Very surprised to see the bombardment of bad reviews! I manage an out of state shop and i have NEVER had any issues at all working with these guys - sales guys are great as well as the delivery guys. They work with a purpose and are super attentive. Happy to be a repeat customer to this place.

Picked up a ML350 engine from here. Dominick and the guys were great. No issues and engine runs great. Delivered to my house and changed in my garage. Smooth transaction and quick turn around - great running motor. The reviews here weren t anything like my experience. Thanks!

I bought a transmission for a 2012 Ford Transit Connect, it started to fail from the moment I installed it, it doesn't go over 50 mph and the check engine light is on stay away !!!

I dealt with Anthony was incredibly knowledgeable, pleasant, honest (yes honest), helpful, and patient. I'll put it this way, if the world was full of "Anthonys," the world would be a MUCH better place. If you have an automotive need, they/he is where you should go! Don t use them. Dealing with them is like dealing with a tantrumming toddler. Domenic is the most sensitive dude I ever spoke with on the phone. OJ comes off as the good guy but then starts tantrumming like a little baby when he doesn t get his way. These guys sent me the wrong motor, their screw up. I asked for it to be picked up but good ol Domenic says to throw it right in it ll work. When I disagree but opt to replace with a different motor, they charged me more for that one but I refused to pay anymore. That s when OJ goes through his toddler fit over the phone.I used to use these guys years ago but stopped because they kept selling horrendous used parts, gave them a chance and was met with the two biggest babies I ve ever dealt with in the industry, Dom and OJ. Save yourself the hassle, don t use them.

Front office guy had no idea what he was selling. asked for a chevy 5.7 off a 99 tahoe. he thought it was the same off a 99 express van. november 3 2022 335pm. are employees intoxicated during work hours or what? jesus christ. called back 2 check if he knew what he was selling, he didnt! just cared about his profit margins even if it affected company reputation.

This company is a super scam and maybe they do good business but I am sure they do shady business more, all the bad reviews are spot on, first time customer and having a nightmare of a time with this company, called up over a month agoand PAID FOR AND ENGINE BY CHECK THAT CLEARED !! First engine had broken valve covers and cracked intake, and was RESEALED on the timing case, called up for another one OJ salesman pretended he had no idea what I was talking about and said he would send another engine, 5 days later had to call up again OJ pretended he had no idea of what was going on, finally sent a second engine , we noticed this engine had been taken apart also, but not as bad as 1st motor sent, we installed this engine and it seems like it has bent push rods, does not turnover, when we checked the timing was off also, called up and spoke to OJ and now cannot even get an answer, owner or manager Domenic isNever available, OJ is rude and disrespectful he just yells at you and tells you, you bought from a junk yard what do you expect WAIT FOR ANOTHER ENGINE, I m not gonna keep installing bad engines !!!!They are nowRefusing to give me a refund and saying it s my fault and something we did in installation (hahahah)Iasked if they test the motors they said they buy fromAuctions and cars are hit while driving so in other words NO!!BUYER BEWARETHESE GUYS ARE SUPER FULL OFIT AND THEY USE THIER GOOGLE RESPONSES FOR THEIR OWN COVER UPALL THEIR BUSINESSES HAVE AN F ON THE BBB WEBSITE!!!EVEN ON YELPSO THEY CAN SAY A MEAN 30People, BUT THEY ARE RIPPING EVERYONE OFFTHEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTIES AND LIE ABOUT MILES AND AGE ON PARTS!!! They have no idea!!They will use and find any reason not to take responsibilityCALL LKQTHEY ARE 100 on reliabilityI have contacted the attorney general of New York and ask anyone that has had a bad experience with this company to file a claim on the NYAG SITE.

These people will purposely send you the wrong parts just to make the sale, if you call to complain they usually ask you to make modification to the part and just use it. They will never grant the warranty and if you call to complain they will put you on hold for long periods of time. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PLACE as this is not a honest business and the customer service is good up until the moment they make the sale, don't expect the same after they have charged you.Service: Part finding & extracting

Don t waste your time with this place. Called ahead to check to see if they had a transmission in stock. Guy on the phone said yes, asked if it out of car and ready to pick up, guy said yes. Made a trip over to the place, looked for street parking and go inside. Asked the counter person and the guy tells me they don t have it, never had it, calls warehouse up and tell me again, they can t help because they don t have it, nothing they can do. Wasted, time and gas. Hope someone else see this along with all the other negative reviews and comment before even wasting time calling this place. Imagine driving from hours away and be told they don t have something they clearly said it s in stock over the phone and to come and pick it up.

Sold me a 2000$ e320 cdi engine with Major problems! Injector bolts were stripped and valve cover broken, I cant make the hole bigger because the space is limited and it will crack the head Asked for a refund or another engine, guy hung up on me, He said Money back ? what ? good luck and laughed!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! Called and reserved a part for my Toyota, the guys was so rude on the phone, however the part was what I needed with low mileage, so overlooked the extremely poor customer service. Asked if I could pick up the part the day I called, they said no, they had to pull the part and to come next day. Drove 2 hours, paid NY Bridge tolls and arrived before 11 am with cash in hand. When arrived they told me they sold the part to someone else. How they are still in business I have no idea.

The worst place to get an Engine!!!Totally unprofessional, liars and con men!I ordered an engine for my acura. I received a different engine that didn t fit my car. I then called AAlba Auto Salvage and I was told that their driver mistakenly dropped off my engine at a different auto shop near me. They asked me if I can take the wrong engine that I received and go and swap it with the other engine that was at the other shop that was near me. I agreed to take the engine. When I got to the other auto body shop, I had their engine but they didn t have mine! I once again called Aalba auto salvage con men and for the next few days waited until they found another for me. They obviously never had the engine that I paid $1,900 for! So a week later, my mechanic just received an engine. My mechanic told me that this engine has been opened and it s missing several screws and sensors. I originally paid $1,900 for an engine with 67k miles. I don t know what this new engine has? No information on the receipt. No vin numbers on the receipt. Nothing. This is by far the worst experience ever. Please don t spend your money with these con men! You will regret it. I am now dealing legal action. OJ is one employee their. He just told me lie after lie. This place doesn t even deserve 1 star. A nightmare of an experience. Now I understand why that only accept cash. A bunch of thief s!!!!!!Service: Part finding & extracting

Brought a transmission from them spent $1100 for the transmission with a 6 month warranty on it and the transmission went within 2 months calling them and trying to communicate with them to resolve the issue is a hassle. The Owner keeps playing games the past 3 times we talked and now I can t get a hold of him. I have to play phone tag with him, he ll pick up notices that it s me and someone else will pick up after. I want my money back or another transmission since it s on warranty. If you re going to sell something stand up behind it THATS IT and THATS BUSINESS.

I called them to ask for a part availability and the guy started shouting on me for no reason. I don't know how can I trust buying a part from them. It was very bad impression from the beginning.

If I could rate them zero stars I would have. Very rude, horrible customer service, dismissive and hung up on me. I highly recommend anyone else besides this JUNK yard.

The worst purchase of my life was in that store I do not recommend it, scammers make crazy when they want to change a piece they never give you an answer now before buying look at scores because I am not the only one who was scammed in this store THE WORST LOST MONEY AND TIME STUPID MIND

These people sold me the wrong engine when I got home I was able to see the engine code and they tampered with it to make it not readable I cleaned it and it was clear they robbed me
