The store is CLEAN. I needed my check engine light diagnostics run to confirm that the only thing wrong was a tire with low air pressure. The diagnostic was FREE and they offer a printout so that when you go the mechanic they don t have to charge an additional $45 to run the same test. I needed my tire fixed and they gave an excellent referral to a mechanic nearby who did wonderful and speedy repair of my tire. All my warning lights are now off.

What good patience they had with me, I don't know much about vehicles, it was difficult for me to choose or select my spare part, they were very patient with me. Thank you! (Another day I will comment on how dirty those who work outside leave and stain everything)

The big Spanish chubby kid I think his name is Danny is EXTREMELY rude & will give you the wrong car parts on purpose just so you can come back 2-3 times and have you waste your time, they should give his position to someone who would really want to work. Manager and employee fool around, argue and curse infront of customers which is unprofessional. The young girl with the glasses and the Spanish Dominican guy with short curly hair was way more helpful and attentive than that waste of employee Danny.

Came to get a new battery and they told me their parts to change the battery was stolen. I asked what was i supposed to do because i was only able to drive to their location and now my car won t turn on. The guy said i could go to a different location. I said my car won t turn on, the battery is dead. I asked if someone can please give me a jumpstart so that i can drive over to the next location he said no they don t have cables. An AUTOZONE store with no jumpstart cables. He said i can pay someone outside 20 bucks for a jumpstart. I had to wait in my cold car for 20 minutes a friend can come and give me a jumpstart. This location does not care about their customers don t come here

Last month, I needed a battery replacement but not knowledgeable about cars so I went to this autozone location.At first, there was a person there who was helpful and was able to remove my car battery and proceed to charge it. I asked repeatedly if they would help me put the battery back in afterwards and they told me yes.2 hours later, my wife went to pick up the battery and car and I called ahead to ask them to help my wife put the car battery back in.When she arrived, autozone didn t ticket or track the battery amongst many other batteries charging (which means they don t use a basic ticketing system which is alarming) and she had to wait 20 min for someone to find the right battery for a simple pickup.The person who helped me was not there by the time my wife was there. Furthermore, the current employee that was there was very rude to my wife. She told my wife that they won t put the battery back in because of store policy even though they removed it in the first place. Then she retracted her statement and said because there is no one there. My wife asked if someone will be available later, but the employee completely dismissed her and said you have to figure it out for yourself .My wife ended up asking a stranger in their parking lot to fix the battery for us instead.Perhaps the employee was having a bad day. However, her behavior and lack of professionalism towards my wife is disappointing and I would warn anyone else to think twice before coming here to get your battery replaced.Last note, if it s actually store policy to not reinstall a car battery that is fine, but I was told repeatedly that they will reinstall it

The place looks like a swap meet. Back yard mechanics hustling in the parking lot. Grease and oil in the parking lot. Beware before stepping back into your car. Customers' service is terrible, and there are never enough employees who could help you with a computer diagnostic. I've been a customer of auto zones since the 80 back when they were known as Adap.

Shoutout to the associate Edwin who helped me change my headlight bulb in the freezing cold, thank you so much!!!! He did it with zero complaints and was kind the whole time. The lady at the counter was also really kind and helpful, I wish I had gotten her name. 10/10 would recommend coming to this location :)

These guys are the best. Came in during an evening shift and was helped by David, who went above and beyond to help us during a battery crisis. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and honest, and what had been a very stressful situation was greatly improved with his help. Came in to the store again the next day and was again helped by a great guy whose name I didn t get, although I believe he was a manager. Great experience, great guys. Great all the way down. Thank you!!

Always has what I need in stock, but my visit today basically saved my vehicle. Well, the manager, Michelle did, specifically. Not only was she incredibly nice and very helpful, but she asked me more about my vehicle, and was able to identify a MAJOR issue with the oil my mechanic told me to purchase. Basically, Michelle's amazing customer service saved my engine. So grateful.

I find this store very professional and helpful. Whenever I walk in for help, they are always courteous and never pushy to make a sale.One time when my coolant was low, they helped me find the right type off the shelf and stayed around as I refilled. I asked for a free battery test during check-out and it was done right away. They shows me the reading on the tester, and advised my old battery isn't the healthiest but had some life left.Another time when my new non-Autozone battery drained in my car, they let me charge it for free for 2 hours. In the end, it never charged properly and they suspected it was defective and replaceable under warranty. (I took it back to where I bought it and followed their comment) They went above and beyond for a problem that wasn t really theirs, and I walked out happy knowing I can expect this level of transparency and courtesy from this place.

I ordered a part in store and called to check if it arrived. Extremely rude sales guy picks up the phone and tells me he can t pull up my order without original receipt which was never mentioned during purchase. I asked him why would you ask for my name or number if you can t look up the order or provide an update. He presumed to ask me how does it work when I go to Best Buy or anywhere else. I told him they never need my receipt they pull up and order using my name and verification of Id. Extremely rude and told me he can t help me. I went to the store an hour later and saw store manager Mark. He immediately rectified the situation pulled up my order using my name. He was really pleasant and patient. I m very disappointed in the staff. Please work on your customer service skills. I would rather drive to a different location than deal with a unprofessional staff member. I can t wait for my part to come in definitely not returning to this store again. Just wanted to say thank you to Mark-Store Manager.

Ifran was great help yesterday. My husband and I always go there and we have to look for things ourselves because we don't know what else things are. There are always only two people behind the register or very busy helping others. I am glad yesterday someone was able to help us.

Every time I come here the employees act like they don t know how to do their job . I literally was told to stand around for 40 minutes waiting for a scanner and nobody could help so instead of the manager telling me that she told her employee to tell me that the scanner didn t work 0/10 don t recommend I always have terrible service here

Good parking though I've seen it full. Smaller than the one by the BQE but they should have what you need. Lot of items weren't stocked, don't know if its a pandemic has anything to do with it like it has other businesses though they had everything i needed. Helpful and pleasant staff or the ones that helped me anyways. Good experience.

Prices are okay. Usually you have to wait for someone to come at the checkout register. The place requires you to spend 20 or more before you can use the loyalty card to add points. But still glad that this place opened up in this location and is convenient.

I visited the store for the purchase of a battery. The customer rep asked how long ago l leased the car and immediately stated it was still under warranty. Therefore he advised me to go to the Acura dealer instead to replace the battery. He could have instructed me differently but he was candid enough to suggest otherwise.

5 star to efran aka Max or whatever his name is .. Most of the workers besides him are extremely rude and give a very nasty attitude for no reason when all you asked for is help . I was standing waiting for someone to help me out , instead they want to start breathing all heavy while staring and catch a disgusting attitude . They don t do their jobs correctly, they re very very unprofessional.. I don t recommend this place to anyone !!! It s so hard to have patience and not want to knock any of them out
