said NO, WE SOLD IT TO SOMEONE ELSE, even though I put a deposit on that car and insurance.I'm glad I didn't buy the car from you. If you manage your business this way, I don't want anything to do with you.CERO STARS FOR THIS DEALER

I drove from Philly to this place to check out a Jeep Compass,listed on the site for 4200 and they all of a sudden jacked the price up when I got there within 2 hours 6200, saying it had work done the day before, but didn't have any receipts to show that, then eric was very disrespectful and demanding, trying to sell me a car that I didn't even test drive, he said I couldn't test drive it without discussing a price first, I didn't even want to give them.1 star they deserve double zeros & a F'' for frauds.

So happy with my experience at Cypress Motors! I visited many dealers across Queens and Brooklyn, and this was by far the best one. Everything was quick and very easy. Went in for a car, and got it within the hour. The staff helped me call the insurance company. Thank you very much!
